The values of power possessed by traditional holders or ninik mamak in the Bungo Malay community can be seen from their position in the tuo house. Tuo's house is one of the cultural relics of ancient Malay, Jambi's house is synonymous with Old Malay customs. The method used in this research is a qualitative research method which is a case study. Research informants were selected by purposive sampling method. The results of the study found that the values of power in the carving of the tuo house in Kampung Baruh Village, Tabir District, Merangin Regency, can be seen from the carvings on the tuo house ornaments, including: Carving of Keluk Paku (Pakis Wood) means that every development actor (leader) must be able to protect the The function and role it carries, Tampuk Manggis Carving means that the inner tribe shows politeness, sweet-faced hospitality to any guests who come. Carved Rope Philosophy of a strong bond and close kinship in the family, Carving Mensinding Gulung Paku (Pakis) showing the boundaries between mamak grandmothers, traditional elders, religious leaders with family and guest rooms, Carving Roots related to inner tribes if married their children from elements (matched) from their own family or from the same tribe. The efforts of the Merangin Regency Government in preserving the existence of tuo houses in Kampung Baruh Village, Tabir District, Merangin Regency, include making the area attractive, improving facilities and infrastructure and increasing accessibility.

This study used a qualitative approach with descriptive form that menyajikat picture of good governance phenomena that occur at the level of districts in the province of North Sumatra. This research was conducted in 2016, located in Pematangsiantar specifically phenomenon observation area of research carried out in several districts scattered in Pematangsiantar.Results of research descriptively explained that the application of the values of good governance in the sub-districts scattered in Pematangsiantar is good enough. Nevertheless strategic efforts aimed at improving the implementation of the spirit of the values of good governance will be developed as sustainable as needed empowerment and service to the community.There are several factors that significantly affect the successful implementation of the values of good governance throughout the District Government in Pematangsiantar which includes aspects of delegation of authority fully to implementing the wheels of government as to regions remote / rural areas, improvement of infrastructure especially in districts away from the district capital, and no less importantly include improved aspects of community development districts through qualified human resources and be able to compete as in trying to meet their basic needs.

Limitations of Micro Small Medium Enterprises (MSMEs, or UMKM) in carrying out taxation obligations make UMKM often disobedient in carrying out their obligations. Non-compliance of taxpayers UMKM can harm them with the emergence of problems in the field of taxation on the business they live. To be able to overcome these problems the government has provided tax forgiveness facilities that can be utilized by UMKM. This study aims to evaluate the policy of Law Number 11 of 2016 concerning Tax Remission, of Small and Medium Enterprises Taxpayer at Tax Office Pratama East Medan. The method used in this research is a mixed research method that combines both qualitative and quantitative methods. The main informant in this research is the UMKM taxpayer and the key informant is the tax officer. The population of this study is the UMKM taxpayer who is in the working area of KPP Pratama Medan Timur with the number of more than 100 people. The sample used Taro Yamane formula with sample number of 97 people who become respondents. The results showed that the implementation of tax pardon on the UMKM taxpayer has run quite well.

At a time when banking is facing difficulties to make the debtor which is not problematic, UMK became an alternative credit channeling of banking. Urban Village has the main task of carrying out government, development and community affairs (article 4 paragraph 1 of the Republic of Indonesia Government Regulation No. 73 of 2005 concerning Urban Village). The community's demands for good public services cannot be separated from the existence of the urban village which is very close to the local residents. The complaints that arise from local residents indicate that the service is still not satisfactory in terms of speed of completion of work in administrative matters, this is related to the ability and motivation of Human Resources (employees). Extension activities provide education in the form of lectures and discussions as well as evaluation of knowledge before and after counseling. The results of the extension activities showed that there was an increase in additional knowledge of 25.11% after the extension was carried out. It is hoped that this counseling activity can be sustainable in an effort to improve work skills and motivation to improve employee performance in providing services to the community in accordance with the duties and functions of the urban village.

This study aims to analyze the information architecture, content,governance, website design, analyzing the image of West Aceh District Government,and to analyze how much the relationship of public relations activities through the website(website information architecture, website content, website governance, website design)towards the image formation of West Aceh District Government. Populationresearch is a website visitor acehbaratkab.go.id. Populationamounted to 261,943 people and by using Taro Yamane formula obtainedsample of 100 people. The technique of determining the sample using the methodpurposive sampling, and accidental sampling. Data collection of this studyusing questionnaires. The data collected is processed by usingcorrelation analysis to see the relationship of Public Relations Activities Through Websitewith the image of West Aceh District Government. This research is performed using census research method. In this research , the population is all employees of 32 people in the Regional Inspectorate of Padangsidimpuan. The data analysis technique used is descriptive and quantitative analysis. The results show that employees in the Office of the Regional Inspectorate of Padangsidimpuan have direct monitoring by a category quite good. It can also be seen from the quality, quantity, use of worktime and employee cooperationFrom the research that has been conducted at the Regional Inspectorate of Padangsidimpuan, there is a positive relationship between direct monitoring with the employee 's performance. The results of single regression analysis also shows a positive influence of the variable direct monitoring to the employee performance . If an increase in direct monitoring, the employee 's performance will increase as well. It can be concluded that the direct monitoring contributes to employee performance variables in the Regional Inspectorate Padangsidimpuan of 99.36 %

This study aims to examine the role of the Village Head of Pulo Brayan Bengkel, East Medan District, in increasing the participation of the community in the implementation of the UN. The method used in this research is concurrent mix method. The data collection techniques used in this study are questionnaires, in-depth interviews, observation, literature study, and documentation. Data analysis technique used in this research is concurrent triangulation that is quantitative and qualitative data is done simultaneously in one stage of research. The results showed that there are still people in Pulo Brayan Bengkel Village who have not fulfilled their duties as tax payers. This is evidenced by the realization of UN revenue that is still far from the target.

Fokus penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa pelaksanaan kebijakan program konseling dan tes HIV di Puskesmas Teladan guna pencapaian target SDGs dengan menggunakan isu-isu interaktif yang digagas oleh George C Edward III berupa komunikasi, sumber daya, disposisi dan struktur birokrasi yang berperan dalam pelaksanaan kebijakan. Keberperanan empat isu ini sangat bermakna bagi implementasi kebijakan dan penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif melalui analisis deskriptif dan objek penelitiannya adalah Dinas Kesehatan Kota Medan, Puskesmas Teladan dan masyarakat di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Teladan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa implementasi kebijakan program konseling dan tes HIV di Puskesmas Teladan guna pencapaian target SDGs telah memenuhi empat isu implementasi kebijakan publik model George C Edward III walaupun belum sempurna. Hal ini terbukti dari masih adanya pengelola program dan masyarakat yang belum bisa memperoleh informasi dengan baik dan cepat tentang pelaksanaan konseling dan tes HIV.

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif dan objek penelitiannya adalah melibatkan unsur-unsur Badan Pelayanan Perizinan Terpadu Satu Pintu Kabupaten Deli Serdang, Badan Pengendalian Dampak Lingkungan Daerah dan Kecamatan Sunggal Kabupaten Deli Serdang. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah Bagaimana Dampak Pemberian Izin Mendirikan Bangunan terhadap Lingkungan Hidup di Kecamatan Sunggal Kabupaten Deli Serdang. Data yang digunakan merupakan data sekunder diperoleh melalui penelitian kepustakaan (library research) yaitu peraturan perundang-undangan, peraturan pemerintah, peraturan daerah, buku-buku referensi, makalah dan dokumen-dokumen yang berkaitan dengan penelitian ini. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi.Analisa data dalam penelitian in dilakukan dengan cara kualitatif sebagai prosedur penelitian yang bersifat deskriptif melalui metode berpikir (logika) deduktif dan induktif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Dampak Pemberian Izin Mendirikan Bangunan (IMB) terhadap Lingkungan Hidup merupakan suatu keputusan pemerintah daerah dalam upaya untuk mencegah dan mengatasi permasalahan lingkungan dan melindungi fungsi lingkungan hidup sesuai dengan rencana pengelolaan lingkungan hidup dan rencana pemantauan lingkungan hidup.
