Development of the information system for making a certificate of work (paklaring) at PT. MPM is motivated by the process of making SKK, which still has many obstacles in the manufacturing process, especially in the disposition or signature of letters. Where the letter requires a signature from the leadership, but the absence of the leadership in the office often takes a relatively long time so that there are delays and delays in receiving the letter to employees who need it. This research to build an information system for making work certificates in order to facilitate the process of submitting in the disposition of letters or signatures of leaders, to be more effective and fast in the process of making SKK, The tools used are PHP and MySQL as the database. The development method used is the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) or Waterfall. The result of this research is the application for making a work certificate.

Indonesia, especially in Banten Province, has plates or earthquake lines that not many people know about, so that most areas in Banten Province are heavily affected. Lack of knowledge and lack of information in some areas about this disaster makes ordinary people respond to it. By utilizing Arduino NodeMCU and SW-40 technology as detection sensors that can detect vibrations that occur around the sensor it is installed and as a notification to users and residents of the surrounding community if there is vibration around the sensor which has been connected to an internet network and installs the Blynk application on the device. the user's smartphone, as well as sending notifications in the form of sound, vibration, and message notifications that a vibration occurs, the user can monitor the device from anywhere and anytime. So the author raised the issue with the title "Design of an Arduino IoT Microcontroller-Based Earthquake Vibration Detector".

Information technology can help in producing information systems that are fast, accurate, relevant and timely. information is needed in various sectors that will support developments in all fields and can help solve problems to get the right results. Web-Based Information System for New Student Admissions is a system designed to carry out automatic selection starting from the registration process, the selection process until announcement of the result which is made online and real time based. The online PPDB system is able to satisfy expectations among the people regarding the implementation of new student admission system that are objective, transparent, accountable, quick and accurate. In this Community Service, the focus is on the process of implementation new student admissions (PPDB) which is carried out online. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that the online admission process of new students (PPDB) has only been running for a year. This research method uses the Waterfall method. certainly in the process of implementation PPDB online there are still some things that need to be considered. As well as the socialization that was carried out, because not all people understand the existing technology, need specific part in the verification process according to the field of certificate being verified.

Student Work Lecture (KKM) is one of the programs in higher education at Banten Jaya University (UNBAJA). Thematic KKM activities, is one form of integrating education, research, and community service activities. The current KKM data processing system is that students come directly to the relevant work units to register and report, Field Supervisors are also parties associated with KKM participants when collecting KKM assessments and their journals must come directly to the relevant work units. The purpose of this research is to design a system for KKM data processing in order to facilitate students, Field Supervisors and other relevant parties. This research development method uses System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with the Rapid Application Development (RAD) model. The proposed system is a KKM data processing system that is done computerized and online where students can register and report as well as Field Supervising Lecturers as well as easily collect assessments and journals provided by the system without coming directly to the relevant work units.

With Certainty Factor method, Expert System created can obtain 70% or more identification accuracy.

The purpose of this study was to produce real work based on the need for cloud storage for ease in the company's business processes which in its benefits are intended for file sharing in the e-mail delivery process and provide security for attached files because infrastructure such as servers and storage media are within the scope of the company. The research method that I use is the prototype method, where the author first analyzes the needs and from the results of the analysis the authors design the stages that will be carried out and use UML (Unified Modeling Language) as a software modeling tool developed. The results achieved are that the file sharing facility in cloud storage can be used as a medium for sending large files in the process of sending e-mails by uploading files to be sent into cloud storage to then get the download link to be sent via e-mail to then downloaded by the recipient user, and information security can be better maintained because all infrastructure both from the server and storage media are within the scope of the company, this is done to prevent theft of information by irresponsible parties. The conclusion is that before applying cloud storage, the maximum limit for sending email is only 5 Mb, after cloud storage is implemented at the company, the business process of sending e-mails with large file attachment sizes is not a problem because users can utilize cloud storage facilities, and data security. To be guaranteed because cloud storage infrastructure is within the scope of the company.

A reliable system in the company said, if the system is able to provide consumers with good quality. In addition the satety to humans and the equipment installed from the possibility of interference white the system reliability is also a requirement of a system in the company. Procurement of goods in PT.Coca-Cola is to know and understand the stock movement report (SMR) by making a request (consumer data) and with the documents submitted to the shipper. Then be made to the report. Procurement process from start stock movement report (SMR) with (consumer data) and (data placement) there will be good cooperation, so as to create mutual benefits and minimize the losses that will happen, but still there are constraints such as the accumulation of data, so that often there is less precision in data input goods, and Warehouse data which can lead to duplicate data. Problem-solving process procurement of goods, can be improved by optimizing the schedule of the procurement process, increase effectiveness and efficiency in the procurement process and create an SMR report timely and accurate.

The development of internet technology rapidly, as one of information medium can certainly provide an ease in accessing information for an education institution. Before growing the internet technology, information process could not be worked properly, effectively, and efficiently. By the existence the Web-based information system of student academic monitoring at SMP 1 Kota Serang, it could provide convenience system for students or parents in monitoring students’ academic involved attendance information and student academic score. Monitoring is an activity that can be described as awareness about what would like to know, the highlevel monitoring is done in order to make the measurement of time that shows the movement or away from it. Monitoring will provide information on the status and tend to that measurement and evaluation are completed repeatedly from time to time, monitoring is generally carried out for specific purposes therefore the information provided by the school may be accepted well for students and parents. This web-based information system of student academic Monitoring at SMAP 1 Kota Serang was designed by using HTML, PHP, and MySQL as based of data. While in creating system design, the writer used the structured of database design method in diagram flow data (DFD). With applying student academic Monitoring, it can overcome the existing problems and ease in process of service that can be handled quickly and efficiently.

Pregnancy is a major global concern in today's health issues. The maternal mortality rate (MMR), which is still quite large in almost all countries in the world, is a separate concern that makes all countries try to reduce their percentage every year. In general, maternal mortality is caused by factors: the lack of knowledge of pregnant women about handling and what to do during pregnancy, improper handling also results in contraction of pregnant women and other pregnancy symptoms. The purpose of this study is to design and build an information system that can be used by pregnant women, using research methods of data collection by study library, interview, and observation, and using the watervall system design method to analyze the existing system and build a new system. In modeling this application using the UML method in the form of use case diagrams, class diagrams, activity diagrams, and sequence diagrams. The results of this study are the production of an Android based pregnancy phase application for pregnant women named Pregnancy phase applications

School is one of the places that plays an important role in educating a child, especially in matters relating to behavior, intellectual intelligence, emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence. All of that will be built from an early age which is based in the school environment, therefore how important schools are for children. Vocational High School is a level with education equivalent to Senior High School whose education has a certain field with the aim of graduating ready to work. The attendance or attendance system is needed by schools to assess a student's achievement. However, there is a problem where some schools currently use conventional methods in giving presence to their students, including SMKN 1 Kota Serang. This problem can result in the duration of teaching and learning time being reduced and the resulting data information is inaccurate. With the presence of a computerized attendance system that will make this problem resolved, therefore the authors intend to design and create an attendance or attendance system that facilitates schools, especially in terms of student attendance or attendance. For this study, the authors used Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) as a medium for automatic student attendance combined with web-based applications using the PHP programming language and MySQL Database Management System for processing student attendance data. For the system development method, the author uses the Waterfall method so that it can facilitate the design of the attendance system or student attendance.
