The purpose of the research was to analyze the organizational factors with the performance of village midwives in providing maternal and child health services. The research type of quantitative method is analytic research with cross sectional approach. Research population of all village midwives who served in 5 (five) working areas of Puskesmas in North Tapanuli Regency. The sample of research using total sampling method as many as 120 people. Instrument of data collection used questionnaire. Data analysis used univariate analysis, bivariate with chi square test. The results showed that there was a relation between leadership (p <0.001), incentive (p <0.001) with village midwife performance in providing maternal and child health services. It is expected that the District Health Office of Tapanuli Utara District, in order to increase the incentives of the village midwife so that the village midwife is satisfied with adequate incentives and can show good performance in providing maternal and child health services

In Law No. 6 of 2014 the village affirms that the village is no longer an administrative area, not even a subordinate or an element of regional implementation, but a special and independent area. The purpose of this research is to analyze the implementation of the function of Village Consultative Board in village development in Aloban Village, Portibi District, Padang Lawas Utara District. The method used in this study using descriptive method with a qualitative approach, research directed to provide accurate and systematic symptoms, facts or events about the properties of specific populations and areas. People's Business Credit (KUR) is a government program to increase Small, Micro, and Medium Enterprises (UMKM). Micro Business Loan (KUR) is a credit for financing productive business segment of micro, small, medium, and cooperative feasible but not yet bankable for working capital and / or investment credit through direct and indirect financing pattern (linkage) guaranteed by Lembaga Penjamin Kredit. This study aims to examine how the implementation of KUR distribution and its role in the empowerment of women. This research uses mixed methods method. The sample in this research was 71 respondents who were drawn using Taro Yamane formula with precision 0,1. The location of this research is PT. Bank Mandiri branch of Medan Iskandar Muda (Tbk). The results of this study show that the distribution system of KUR PT. Bank Mandiri branch of Medan Iskandar Muda (Tbk) through nine stages using the 5 C standard (Capital, Collateral, condition, character, capacity) as the implementation guideline. The results of the study of obtaining the KUR program have a good impact on the business development and personal debtor. This is because the survey system conducted on an ongoing basis by PT. Bank Mandiri branch of Medan Iskandar Muda (Tbk) forced the debtor to discipline in financial management.

Marketing strategy as an important aspect to maintain and expand opportunities to reach the market. Studies that explore the Bank's internal marketing strategies have been examined by previous research but based on competitive banking dynamics and highly dynamic market demands it is difficult to predict, the study of marketing strategies in the context of the Bank's companies is considered to be relevant for review at any time. This article aims to analyze the marketing strategies available at PT Bank Mandiri, Tbk Yogyakarta branch 2004 with the SWOT analysis method. Data was obtained through interviews with the management of the Bank Mandiri Yogyakarta branch. The analytical tool used is the analysis of industrial structure (Porter), SWOT. The results of the study through a SWOT analysis of the position of PT. Bank Mandiri in its marketing strategy uses a growth strategy.

Karo regency has alot of tourism potential consist of marine tourism, religious tourism, culture tourism, ecotourism and others. The tourist destination have it’s own appeal for domestic or foreign tourists. The tourist visits increased every year. This study aims to determine the potential and strategy for developing tourism in Karo District. This type of research is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. Research informants were determined purposively. The technique of collecting data was done by observation, interviews and documentation. Analysis data is was with data reduction, presentation of data, conclusion and data triangulation. The data are presented and analyzed in descriptively. The results shows that department of tourism Karo regency have strategy to develop the tourism. Development strategy used such as; Man, for maximize human resources quantity of department of tourism Karo regency, then departmen of tourism has cooperate with stakeholder such as community, agent, blogger, and establish tourism promotion agency for support the tourism marketing.

Media massa memiliki peran yang strategis dalam membentuk persepsi dan opini masyarakat terhadap suatu pemberitaan. Dalam konteks pembangunan daerah kebijakan yang ditempuh kepala daerah akan mudah diketahui oleh masyarakat secara luas melalui pemberitaan di media massa, Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui konstruksi pemberitaan tentang pencitraan Bupati Bireuen pada program pemberian beasiswa dan bedah rumah kepada masyarakat tidak mampu di Kabupaten Bireuen di Koran Serambi Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan menggunakan paradigma konstruktivisme. Data diperoleh dari studi dokumentasi dan studi pustaka serta wawancara dengan redaktur koran. Dalam melakukan analisis studi ini menggunakan analisis framing yang dikembangkan oleh Pan dan Kosicki. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa terdapat konstruksi pemberitaan yang menciptakan makna positif bagi citra diri Bupati Bireuen

The Recess is conducted in the areas specified by the Member of Medan City Council. DPRD members came to the community and then the community submitted all complaints. Complaints from the community were heard and received direct response from members of Medan City Council. This study aims to examine the effectiveness of the Medan District Parliament Reses program in Medan Labuhan Subdistrict. The type of research in this study is quantitative type with descriptive approach to describe or explain a problem which the result can be generalized. The sample in this research using Slovin formula with sample amount 100 people. Other indicators to show the success of the recess program in this study are divided into several categories: infrastructure, economy, education, security and order, and availability of employment. The results showed that the majority of respondents benefited from improvements in these areas. The overall indicators in this study were well received and approved by the majority of respondents.

Facilities and infrastructure as an important instrument in the effort to do development on multi aspects of life. This study aims to see the public perception of the construction of the bridge Sei Bingei Village Berngam District Binjai Binjai Towns. Data collection techniques used in this study are in-depth interviews, observation, literature study and documentation. The result of the research shows that the construction of the sei bingei bridge is not followed by the improvement of the completeness of the public transportation infrastructure so that the existence of the Sei Bingei Bridge can not be utilized optimally for the mobilization rate of social life and the economy of the community.

In the handling of the 2004 Aceh Tsunami Disaster and the 2004 Nias Earthquake, many parties as providers of assistance used a community-based rehabilitation and reconstruction development model one of which is UN-HABITAT under the auspices of the United Nations, This study aims to find the most effective and fair participatory postmortem participatory development guidelines for disaster-affected communities through case studies of Aceh Nias Settlement Support Program (ANSSP) 2005-2007. Analytical descriptive methods are used to obtain data. Data collection techniques used literature study and documentation study. The results of the study found that participatory community-based development, especially post-disaster handling, has proven good results. The literature study, interview and ANSSP report book 2007 published by UN - Habitat, illustrates that the participatory development model is able to answer all negative factors.

Analytical descriptive methods are used to obtain data. Data collection techniques used literature study and documentation study. The results of the study found that participatory community-based development, especially post-disaster handling, has proven good results. The purpose of this research is to know the implementation of livestock cattle fattening program in ketapang livestock area of Aceh Tengah Regency and to analyze the supporting factors and inhibiting factors in the implementation of livestock cattle fattening program in ketapang cattle region of Central Aceh Regency. The analytical method used descriptive qualitative. Primary data collection is done through interviews distributed to 9 resource persons including livestock service officers, bappeda, extension farms, and breeders located in the area of livestock. From the results of field research shows that the program implemented to achieve self-sufficiency of meat indicated to fail because of financial mismatch budget with the results achieved.
