The phenomenon of congestion in a big city is generally caused by the large number of vehicles while roads do not develop every year. The growth in the number of vehicles on the highway contributes to a large number of causes of congestion. Congestion often occurs at red light intersections. Various solutions have been implemented such as limiting the number of vehicles based on odd-even numbers by date, limiting motorized vehicles such as motorbikes that are not allowed to pass through the main road, increasing the number of public vehicles and arranging the departure schedule for school children and office employees. The solution has been carried out but there are still long queues of vehicles. One of the reasons for this is because the number of vehicle queues is long while the timer that shows the time to walk or the green light is short. Intelligent systems technology-based approach can be used to overcome these problems. Because humans have limitations to do so, the task can be done by computers. The result of this activity is that the right camera position is next to the traffic timer and the best time to read the image is during the day

PT. Fajar Pangan Lestari is a company engaged in the Unilever distributor that has a financial activity, at this time the recording of financial activities is still done manually or handwritten which is less effective and less efficient in the recording process, this will complicate the process of creating an account automatically. details, looks for daily cash statement transactions and allows errors in recording debit or credit. Therefore, an application is made that can manage accounts in detail, process transaction searches efficiently and group debit credits in a balanced way for a transaction. This application is made using Codeigniter Framework and MySQLI as database processing software. This application is also designed using UML (Unified Modeling Language) and waterfall as a system development method with the stages of needs analysis, system design, program code writing, application testing. The conclusion from this research is that this system makes it easier for companies to make more effective daily reports, grouping debit credit transactions more effectively and the accounts needed for more detailed transactions

Krakatau Medika Hospital is a privately operated hospital in Cilegon. Employee performance appraisal is highly significant at each agency, where organizational goals can be reached by each employee, one of which is the achievement of work targets. Currently, Krakatau Medika Cilegon Hospital requires an employee performance appraisal system that can aid the assessment process by employing the proper approach but does not affect the assessment criteria or the assessment methodology that has been set. The employee performance appraisal method employed in the study and in determining the performance value is the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) approach with four (four) criteria, including the Attendance Criteria, Performance Criteria, Attitude Criteria, and Infrastructure Criteria. This web-based system was created utilizing Unified Modeling Language (UML) modeling, the PHP programming language, and Sublime Text program management with MySQL and XAMPP databases. The findings of system testing using Black Box were performed by two (two) IT personnel to demonstrate that the system can work by user requirements. Calculation tests utilizing the system and instructions get the same results.

In this modern era, we as a society need to take advantage of Technology to supPort chicken breeding activities, especially in the field of animal husbandry. One of the potential farms is broiler chickens. Broiler chickens are a type of poultry that produces meat. One of the factors of accelerating the growth of broiler chickens can also be measured from regular and systematic feeding, scheduling of feeding. At this time the food filling system in raising chickens still uses manual, namely using human labor, therefore the management of the automatic feeding system will be more efficient in maintaining broiler chickens and make it easier for farm owners to control the stock of feed availability. In conducting this research, the type of research used is a qualitative data collection method. In addition, the system that will be built uses the Waterfall design method. In modeling this application using the UML method in the form of use case diagrams, class diagrams, activity diagrams, and squence diagrams. The result of this research is the production of an automaticchicken feed prototype using Arduino and the Internet of Things for feed availability notification.

The Agriculture Department of Serang Regency designed a program of agricultural equipment assistance and direct assistance of superior seeds to overcome the problem of food security. However, data on farmer groups is not yet available accurately because so far the existing system has not provided a database-based program application. This causes problems, namely difficulties in the process of making reports to collect data and search for farmer group data. Delays in making reports often occur, and the distribution has not been right on target. To overcome and solve these problems, the researcher aims to develop an Information System for the Distribution of Superior Seeds and Agricultural Machine Tools to the Farmers Group at the Serang Regency Agriculture Service. Data collection techniques were carried out by field studies and literature studies. The field study uses observation and interviews. Literature study is carried out by reviewing various previous research articles that are in accordance with the research topic. In addition, this is also done by searching for documents, procedures and studying books and other written sources from libraries and other written literature related to research. With this information system, data creation on seed needs and requests for agricultural machinery can be done easily and quickly, reporting systems can be created at any time when reports are needed. In addition, data search can be done easily. Data redundancy or duplication can be minimized and the required reports can be printed immediately.

In the Industrial Job Training system that is currently running in SMK, there are still obstacles such as the registration process, filling out journal books and the student assessment process for Industrial Work Practices. With a web-based industrial work practice information system can provide information about industrial work practice programs online. This system has advantages in terms of speed of presentation of the resulting information, in addition to being web-based, this system can be accessed at an unspecified time and place. The purpose of this study is to design an administrative information system that can provide information related to the process of industrial work practices at SMKN 1 Cikande. By using a website and the PHP programming language, this information system can be used anytime and anywhere. The Waterfall method is a method that implements design by working with users. By using the Waterfall Method, the system can be designed according to the needs and desires of the user. The design results show that the system can record the registration process and ongoing industrial work practice guidance, both to students and supervisors who use it. This design is very useful for the administration and vice principal in providing information and integrating the results of industrial work practices at SMKN 1 Cikande.

A cooperative is a business entity consisting of a person or a cooperative legal entity by basing its activities on the cooperative principle as well as the people's economic movement based on the principles of kinship. The Department of Industry, Trade and Cooperatives has the main task and function of fostering and progressing, DISPERDAGINKOP also provides an assessment which will later select the best cooperative and then get an award at the cooperative anniversary event. So far, the DISPERDAGINKOP of Serang City has assessed that each existing cooperative has not been effective and time-consuming. Because there are quite a lot of cooperatives that must be assessed in Serang City. The assessment data from each cooperative that is judged to be in accordance with the criteria with a manual assessment process referred to manually is input data in the form of a cooperative assessment form that has been given an assessment of the existing criteria and then processed using Microsoft Excel. To solve existing problems, an application was made to make it easier to manage the assessment results of each cooperative. In decision-making, it is necessary to have accurate data for the assessment process so that there are no errors in the decision-making process. In this study using the AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) method where in the assessment there are predetermined criteria, in terms of assessing the existence of alternatives that will be assessed and compared with one another from each of the existing criteria, then produce the final value of each cooperative, as well as increasing the effectiveness of the decision-making process, with the aim of obtaining data more quickly and accurately and increasing time efficiency.

Car rent is a business entity in the field of four-wheeled rental services (car). the Application Booking Car at Istiqomah Rent Car Cilegon. not yet effective because every data of borrowing, returning, and other daily transactions with its report is still manually written on papers and books, so that the system the not efficient in saving time, energy and materials. This research is made to know current running system, making the system design, and to know the implementation of the system design made. This research is intended to make the web based car rental Application Booking Car at Istiqomah Rent Car Cilegon. The results from studies in Istiqomah Rent Car Cilegon can be concluded that with the construction of the application booking of borrowing and return of cars is expected to assist employees to organite customer’s data, borrowing, repayment and can reduce errors in data recording process and reduce errors in reporting. The methodology used in making this Final Project is to use the Waterfall methodology consisting of the stages of Requirement Analysis, System Design, Coding, Program Testers, Maintenance, while the programming language used is php programming language and for its database using MySql.

This research is made to know current running system, making the system design, and to know the implementation of the system design made. This research is intended to make the web based car rental Application Booking Car at Istiqomah Rent Car Cilegon. The results from studies in Istiqomah Rent Car Cilegon can be concluded that with the construction of the application booking of borrowing and return of cars is expected to assist employees to organite customer’s data, borrowing, repayment and can reduce errors in data recording process and reduce errors in reporting. The main activity of cooperatives is to carry out savings and loan transactions for cooperative members only. Every transaction carried out at the Wredatama Krakatau Steel Cooperative (Kopwekas) already uses a database-based application that only requires a few problems including data collection on deposits, credit data collection, and payment processing as well as arrears of cooperative members. It is necessary to develop a savings and loan information system. The methodology used in the design of this information system is the Waterfall Method. This system is designed using the concepts of UML (Unifield Modeling Language) and implemented using Microsoft SQL Server 2000 Database, and Visual Basic 6.0. The expected result of this research is the development of a savings and loan information system of kopwekas which includes processing of deposits, credit, payments and arrears of cooperative members. By using this information system, it is also hoped that the reporting process will be easier, faster with accurate data. Keywords: Information System, Savings and Loans, Waterfall, Cooperative

The development of information systems is now very fast and rapid, one form of information system that is easy to develop is web-based. The use of information systems in the medical world is very much, but there are still some who have not utilized the information system to help the work of a medical worker, especially in helping the development of mental health. The system used to help improve mental health in dr.Dradjat Prawiranegara Hospital is now still conventional, namely face to face between medical personnel and patients, this is what makes teenagers who have problems with their mental health have a variety of reasons not to visit a psychiatrist. The web-based adolescent mental health screening application is designed using php programming language, MySQL database and decision making system using Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. By implementing Web- Based Adolescent Mental Health Screening Application Using Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method is expected to help teenagers know their mental health independently and provide information and education about mental health disorders.
