Clay soil is formed from the chemical weathering of rock components, resulting in microscopic and submicroscopic particles. Clay soil has low shear strength and high compressibility. Therefore, efforts to improve it are necessary to overcome instability and settlement issues. This paper discusses the influence of CBR values when clay soil is mixed with fly ash and lime. Four proposed compositions are considered using 10% fly ash and 10, 15, 20, and 25% lime contents. The research results show that the proposed compositions have higher CBR values compared to the original CBR of the clay soil. For example, a composition with 10% fly ash and 10% lime has a CBR value of 13.65%, while a composition with 10% fly ash and 25% lime has a CBR value of 8.61%. Nevertheless, both compositions still yield higher CBR values than the original CBR value of the clay soil which was determined as being equal to 7.79%.

Srimulyo Village, Air Salek District has a water connection with PDAM Tirta Betuah as a clean water service provider. The problem that occurs is the lack of water pressure, so it cannot meet the need for clean water for 24 hours. Apart from loss of head, it is projected that there will be changes in population which will increase the burden on clean water capacity at the research location. This research was conducted to determine the existing clean water needs, population projections, and determine head loss. This calculation uses geometric methods to calculate population projections, as well as the Hardy Cross method to calculate pressure loss. In the drainage area in Srimulyo Village, the total need for clean water in 2022 is 371,760 lt/day, the projected population for the next 5 years in 2027 is 5,164 people, and in the next 10 years 2032 it is 6,435 people. And the loss of pressure height occurred in block 3, namely 6.03 m and the remaining pressure was 33.34 m. This is caused by a change in pipe diameter from 6 inches to 4 inches.

Palembang city government chose light rail transit (LRT) as public transportation to overcome the problem of traffic congestion. However, the use of public transportation in the city of Palembang is not optimal, so traffic jams occur, It is necessary to develop facilities that can attract people's interest in using public transportation. This research uses the Stated Preference Method to determine socio-economic characteristics, travel characteristics, and people's preferences for the development of Park and Ride facilities in Palembang City. The respondents for this research were 100 LRT transportation passengers. From the research results, it is known that the majority of passengers are college students, aged between 19-25 years, with an income of less than IDR 1,000,000 and the reason for traveling is for recreation or entertainment. Based on descriptive analysis to determine respondents' preferences for the development of the Park and Ride concept offered in the Stated Preference Survey, the results obtained from 6 (six) travel scenarios obtained a total of 2400 choices from 100 respondents. Travel by private vehicle (Option A) was chosen 1512 (63%) times, while travel by the Park and Ride system integrated with public transportation was chosen 888 (37%) times.

Movement activities can cause the mode selection process. Tridinanti University, as one of the education centers in Palembang city is one of the centers of movement for students. The basis of this research aims to observe the behavior of student motorcycle users with public transportation and analyze whether mode selection is influenced by changes in cost and travel time. This research was conducted with data from the observation approach, questionnaire results, literature review and data processing with the SPSS program in describing the travel situation for the two modes. An overview of the composition of the characteristics of travelers from survey data, it is known that the general characteristics of users in the selection of modes are 81.14% of motorcycle user respondents while 18.86% of public transportation user respondents. Based on gender, male respondents were 57.43% while female respondents were 42.57%. The reasons for choosing modes for motorcycles are time considerations of 47.18% and cost considerations of 15.85% while the reasons for choosing modes for public transportation are cost considerations of 36.36% and time considerations of 13.64%. The mode selection model between motorcycles and public transportation obtained (Usp-Umk) = -0.767-0.011C-0.024T. When the condition of attribute difference is equal to zero, the probability value of motorcycles is greater than the probability of public transportation for the attributes of travel time and cost. The model obtained from regression analysis of all data has the highest R2 price of 0.88% or 88% of the influence of the two attribute factors considered and the remaining 12% is influenced by attributes that have not been considered. In addition to the 2 travel attributes included in this study, several other attributes could also be considered for testing such as safety, convenience, and other influencing factors.

A fire is an unwanted disaster, in the framework of a post-fire building structure it becomes the basis for deciding whether the building structure can still be used or not. The rise in high temperatures in concrete structures will result in changes in concrete, the problem faced is how to handle post-fire buildings. From this explanation, this research will discuss the strength of concrete structures, especially the ratio of normal concrete to concrete that has been burnt with variations in duration of burning 1 hour, 2 hours and 3 hours under normal conditions. Concrete compressive strength testing was carried out when the specimens reached the age of 3 days, 7 days, 14 days, 21 days, and 28 days with cylindrical specimens and the flexural strength of concrete was carried out when the specimens reached 28 days. The number of concrete compressive strength test specimens is 36 unit, and the flexural strength is 12 unit. The normal quality of concrete used is 30 MPa. From the results of the analysis regarding the tests carried out on compressive strength, it can be concluded that from the results of the compressive strength tests of 1 hour, 2 hours and 3 hours it decreased by 26.83%, 41.46% and 59.67% compared to concrete normal, for the flexural strength test results of 1 hour, 2 hours, and 3 hours decreased by 33.25%, 66.75%, and 66.75% compared to normal concrete.

There are various methods that can be employed to measure construction labour productivity. However, it is difficult to measure accurately labour productivity. Work sampling is a relatively easy to use methode for measuring productivity. The main objective of this research is to analyze labour productivity on the building project of The Fame Citywalk located on Jalan Rajawali Palembang utilizing work sampling method. The productivity measure obtained from the analysis is labour utilization rate (LUR) and labour daily coefficient productivity of bore file contruction. Besides, this research is intended to investigate factors influencing the LUR in project by using questionnaire. The work sampling analysis shows that ini overall LUR of project of bore file construction was 73.45%. Besides LUR, high productivity is taken from every percent per hour of every work from bore file construction is 6.404 org/m’/hour. The highest labour productivity for all works tookplace on Tuesday. From the result of t-test on questionnare, factors taken influence significantly to labour productivity that is on the level of significant 95% is control and supervision, teamwork, and leadership. Mean while factors of material and equipment, rework, information, present, shedule, motivation, moral and behavior, skill and labour substitute do not influence significantly on labour productivity.

The main objective of this research is to analyze labour productivity on the building project of The Fame Citywalk located on Jalan Rajawali Palembang utilizing work sampling method. The productivity measure obtained from the analysis is labour utilization rate (LUR) and labour daily coefficient productivity of bore file contruction. Besides, this research is intended to investigate factors influencing the LUR in project by using questionnaire. The work sampling analysis shows that ini overall LUR of project of bore file construction was 73.45%. Besides LUR, high productivity is taken from every percent per hour of every work from bore file construction is 6.404 org/m’/hour. The highest labour productivity for all works tookplace on Tuesday. From the result of t-test on questionnare, factors taken influence significantly to labour productivity that is on the level of significant 95% is control and supervision, teamwork, and leadership. Mean while factors of material and equipment, rework, information, present, shedule, motivation, moral and behavior, skill and labour substitute do not influence significantly on labour productivity.","PeriodicalId":126911,"journal":{"name":"Jurnal Teknik Sipil LATERAL","volume":"140 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-06-03","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124412449","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Sanitation is a way of treating household waste to prevent humans from being exposed to it, free of harmful impurities and waste materials. The use of wastewater treatment plants is expected to be able to reduce pollution produced by domestic activities. Since the last five years, the city of Palembang has had several WWTPs that process domestic waste, but there have been a few problems that have occurred so that a study of these problems is needed in the field. The research method used in this study uses both quantitative and qualitative research. The results showed that the percentage of IPAL Bendung was 11.7% of newly used WWTP capacity and 83.3% of WWTP idle capacity. This shows that the idle capacity of the two WWTP Bendungs is very high, and it is necessary to increase the house connection. Based on the results of the studies that have been found, the WWTP Bendungs found problems with discharge and detention time.
