This paper presents the application of a metaheuristic optimization method called Crow Search Algorithm (CSA) to solve real time Optimal Power Flow (OPF) problem. CSA is the population based algorithm which mimics the behavior of food foraging process of crows. To show the effectiveness of the algorithm it is first applied to benchmark function. Optimal Power Flow is the power system optimization problem. The CSA algorithm is applied to solve Optimal Power Flow considering different source such as thermal, wind and solar. The IEEE 30 bus system is taken for consideration. The results obtained are compared with other algorithm for defined optimization problem as well as benchmark functions. The result shows that CSA gives best solution as compared other algorithms.

Online reviews are considered as one of the most essential sources of client opinion. In current scenario, consumers can learn about the products and services using online review resources to make decisions. The customer reviews for numerous products plays a very vital role not only for purchasers, But also for the firms. Consumer reviews are used by companies as feedback in their product development strategies and in the management of consumer relations. Due to their disorganized nature, consumer reviews with valuable information still face difficulties in navigating information. Driven by a need for profit, some organizations may generate spam reviews regarding different products or their own product which may mislead customers to buying unworthy product. Because of its promising commercial benefits, Sentiment Analysis has become one of the most interesting subjects in text analysis. One of its main problem is the detection of false negate reviews. In addition, the user reviews can be classified as positive or negative reviews so that a consumer can use the false review to select a product. In this paper, we examine various levels of Sentiment Analysis and compare different existing techniques.

This paper is described Ramp control starter for Single Phase Induction Motor. At starting Single phase Induction Motor takes a huge current and a low power factor. Due to a large current motor adversely affect the windings and mechanical bearings. Hence we had to nullify this effect, a popular method is used which is called solid state switching starter of a single phase induction motor.

The technology has been improving day to day and as per the improvement of technology the power system also improved with that. The main part of power system is Grid along with changes it is changed to Smart grid. This paper deals with difference between conventional grid and smart grid and the advantages of it and how smart grid is improving day by day with the internet of things (IOT) and it is making path for saving money and it is making easiest way to control the grid system. The major roles of this smart grid technology is wireless communication along with cellular communication and Wi-Fi, the other things in this paper discussed is about smart meters and sensors. This leads to make smart future for a decent life, the smart type of system can assured electricity supply. It is a bidirectional power supply system between generation and customers in this system monitoring can be done by smart appliances with secured manner. Sensors will help to heal the problem and also it will transfer the error where it has been occurred to the control panel.

Aquaculture, also known as aqua farming, is a method used to produce food and other commercial products, restore habitat and replenish wild stocks, and rebuild populations of threatened and endangered species. Aqua farming is conducted by rural farmers in developing nations to supply food. This project focus on building a renewable energy based aquaculture monitoring and controlling using IOT module. This system is continuously powered using solar energy. The major role of this system is to enable users to monitor and maintain their aqua farm through a server of database from any locations. The quality of water is monitored continuously with help of sensors to ensure the growth and survival of aquatic life. The temperature control system increases the productivity. This system automatically controls the feeding of fishes on time, checks the water level and thus saves the time and power of the user. With the help of this system preventive measures can be taken in time so that casualties can be avoided and can increase the productivity.

This paper presents an elimination of transients during switching of power capacitor with resistive capacitive switching technique. During the power capacitor switching large spikes of voltage and current appears which exists for less time in the system. A magnitude of such spikes is much greater than that of the ordinary current and voltage in the steady state system. During the switching of capacitor bank such spikes will occurs which tends to damage the equipments and reduces the lifespan of capacitor banks. Therefore to mitigate these spikes from the system a resistive capacitive switching technique is used. In this paper resistive capacitive switching technique is implemented in MATLAB and switching spikes are eliminated.

This paper introduces a topology which depends on flying capacitor (FC) model reasonable for staggered converters. The arranged topology utilizes the prospect of segment moved bearer beat width balance (PSC-PWM) with changed adjusting signs to create suitable PWM signals. The balance of the system along-side all conceivable exchanging stages are clarified. The outcome of the proposed PWM strategy is appeared with the help of representing waveforms. For demonstrating the upsides of the desired structure, a diverse execution criterion has been contrasted and other FCM (Flying Capacitor Multi cell) structures are included. Reenactment results are utilized to extra quantify the potential merits of the arranged system. It is said that the proposed arranged structure is better than other FCM based structures from various points of view. In particular, it diminishes the quantity of high recurrence switches, the quantity of flying capacitors, and in the meantime improves the characteristics of yield voltage. The research center sort exploratory setup is utilized to approve the adjustment procedure and other hypothetical discoveries.

PV solar is widely establishing technology which is considered as a promising source to replace the conventional technologies. But it has limited usage due to its limitations such as low efficiency, invariable nature etc. The efficiency of PV array is affected by one such factor that is called as partial shading condition. This partial shading condition is a state in which all the PV panels do not receive uniform irradiation and this leads to complex P-V characteristics. In such characteristics, there is only one global power peak and other are local power peaks. The presence of multiple peaks in partial shading condition on P-V curve make the conventional MPPT techniques such as Perturb and Observe, Incremental conductance etc ineffective. Thus, an improved global maximum power point tracking (GMPPT) technique is proposed which is used for detecting the global peak. This uses the hill climbing technique in modified form. This proposed technique will detect the global peak and thus will deliver maximum possible output during partial shading condition.
