Preprocessing is the first step in the image processing for any digital image before it goes further step. Denoising techniques are one of the important techniques used in preprocessing. The digitized microscopic blood smear image contains unwanted noise due to poor illumination, electronic interference, different variation in lighting condition etc. The processing of these images without the filtering techniques, can produce inaccurate results in the further step of image processing such as segmentation, feature extraction and classification. So, it is necessary to preprocess the images with proper techniques for each type of preprocessing. In this paper, we have tried to evaluate the different types of the filtering techniques on the blood smear images of Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL) for the removal of noise. We have reviewed many research work which have used various filtering techniques used for removal of noise.

The large scale (xyz) oil spillage of March 24, 1988 tested spill preparedness and response capabilities of both the industry and government which proved, individually and collectively, to be wholly insufficient to control an oil spill of the magnitude. The assessment of corporate preparedness for an oil spillage has been expressed principally in two ways. An assembly of spill response equipment is identified with or equated to a magnitude of spillage. On the other hand, the manufacturer’s stated performance is equated to response capacity. These publicized levels of preparedness have been proved wrong by many a spill internationally and in Nigeria in particular, making the methods of assessment inadequate and -unacceptable. This paper introduces a new measure, the response capacity factor, THE RESPONSE CAPACITY FACTOR, for preparedness assessment defined as the ratio of a reference time duration T (a function of the sensitivity and vulnerability of the site environment) to the estimated duration T during which a spilled quantity Q (associated with an operation site) would be fully recovered within the resources of or available to the organization. The factor is based on management objective for oil spill response, environmental sensitivity and the need for its protection. It recognizes that response capacity is a function of a series of variables notably geographical location and terrain, equipment and personnel resources. The RCF is expected to be a powerful tool for corporate planning (investment comparison, budgeting, staffing, training, operational control, etc.). The applications of the factor for oil-spill cooperatives and national (or regional) contingency planning are also discussed.

The purpose of this analysis is to examine the surface roughness during machining of aluminum 2024 prepared through the powder metallurgical (P/M) route. Aluminium 2024 alloy is prepared with different compositions, such as pure Al, 1.5 W% of Mg, and 2–6% of Cu powders. Powders are blended with the ball milling machine according to the composition required, and green compacts are prepared in a square-shaped die (25*25mm) by applying a uniaxial load of 250 Mpa ±50. The sintering process was performed at a temperature of 594 °C for 60 minutes, and the heating profile consisted of a 10-minute isothermal keep at 594 °C followed by cooling in Furness. It presents and addresses compaction characteristics, green density, dimensional changes during sintering, sintering density, mechanical properties, and microstructures. Also determined were the surface roughness and MRR during machining with a CNC milling machine at different depths of cut.

The research has dealt with the study of the essential concepts of planning, design of commercial investment projects and the elements of the urban investment environment and their relationship and dimensions in the planning process, benefiting from previous studies and experiences of some countries as well as spatial analysis of the reality of the city of Baghdad and the extraction of planning indicators that contribute to achieving balance, spatial integration and social justice in the distribution of investment projects and raising the value of the land. The research concluded through statistical analysis and extracting practical results using the (Spss) program and analyzing data from the questionnaire forms that were distributed to specialized experts that there is weakness in planning and distributing projects as a reality and their hugely concentration on certain sectors than others, especially (Al-Karada, Al-Mansour, Rusafa. The study also dealt with planning and spatial distribution of investment projects in the investment map in general and commercial projects in particular through the (GIS) program.

This study aimed to develop a Record Management System with Decision Support System for the Faculty and Employees Association in Miagao Campus. The system allows for the creation, maintenance, and disposal of records in an organized manner, creating a transparent record management organization through a certain policy. The Decision Support System enhances the functional aspect of decision-making and data management. The developed system includes a Record Management component for faculty and employee data, used for updating personal records and determining individual benefits. Members can view their monthly contributions and dues, and the system provides a decision support system to evaluate if members can claim their benefits. Additionally, the system generates monthly reports and keeps records in the database system. The prototyping model was used in software development, and the ISO 25010 criteria for software evaluation was adopted to evaluate the system. Five IT experts and ten FEA members were randomly selected to evaluate the system, and based on the given criteria, the overall result of the evaluation was "very effective." The system meets the characteristics of software quality set by ISO 25010 standards, including functional suitability, performance efficiency, compatibility, usability, reliability, security, maintainability, and portability. Overall, the Record Management System with Decision Support System is an effective tool for managing records and supporting decision-making for the Faculty and Employees Association in Miagao Campus.

The XRD for carbon nanotubes shows the main two peaks at 2Ө ≈ 25∘ and 43∘ with many noises for all the line from 5∘ to 80∘ which depend on nature of structure. The noises produce from instrumental sources and the physical properties of tubular structure and that represent by inter and intra Van Der Waals forces. Most of the noises were removed by using computerized programs while it is referred to nature of tubular structure with one or many sheets of graphene. The most of this noises represent the nature of structure which reduces with increase graphene sheets, thus removing it delete the specific proprieties of CNTs. The graphite behave the same properties of tubular structure which variant with number of sheets.

Numerous studies reported ‘’ how nanomaterials (NMs) can be prepared’.’ However, in this work, we are trying to explain some ideas about ‘’the best route and mechanism for synthesizing ideal size and shape for maximum benefit of applications’’. The strategy of synthesizing of nanomaterials with different dimensions by highlighting on the supposed mechanism that could be helps to select the best conditions for the preparations of nanomaterials will be explained. The content also deals with perfect conditions for maximum ideal structure to the great physio-chemical properties and minimum disadvantage which may reduce the activity. Keeping in mind the experimental behavior that could be enhance the activity of synthesis different types of nanomaterials.

The aim is to recycle clothes scraps and use it in two applications, the first application is to manufacture clothes for baby clothes using a singer machine and over lock machine and the second application is wood industry compressed using the method a mechanical machine hot pressure. Results obtained from the first application is baby clothes close quality of clothes imported and results are made get it from the second application they are fragile plank samples compact and that proportion of the substance . Large quantities of scarps are extracted from garment factories that cannot be counted, these factories use different raw material and pattern of fabrics in the manufacture of different type of clothing.

Heart diseases are commonly caused and when neglected becomes life threatening. So, early detection of the disease is very important and for diagnosis to save lives. There can be many parameters that are to be considered to predict the heart disease. Some of them are like age, cholesterol, blood pressure levels. Etc., here we are going to implement Machine Learning model to predict heart disease.

The world is moving towards the process of automation. From the use of manual vehicles to the use of self-driving cars as people seek comfort, convenience and accessibility. Home automation basically does that, making the devices easily accessible from anywhere in the home. To overcome the challenges associated with standing up to switch on and off home appliances, especially during this pandemic era. Hence, “Automated control of fixed loads and remote Sockets: Design and evaluation” presented. This research describes the evaluation via survey and design of a circuit incorporated with a Bluetooth module and design application for smartphones so that any device connected to the circuit such as fans, lightings, sockets etc can make use of the application to control it. The application once it has been successfully installed in any smartphone and successfully connected to the circuit helps in switching on and off the lights, the fan, sockets, etc It will also help in the regulation of the speed of the devices. This is more effective, reliable, automated, time saving and cost effective.
