This study was conducted to investigate the effect of the variabIe Dependency Ratio, Affirmation Physical DAK, Gross RegionaI Domestic Product on the Human Development lndex in Underdeveloped Regions in West Papua Province years 2019-2023. The methodlused the studyiis paneI dataaregression analysis with the Fixed Effect ModeI (FEM) estimation. The data used in this study is the 2019-2023 period with 8 districts included in the category of disadvantaged areas. The results obtained indicate the dependency ratio has a significantlnegative effect at the Human DeveIopment lndex, if the dependency ratio decreases, the Human Development Index will increase. For DAK Physical Affirmation has no influence on the Human Development Index, because there are still development inequality in 8 underdeveloped regions in West Papua Province due to natural topography, and socio-cultural factors. While the GRDP variable own a positive as well as significant infIuence, imediately from GRDP increases, the Development Index will also increase because GRDP at constant prices reflects the economic growth of a region.

Poverty is an issue related to the welfare of mankind. More in-depth research is needed on factors that can affect poverty. Aiming to achieve the influence, Minimum Wage, Open Unemployment Rate, dependency ratio and Economic Growth on the Poverty Rate in East Java Province with a 13-year series from 2010 to 2022. The study used quantitative research using secondary data obtained from the Central Bureau of Statistics of East Java Province. Using multiple linear regression with BLUE (Best Linear Unbiased Estimate) assumptions. The results of the study simultaneously known sig value. test F as much as 0.001 which means less than𝛼 = 0.05, as well as the value of F count 15.427 F table 3.84. From these results it can be concluded that all independent variables, Minimum Wage (X1), Open Unemployment Rate (X2), Dependency Ratio (X3) and Economic Growth (X4), simultaneously or simultaneously have a significant influence on the dependent variable, Poverty Level (Y). Partially, the Open Unemployment Rate, Dependency Ratio and Economic Growth do not have a significant effect on the Poverty Level, while the Minimum Wage has a significant effect on the Poverty Level.
使用带有 BLUE(最佳线性无偏估计值)假设的多元线性回归。
