Decentralized adaptive control using an affine plus self-organizing fuzzy neural network for Multi-Agent System consensus problem 多智能体系统一致性问题的仿射加自组织模糊神经网络分散自适应控制

In this paper, we propose an effective method to configure a dynamical structure of each agent constituting Multi-Agent System (MAS) on a decentralized adaptive control. It is important that each agent does decision-making while configuring its own desirable dynamical characteristics and adapting to environmental changes. In conventional researches, the dynamics of each agent is modeled by neural network (NN) with static structure. Therefore, it is difficult for the agent to behave appropriately at time-varying conditions due to the static structure of NN. Thus, we propose a new decentralized adaptive control system (DACS) using an affine plus self-organizing fuzzy neural network (ASOFNN) for MAS, considering the consensus problem. Additionally, we give the proof of stability analysis of the proposed method theoretically, and the effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by the computational simulations.

State feedback controller design for discrete-time singular systems with random packet losses 随机丢包的离散奇异系统状态反馈控制器设计

This paper considers the state feedback controller design problem for discrete-time singular systems with random packet losses. The random packet losses are described by the Bernoulli random binary distribution. Using the equivalent transformation, a new stability condition for such systems is proposed. Moreover, the problem of state feedback control is solved in terms of strict LMIs. Simulation result is given to illustrate the usage of the proposed techniques.

LPV systems with unstable subsystems: A single Lyapunov function solution to stabilizing switching laws 具有不稳定子系统的LPV系统:稳定切换律的单Lyapunov函数解

This investigation presents a synthesis solution for stabilizing switching laws for a class of parameter-varying plants represented via linear LPV systems that has all unstable subsystems. Considered class of LPV systems has state matrices as parametrically affine with parameter varying in a convex set for which all the subsystems are unstable. Stabilization design of switching laws is solved that enforce overall state trajectory that is asymptotically convergent to the equilibrium state. Via the single Lyapunov function approach and the idea of parameter-dependent Lyapunov functions, a set of linear matrix inequalities guaranteeing the existence of solution. Illustrative examples and the respective simulation results are given that demonstrate the effectiveness of this new synthesis design for this class of LPV systems.

A novel algorithm for flattening virtual subsystems in Simulink models Simulink模型中虚拟子系统平面化的一种新算法

Recently embedded systems are often modeled using Simulink® to simulate their behavior. In order to perform the simulation, the modeling tool has to process the model. An important processing step is to determine the execution order of the elements in a model. This execution order is based on a sorted list of all semantically relevant model elements. Therefore, before simulation, Simulink® removes all model elements that only have a syntactic implication. In Simulink, the virtual subsystems are composite elements with no semantic bearing. Thus, Simulink performs a flattening model transformation that eliminates virtual subsystems. The work presented in this paper provides a novel algorithm for flattening composite elements in hierarchical models. Moreover, an optimized algorithm is also presented for Simulink models. With the implementation of these algorithms the level of abstraction of the model transformation can be raised. In this manner, a reusable, platform independent solution can be achieved for flattening Simulink subsystems.

Smart phone-based fuzzy modeling to examine facial skin quality 基于智能手机的模糊建模检测面部皮肤质量

Grooming made a good impression on the people. To accompany the demand of applying right cosmetics on face, multitudes of skin detectors emerged. Though small-scale skin detectors are easy to carry due to their lightweight and easy to use they need to contact the face by the metal part of the detector while examining. As photographic enhancements of the smart phones, taking and acquiring digital images become easier. Thus, this study uses smart phones to take facial skin images. Then, we can calculate the texture features, including contrast, entropy and inverse difference moment through gray level co-occurrence matrix. Finally, vertical, horizontal and diagonal texture features on the original gray image are found by Haar wavelet transform. After defining the six texture features of input and output membership functions of the skin types, the skin quality characteristics are inferred by the proposed fuzzy models. In order to reduce the computing time, we use principal component analysis method to discriminate texture features. The purpose is to examine the skin types with fewer features. With the six texture features from fuzzy inference results as a reference value, both the results from the principal component analysis and gray level co-occurrence matrix methods achieve the accuracy rates of 96.29% and 93.21%, respectively. These results verify that the proposed smart phone-based fuzzy models are effective for facial skin quality examination.

Novel conditions for finite time stability of discrete time delay systems 离散时滞系统有限时间稳定性的新条件

In this article novel sufficient conditions for the practical and finite time stability of linear continuous system with time delay have been presented. A general mathematical description of the systems investigated was given as x(k+1)=A0x(k) + A1x(k-h). The proposed approach was based on the investigation of the Lyapunov-like functions which was used for derivation of the novel stability conditions, independent of time delay. The obtained results were applied to the investigation of systems' stability. The basic advantages of the presented conditions were the following: the functions used here did not have to be positive on the state space and there was no need for negative derivatives along the trajectory of systems.

Global efficiency of an UPS module integrated with PV, H2, and CAES systems UPS模块集成PV、H2、CAES系统的整体效率

In this paper the efficiency of a complex plant that serves as Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) System for road tunnel service (lighting and air circulation) is evaluated by means of an algorithm which is based on Graph Theory. Such algorithm is able to handle complex systems, even those which have energy circulation, provided that it is possible to identify the power flows, and their corresponding partitions, between the single process stations. The UPS system is composed of systems for energy production and storage, among which a Compressed Air Energy Storage (CAES) plant, Photovoltaic Field (PV), Hydrogen Cells (H2). The new code has been developed in an algebraic manipulation programming environment and so the solution is available either in numerical or in closed-form symbolic expression.

Hybrid multiple-object tracker incorporating Particle Swarm Optimization and Particle Filter 结合粒子群优化和粒子滤波的混合多目标跟踪系统

This study presents a hybrid algorithm incorporating Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) and Particle Filter (PF) for multiple-object tracking based mainly on gray-level histogram model. To start with, the hybrid object tracker uses PSO to search the objects in the beginning, taking advantage of the PSO for global optimization. Once the objects have been successfully found by PSO, the hybrid object tracker then switches to PF to continuously track the objects. To avoid the varying-size problem of the objects, Speeded Up Robust Features (SURF) is used to detect the object around its neighborhood in the video sequence for defining the real image size of the object for remodeling the target object by histogram. As a result, tracking speed can be maintained by the hybrid tracker using simple histogram model while circumventing the varying-size problem of the objects during the tracking process.

To start with, the hybrid object tracker uses PSO to search the objects in the beginning, taking advantage of the PSO for global optimization. Once the objects have been successfully found by PSO, the hybrid object tracker then switches to PF to continuously track the objects. To avoid the varying-size problem of the objects, Speeded Up Robust Features (SURF) is used to detect the object around its neighborhood in the video sequence for defining the real image size of the object for remodeling the target object by histogram. PID controller parameter estimator using ant colony system 基于蚁群系统的PID控制器参数估计

This work presents a proportional-integral-derivative (PID) estimator that is a parallel ant colony system (para-ACS) to regulate and obtain the precise parameters of PID controller. The framework consists of a main controller that is a PID controller and an para-ACS in which is offline tuned for the parameters of PID. The structure of para-ACS consists of three ACS sets that are parallel. Each ACS set individually estimates the three parameters of a PID controller. The searching pattern of each ACS set has five layers in which each layer has ten nodes, so as to represent each parameter is a five-bit decimal real number. In addition, the integral of time and absolute error (ITAE) and the tracking error are used in the cost function of each ACS set to update the pheromone of each ACS set. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed method has been verified by simulations using the inverted pendulum system.

Study on constructing malware attack forensic procedure of digital evidence 构建恶意软件攻击数字证据取证程序的研究

This study intended to improve two common problems of digital evidences: preservation and ease to modified; during preservation, collection, validation, identification, analysis, interpretation, documentation and presentation processes. We used I-Forensics (LiveDetector & LiveSearch) tools kit to explore digital evidence of malware attack in Windows system to produces a standard operation procedure. The main purpose is to provide forensic operators a reliable and accountable standard and guideline mechanism.
