In the process of vocal music learning, most of the learning is through the traditional learning mode, that is, learning knowledge in class. For vocal music lovers who want to learn vocal music knowledge, vocal music learning has many requirements on the arrangement of learning place, time and personnel. The purpose of this paper is to develop and design an intelligent training system for vocal music. The flow of audio fingerprint extraction algorithm based on wavelet transform is to transform audio signals into spectrograms. Then, according to the characteristics that wavelet transform can better represent picture information in both time domain and frequency domain, wavelet transform is used for a series of processing of spectrograms. Finally, a more compact fingerprint is obtained by dimension reduction algorithm. This paper applies this algorithm to vocal intelligent training system for the first time. When the humming quality is high, the detection rate can reach more than 90%.

With the rapid development of information technology, mobile internet technology and the increasing popularity of intelligent terminals, the digital, networked, virtualized and mobile information age is quietly changing the way people get information, and digital museums have emerged. VR (Virtual Reality) technology is to use computer simulation to generate a three-dimensional virtual world, providing users with the simulation of visual, auditory and tactile senses. The user can observe things in three-dimensional space in time and without restriction. Traditional museum exhibition is facing the impact of new media technology, which can no longer meet the increasing demand of the audience for museums. Based on this, this paper takes VR technology to realize interactive display of virtual museum as the research content, analyzes and discusses the present situation of interactive display of virtual museum, puts forward the problem of lack of interactive display in current virtual museum display, and puts forward the idea of building a museum virtual display system platform based on VR technology.

Smart city is an important concept and direction of modern city development and construction. In practice, it can further improve the city's functions, and make the city's social network, infrastructure and social services realize the purpose of intelligent perception, connection and integration. Making full use of the IoT technology to strengthen the management of cities can significantly improve the management level of cities and meet people's requirements for urban service functions to the maximum extent. The classroom teaching concept of modern information technology has become a new direction of college English teaching reform in China. At present, under the information technology environment, China's college English teaching reform is facing new opportunities and challenges. In this paper, according to the actual situation and development trend in English classroom teaching, Struts framework technology is used to design and implement the system. According to the general specification of software engineering design, a set of English classroom teaching assistant system is designed and implemented, and requirements analysis, overall design, database design and source code are given. This paper mainly introduces the classical K-means algorithm, and establishes a teaching video retrieval model based on text clustering. In this model, the video text is used as the index to search and optimize the search results, and the search results are optimized and classified. This system can well adapt to the actual characteristics of English open teaching and meet the needs of auxiliary functions in English teaching.

The distributed network structure of blockchain coincides with the market-oriented structure of distributed renewable energy. Blockchain technology can be used to synchronize the real-time price of grid services with real-time phasor control systems to balance microgrid operation, distributed power generation system access, and wholesale market operation. Distributed shared energy networks constructed in different regions and regions carry digital assets of different values. How to realize the credible exchange of energy digital assets across regions is an urgent need facing the current energy interconnection network. At present, there have been many researches on cross-chain asset exchange methods in the blockchain, such as: hash time lock, notary, side chain and so on. However, these asset exchange methods lack proper supervision (KYC&AML) and are inefficient. Recommender system is an applicable technique in most E-commerce commercial product technical designs. However, nearly all recommender system faces a challenge called the cold-start problem. The problem is so notorious that almost every industrial practitioner needs to resolve this issue when building recommender systems. Most cold-start problem solvers need some kind of data input as the starter of the system. On the other hand, many real-world applications place popular items or random items as recommendation results. In this paper, we propose a new technique called ZeroMat that requries no input data at all and predicts the user item rating data that is competitive in Mean Absolute Error and fairness metric compared with the classic matrix factorization with affluent data, and much better performance than random placement.

For the purpose of improving the stability of outlet temperature and the rapidness of temperature control system, a multi-cascade control scheme is designed based on the relationship between circulating wind and tobacco leaf temperature through the analysis of actual sampling values. The scheme adopts a three closed-loop strategy, the system model was identified by correlation analysis and the least square method, the inner and outer loop sub-controllers and the main controllers all use the predictive PI(Proportion Integration) controller. The simulation and practical application results show that comparing to the double cascade control, the multi-cascade control can effectively improve the response speed of the system, and the dynamic performance of the system. Among them, this scheme reduces the rise time by 40.4 % compared with the double-closed loop cascading system. The adverse effect of interference on the main circuit is further reduced by adding secondary circuit. Predictive PI algorithm may alleviate the large time delay of temperature control, and has good anti-interference and robustness. The overshoot after adding disturbance is only 86.3 % of the control system using fuzzy controller. This solution may provide support for accurately and stably controlling the outlet temperature of the ordering-cylinder.

Vibration isolator is widely used in aerospace, vehicle, ship and other industries, its dynamic stiffness, impedance and other dynamic performance are its core parameters. A large number of test instruments have been developed for dynamic performance test of vibration isolators, but they are usually aimed at low frequency, light load and simple structure of vibration isolators. For vibration isolators with different characteristics, it is usually necessary to carry out specific structural design for their test instruments to avoid resonance and other safety problems during the test. In this paper, the structure design of dynamic performance test instrument for a certain type of high frequency vibration isolator was carried out. Based on the modal analysis of finite element simulation, the beam, column and foundation of the test instrument were optimized. And the variation law of its natural frequency was summarized. The simulation results showed that the optimized test instrument could meet the safety requirements. Its natural frequency was above 1000Hz, which could be used for the next step of production and manufacturing. This study also provided guidance for the structural design of the high frequency dynamic test instrument.

With the development of technology, positioning systems have shifted from outdoor to indoor and from low precision to high precision. The indoor positioning has put forward greater demands on many applications including indoor robot navigation. Aiming at improving the accuracy, cost, and stability of indoor localization, this paper proposed a single base station positioning approach for robots based on the fusion of UWB, IMU, and encoder sensors. With the combination of several sensors, robots that carry UWB tags can achieve high accuracy localization and well robustness in an indoor environment. It has been validated in indoor corridors and passages. Compared with traditional multi-base station positioning methods, the approach which we proposed cuts the positioning cost and improves flexibility. Experiments are carried out to validate the localization performance. The results confirm that the average positioning errors can meet requirements in most indoor scenes.

The indoor positioning has put forward greater demands on many applications including indoor robot navigation. Aiming at improving the accuracy, cost, and stability of indoor localization, this paper proposed a single base station positioning approach for robots based on the fusion of UWB, IMU, and encoder sensors. With the combination of several sensors, robots that carry UWB tags can achieve high accuracy localization and well robustness in an indoor environment. It has been validated in indoor corridors and passages. Compared with traditional multi-base station positioning methods, the approach which we proposed cuts the positioning cost and improves flexibility. Experiments are carried out to validate the localization performance.
