PEMANFAATAN LIMBAH CAIR TEMPE MENGGUNAKAN BAKTERI Pseudomonas sp DALAM PEMBUATAN PUPUK CAIR 坦佩废水的应用利用假单胞菌来制造液体肥料

This study aims to analyze the differences in the length of fermented tempeh wastes using Pseudomonas sp bacteria in the manufacture of liquid fertilizer, nutrient content (Nitrogen) contained in tempeh liquid waste fermentation using Pseudomonas sp bacteria in the manufacture of liquid fertilizer, the number of bacteria in tempe liquid waste fermentation by using Pseudomonas sp bacteria in making liquid fertilizer. Quantitative methods, types of experimental research and observations with the aim of knowing the effect of fermentation time on the liquid fertilizer produced. The fermentation time used is, 0, 7 14. days while the volume of bacteria is 200 ml. The mathematical model of the factorial design trial design with 2 replications used is as follows, Mattjik and Sumertajaya (2000), conducted at the ITI Microbiology Laboratory Technical Implementation Unit on Jl. Raya PUSPITEK Serpong-Tangerang Selatan, from the beginning of sampling until the end of the check, starts from May to June 2018. The object of this research is the liquid waste of tempe derived from the results of boiling tempeh. In this study, the pH, nitrogen and total bacteria were seen before and after adding bacteria by fermentation. The results showed: (a) tempe liquid waste can be used as raw material for the manufacture of high-quality liquid organic fertilizer in accordance with the quality standard provisions (POC) with the addition of Pseudomonas sp in the fermentation method, (b) the increase in N content in this study was 1.52%, which is from the level of 0.56% pure urine after fermentation of N content to 2.08%.
本研究旨在分析利用sp假单胞菌制造液肥发酵豆豉废液的长度、利用sp假单胞菌制造液肥发酵豆豉废液中所含的营养成分(氮)、利用sp假单胞菌制造液肥发酵豆豉废液中细菌数量的差异。为了解发酵时间对液体肥料产量的影响,进行了定量方法、实验研究和观察。使用的发酵时间为0,7 14。采用2个重复的析因设计试验设计的数学模型如下,Mattjik和Sumertajaya(2000),于2000年7月1日在ITI微生物学实验室技术实施单元进行。Raya PUSPITEK serong - tangerang Selatan,从取样开始到检查结束,从2018年5月到6月开始。本研究的对象是豆豉煮沸后产生的豆豉废液。在本研究中,通过发酵观察了加菌前后的pH、氮和总菌数。结果表明:(a)在发酵方法中添加假单胞菌sp可作为生产符合质量标准规定(POC)的优质液体有机肥的原料;(b)本研究中氮含量的提高为1.52%,即从发酵后纯尿液的0.56%水平提高到2.08%。

PERENCANAAN INSTALASI PENGOLAHAN AIR LIMBAH DOMESTIK SYSTEM LUMPUR AKTIF DI GEDUNG TRANS MART 计划在TRANS MART大楼启动国内污水处理系统

This study aims to design a waste water treatment plant (WWTP) design; reference in making WWTP in another place; and do waste water treatment so it is not harmful to the surrounding environment. The location of the research in the Jakarta Transmart building, when this research was conducted in March to June 2018. The method used in the implementation of this study planning was the preparation of reports that included analysis of waste characteristics; review of literature studies that are used to study supporting theories during conducting problem analysis and discussion so that they can be considered into the planning of wastewater treatment institu- tions that will be carried out; collection of primary data and secondary data as material for study of wastewater treatment plant planning; and design, calculation of the dimensions of the wastewater treatment plant, technical specifications. Planning criteria, among others: processing efficiency and achieving target results in accordance with desired quality standards; land area needed; and care must be easy and simple. The results showed that the estimated discharge of water requirements found in the Transmart building was around 59.97 m³ / day, obtained from the calculation of the area of the building building to meet the needs of clean water needed per square meter. Aeration tank volume and Aeration 1 dimensions: 3.35 m long, 4.450 m wide, 2.550 m depth, 0.625 m free space height, 38.01 m³ volume. Aeration 2: 3.375 m long, 4.450 m wide, 2.550 m depth, 0.625 m free space height, 38.3 m³ volume. Total aeration body area = 76,315 m. Tub sedimentation: 3.35 m long, 2.850 m wide, 2.350 m depth, 0.90 m free space height, 38.3 m³ volume. Volume: 13.7. Tub Equalization: 2.625 m long, 5.975 m wide, 2.60 m depth, free space height 0.575 m, volume 40 m³. In the design of planning the installation of wastewater treatment systems for activated sludge should be added or further processing so that the water from processing can be reused and not wasted, such as filtration so that it can be used such as for washing vehicles, watering plants etc.

In early 2020 the whole world was shocked by the Coronavirus, which spreads so fast, almost the entire world is infected. Coronavirus is an RNA virus with a particle size of 120- 160 nm. This virus mainly infects animals, including bats and camels. This virus not only attacks the health side but attacks the world economic side, so the Indonesian government immediately makes a policy by implementing a transitional PSBB which is expected to coexist with the community with this virus on condition that they always adhere to health protocols. This study aims to find a relationship between healthy living and safe behavior and to find a relationship between knowledge about Covid 19 and safe behavior. This study uses a questionnaire method to obtain data in the field by distributing a google form link to willing respondents. For data analysis, this research uses the homogeneity test method, correlation test, and regression test. Based on the results of the study, it was found that between a healthy lifestyle and safe behavior, a correlation significance value of 0.663 was obtained where this value was more than 0.5 which indicated there was no relationship and between knowledge about Covid 19 and safe behavior, the correlation significance value was 0.890 where this value more than 0.5 which indicates there is no relationship.

EFEKTIVITAS BONGGOL PISANG KEPOK (Musa paradisiaca) UNTUK MENURUNKAN KADAR BESI (Fe) DALAM AIR 香蕉秸秆(摩西范式)在水中降低铁(Fe)的作用

Water is a major requirement for the people of Indonesia. The source of water that is widely used is groundwater, ie water wells. Caused by increased human and industrial activity, well water can be contaminated with ferrous metals (Fe). To be able to make water as a source of clean water, processing needs to be done. This treatment process can be done by adsorption method. The material used can be utilized from the banana hump (Musa paradisiaca L.) as an adsorbent material. The objective of this study was to determine the decrease of ferro content in water by using dried banana paradisiaca L. (Musa paradisiaca L.). This research is experimental type. The cumulative decrease of ferro content (Fe) from the result of addition of banana bonggol with dose 0,08 gram, 0,1gram, 0,2 gram, 0,3 gram, and 0,4 gram respectively is equal to 16,16%, 17 , 96%, 32.9%, 51.5%, and 57.4%. The maximum result of the reaction is ferro content (Fe) in water decreased to 57,4% for dose 0,4 gram / 100 ml water for 30 minutes. In statistical results, there is significance value of p = 0,000 (á 0,05) or there is influence of various doses of banana stump in decreasing ferro content (Fe) in water.

Sumedang regional general hospital in the implementation of activities produces liquid waste which is if disposed directly to environment will cause water contamination and human health problems. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effectiveness of waste water treament plant performance in treating waste water based parameters BOD5, COD and TSS. The analysis of this study uses a T-Test statistical with SPSS software and also by calculating the efficiency of pollutants removal with using data before and after treatment to determine the effectiveness of waste water treament plant. Based on laboratory test result, the effluent concentration for BOD5, COD and TSS have fulfilled the standard discharge limit according to Ministry Of Environment and Forestry no.68/2016 and the chrom content in waste sludge has fulfilled with the standard discharge limit according to Ministry Of Environment and Forestry no.05/2014. The T-test interpretation result showed that the BOD5 and COD parameters have significant difference between the data before treatment and after treatment. Based on laboratory test result in November 2020, the efficiency of removal pollutanst for TSS 94.59%, BOD5 78.78% and COD 73.23%.

Waste is a serious environmental problem in Indonesia. DKI Jakarta is one of the cities with the largest waste contributor in Bantargebang Integrated landfills. Water is the fastest carrier ofwaste than the air. The Government of DKI Jakarta is making efforts to clean up wastein stream by forming a unit called the Stream Cleaner Unit under the auspices of the Environment Agency, to be responsible for the condition of solid waste in stream in the DKI Jakarta area. Pasar Rebo Sub-district is the first doorway for waste which is coming from Depok City. The purpoeses from this study is to determine how the waste transportation system is carried out by the Environmental Service and the Stream Cleaner Unit as the main institution dealing with waste problems in water bodies. The method of analysis used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The scope used in this research is the Water Stream of Pasar Rebo Sub-District, East Jakarta Administrative City. Based on research, supervisions and the number of used transportations needs to be increased. The awareness of the surrounding community also needs to be increased to create a healthy environment and clean water stream.

This research is aim at determining relationship between conscientiousness, agreeableness, neuroticism, openness, and extraversion with citizenship behavior on managing the environment on Depok Jaya citizen. The method used was survey with a correlational study by involving 85 sample. There were six instruments which measured citizenship behavior on managing the environment (reliability 0,932), conscientiousness (reliability 0,943), agreeableness (reliability 0,931), neuroticism (reliability 0,893), openness (reliability 0,914), and extraversion (reliability 0,873). Data has been analyzed by two-way ANOVA. Research results revealed that there is positive and significant correlation among those variables, even though it has been controlled by second-order correlation, it is significant among them. Therefore, it could be concluded that if citizenship behavior on managing the environment would be improved, then citizen conscientiousness, agreeableness, neuroticism, openness, and extraversion should be taken into consideration.

Healthy is the right of every individual to be able to do all daily life activities. To be able to live a healthy life, wmust have Clean and Healthy Living Behavior (PHBS). Clean and Healthy Living Behavior (PHBS) is a form ofcommunity empowerment that is conscious, willing and able to practice PHBS. The method used in the study icorrelational which aims to know the relationship between knowledge and attitudes with clean and healthy livinbehaviors at Kelurahan Kebon Besar, Kota Tangerang. In addition, this study also aims to find out the physicacondition of basic sanitation facilities in Kelurahan Kebon Besar. The subject in this study is RT 02 and RT 0RW 004 Kelurahan Kebon Besar, Kecamatan Batuceper, Kota Tangerang. The results of the double regeresanalysis showed a significant value of 0.151<0.05, so it can be concluded that there is a relationship of knowledgand attitude with clean and healthy living behaviors of Kebon Besar villagers about basic sanitation with PHBS.The physical condition of basic sanitation of Kebon Besar Subdistrict Batuceper, Tangerang based oobservations such as water, trash cans, toilets and SPAL still does not meet the standards of school sanitatiofacilities according to the Decree of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia Numbe1429/MENKES/SK/XII/2006 on guidelines for the implementation of school environmental health. Poor sanitatiowill cause various diseases such as diarrhea, toothache, skin pain and worms. Good clean and healthy livingbehavior of students is not followed by standard sanitation facilities in schools so there are still many studentswho are sick

In the Technical Material for the RTRW (Regional Spatial Plan) of South Tangerang City, Rawa Buntu Village which is included in Serpong District; is an area that is included in the cultivation area which is intended for medium density housing. The research was conducted on the X Apartment construction project which is located in the Rawa Buntu Station area. The impact of the construction of the apartment is in the form of physical impacts and socio-economic impacts. The physical impacts are in the form of vibration, noise, and dust. Meanwhile, the socio-economic impacts that occur are travel barriers or traffic jams, potholes and slippery roads, as well as impacts on the economy of the community around the project. The social impacts that occur are the absorption of labor from the environment around the project, as well as easy access to transportation for the people who will live in the apartment; which includes a positive impact. The initiator undertakes efforts to overcome negative physical impacts by regulating working hours; and countermeasures for dust is to use a bulkhead or project barrier. As for the negative social impacts that the project proponent has overcome, namely the construction of roads that are The community has a role and involvement that is recognized by the proponent. It can be seen from the beginning of the development project that the initiator socializes the project to the community. The proponent is also responsive in overcoming negative impacts by responding to complaints from the surrounding community by immediately improving the environment affected by the development project.

One process of seawater in order to reduce the level of hardness of calcium and mangnesium in seawater is done by draining the water into a column containing M-500 monoplus cation resin (IR-120). This trial aims to determine the effectiveness of calcium and magnesium uptake compared with time variation (t), control, 15 minutes, 30 minutes and 60 minutes. Ca content of time variation (t) ie, for control treatment of Ca content was obtained at 565 mg / l, treatment time for 15 minutes was obtained 355 mg / l, for treatment time of 30 minutes was obtained at 350 mg / l and for treatment time filtration for 60 minutes was obtained at 176 mg / l. mg content was obtained at 123 mg / l, treatment time of 15 minutes was obtained 114 mg / l, for treatment time of 30 minutes was obtained at 99 mg / l and for treatment of 60 minutes was obtained at 71 mg / l.
