Study on Undergraduate Teaching Job Quality Assessment Based on Artificial Fish-BP Neural Network 基于人工鱼- bp神经网络的本科教学工作质量评价研究

In order to comprehensively evaluate the undergraduate teaching job quality of colleges and universities, the evaluation simulation model was set up using artificial fish-swarm-neural network; taking the teaching management ,major construction and curriculum reform, teaching research and the results , the teaching quality for the input layer, the undergraduate theory teaching job quality of colleges and universities for the output layer, establishing artificial neural network model and training and testing for the network using actual data. Practice shows that the model has better recognition accuracy. Finally, the assessment results digitized came to the conclusion that can be accurately, intuitively reflect the merits of the undergraduate theory teaching job quality, thus demonstrating that the artificial fish-BP neural network has broad prospects the evaluation at the undergraduate theory teaching job quality of colleges and universities.

Application of Learning Mechanism in Agent-Based Automatic Negotiation Technology 学习机制在基于agent的自动协商技术中的应用

Business negotiation is a key technique for the development of electronic commerce. In order to improve trade efficiency and reduce trade cost, it is necessary to realize automatic negotiation or half-automatic negotiation during the electronic trade, and the agent technique may achieve these functions. In the multi-agent systems (MAS), the theory of learning games is one of important methods for agent negotiation. During negotiation between Buyer side and seller side, the trade which is whether successful or not depends on their trade strategy model to a great extent. Therefore, in this paper, we use the learning game to discuss the negotiation of e-business, and an agent-based negotiation model is presented by using a new learning algorithm. We specify the agents how to do learning efficiency based on the change of opponents’ strategies and negotiation setting, then readjust their optimal strategy in order to maximize their payoff. In last, a correct trade strategies model is proven through an actual example.

With the increasing augment of visits and data exchange, improving the utilization ratio of servers inevitably become a block that in front of all system managers. Although the technology of load balancing algorithm find the way to solve this problem, traditional method contains several serious shortages, such as low utilization ratio, long response latency, etc. In this article, a new algorithm is raised, which can not only auto-fit the load of current server, but also provides visitors the quickest entrance.

The Empirical Study on the Corporate Citizenship Behavior in Service Enterprises: Based on Non-Market Strategy 服务型企业公民行为的实证研究:基于非市场战略的视角

Found on reviewing correlative literatures, this article constructed the theoretical framework of the influence of corporate citizenship behavior on competitive advantage and organizational performance. The article outlined the corporate citizenship behavior clearly and completely though the empirical study on the 7 coastal provinces and municipalities by the structural equation model (SEM) method. The research team carried on the exploring development of the construction of corporate citizenship behavior though the empirical investigation of 455 effective enterprise samples on the east coast of our country. We obtained the dual-factor structure of transactional corporate citizenship behavior and relational corporate citizenship behavior through data analysis by spss15.0 and the amos6.0, which provided one kind of new explanation of the realization of competitive advantage and the lasting political stability of corporate citizenship behavior operation in the non-market environment for Chinese localized enterprises.

Construction of Third-Party Reverse Logistics About Electronics Enterprise Based on Circular Economy 基于循环经济的电子企业第三方逆向物流构建

After many years’ research, circular economy is the best way to accomplish sustainable development. Recycling economy is based on enterprises, which is to recycle the domestic waste product. However, the reverse-logistics is one of the ways to reuse waste products. In china, the reverse logistics was paid attention. From the perspective of the society, good reverse logistics can be effective in the use of resources, protection of the environment. From the perspective of enterprises, good reverse logistics not only can accumulate product data, which provide basic data for prediction and making decisions, but also is important marketing methods to keep customer's loyalty. From the customer perspective, the good reverse logistics can make them consume at ease, it also brings value-added effect. The paper firstly present the concept of reverse logistics. After that, the paper creates current industry practices for reverse logistics, and analyze the advantages of third-party access to reverse logistics market ,and built circular economy model of reverse logistics on electronics Enterprise. Then we construct transport recycling system on third-party reverse logistics. On the basis of this, we use LINGO programming to solve the problem.

Axial Magnetic Transmission Mechanism and the Calculation of Magnetic Torque 轴向磁力传动机构及磁转矩计算

Magnetic transmission has many advantages of no abrasion, no leakage, and energy saving etc. Magnetic force is transmitted torque by magnetic field. Magnetic circuit is influenced by permanent magnet (PM) distributed according to the theory of magnetic transmission mechanism. The mathematical model of its torque is constructed based on the equivalent magnetic charge principle. Magnetic torque is calculated on these parameters of axial height, circuit distribution of permanent magnet, air gap of active and passive magnetic pole and leakage coefficient. Magnetic force is varied with those parameters changed. The result shows axial magnetic torque can be increased by increasing the density of magnetic distribution and decreasing active and passive air gap.

Research on Coordinate Control Influencing Factors Evaluation among Enterprises of B2B EC B2B电子商务企业间协调控制影响因素评价研究

In the era of network, B2B electronic commerce (EC) has become new bright spot to accelerate economy and trend of future business development gradually and it also becomes one of major reasons to economic gaps between developing countries and developed countries. To develop economy, China must develop B2B EC by its national situation; B2B EC has huge development potential in China. However, there are lacks of research on Chinese B2B EC at present; especially it is lack of research on coordinate control among enterprises in Chinese B2B EC, which hinder the development of B2B EC in China healthily. Therefore, based on analysizing coordinate control influencing factors among enterprises of B2B EC, the paper evaluates coordinate control influencing factors among enterprises of B2B EC on attribute hierarchical mode based on triangular fuzzy number, which is advantage to the quality and management for coordinate control among enterprises if B2B EC; finally, the paper suggest the lack of the research and the further research orientation. 在网络时代,B2B电子商务逐渐成为加速经济发展的新亮点和未来商业发展的趋势,也成为造成发展中国家与发达国家经济差距的主要原因之一。中国要发展经济,必须根据国情发展B2B电子商务;B2B电子商务在中国有着巨大的发展潜力。然而,目前对我国B2B电子商务的研究还比较缺乏;特别是对我国B2B电子商务企业间协调控制的研究不足,阻碍了中国B2B电子商务的健康发展。因此,在分析B2B电子商务企业间协调控制影响因素的基础上,采用基于三角模糊数的属性层次模型对B2B电子商务企业间协调控制影响因素进行评价,有利于B2B电子商务企业间协调控制的质量和管理;最后,提出了研究的不足和进一步的研究方向。关键词:直角模糊数;属性分层模式;B2B电子商务;协调控制;评价
