The main goal in the global Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) agreement is to end poverty. Appropriate and efficient government intervention is needed to reduce poverty. This research analyzes the influence of domestic investment, minimum wages and government spending in reducing poverty in East Java. Multiple linear regression analysis was used as parameter estimation for this research. The data used a time series period 2008-2022. The results show that there is a significant negative relationship between domestic investment and government spending on the poor people. This means that when domestic investment and government spending increase, it will reduce the poor people in East Java. However, this is different from the minimum wage which has a positive and significant relationship to the poor people. When the minimum wage increases, it has no effect on the number of poor people in East Java. So it can be concluded that the government can optimize domestic investment and government spending to end the problem of poverty in East Java.

This study aims to examine the influence of sustainability reporting, namely the disclosure of economic, environmental, and social performance, on the value of a company. The present investigation also explores the presence of a moderating variable, specifically the investment opportunity set, that functions to moderate the association between sustainability reporting disclosure and company value. Companies in the energy sector that were listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2021–2022 served as the study object. Quantitative approaches are employed in this study. The research sample was determined using a purposive sampling methodology, which relied on secondary data. This method resulted in a sample size of 82. Smartpls 3.0 is the program that processed the data for this investigation. The results showed there is no impact on company value from the disclosure of social, environmental, and economic performance in sustainability reporting. While it doesn't impact the disclosure of environmental performance on company value, the existence of an investment opportunity set can moderate the relationship between the economic and social performance disclosure in sustainability reporting.

This research analyzes how related party transactions and intellectual capital influence firm value and how a company's financial health (financial performance) moderates its relationship with related parties (related party transactions) and intangible assets (intellectual capital) in determining the overall value of the firm. A total of 105 financial companies from 2020 to 2022 were the population in this study. Through the purposive sampling method, 27 financial companies were used as research samples. The data analysis technique used is Partial Least Square (PLS) using special SmartPLS 4 software. The results of this research reveal that transactions with related parties do not have a direct impact on firm value. On the other hand, strong intellectual capital makes a positive contribution to firm value. Meanwhile, this research found that the company's financial health (financial performance) was unable to moderate the relationship between related party transactions and intellectual capital on firm value.

This research analyzes the impact of the Baitul Maal Foundation PLN zakat funds on a dairy goat breeding program in Pakpak Bharat Regency. Using a qualitative method with a case study approach, data was gathered through observation, interviews, surveys, and documentation. The findings indicate that the zakat fund distribution positively impacts the mustahiq economy by providing business capital and training, enabling them to independently raise dairy goats and generate income. This program is expected to improve mustahiq’s standard of living, the quality of education for their children, and enhance community gratitude and social awareness. However, challenges such as inadequate mentoring and training, and limited knowledge and skills of mustahiq in goat breeding were identified. The research recommends that Baitul Maal Foundation PLN enhance support and training for mustahiq and increase their knowledge and skills in dairy goat breeding.

Regional government expenditure is reflected in regional expenditure. Regional spending allocations must be adjusted to clear development goals. In 2022, East Java Province recorded revenue realization of 107.4%, while regional expenditure realization was 92.47%. Regional expenditure is influenced by several factors that need to be known in order to allocate it according to targets. Therefore, the aim of this research is to see the influence of PAD, balancing funds, and population on regional expenditure in East Java Province in 2008-2022 using multiple linier regression analysis method. So it is known that the variables PAD, balancing funds, and population during simultaneous testing have a significant effect on regional spending. Meanwhile, partially the two variables, namely PAD and balancing funds, are positively related and have a significant influence, but the population variable does not have a significant influence on regional expenditure. So it would be better for the East Java Provincial government to intensify regional expenditure allocations to support public services for the sake of realizing community welfare.

This research focuses on examining the impact of changes in economic structure and assessing the effectiveness of government program initiatives on income inequality. Income inequality becomes the dependent variable, then the industrial sector GRDP ratio, service sector GRDP ratio, Smart Indonesia Program, Food Social Assistance and Provincial Minimum Wage become the independent variables. The empirical approach in this research involves analysis of panel data from 34 provinces in Indonesia during the 2018-2022 period, using data collected from the Central Statistics Agency and the Ministry of Education and Culture. The research method applied is the Fixed Effect Model (FEM). The findings of this research show that the industrial sector GRDP ratio variable and the Provincial Minimum Wage show a negative influence on income inequality. Meanwhile, other variables, including the GRDP ratio in the service sector, the Smart Indonesia Program, and Social Food Assistance, did not show a significant influence on income inequality.
