Personality classification from text is a very popular domain of research among the domain of natural language processing. Personality of an individual has been found to be a very important characteristic when analyzing an individual for a particular purpose. Especially in fields such as e-recruitment, personality is a determining factor of if an individual has a placement at a particular workplace. The author aims to explore various personality classifications such as ‘The Big Five’ and the “Myer Briggs Type Indicator’ and various approaches in which text classification when it comes to detecting personality. Both machine learning and deep learning approaches are examined, and their inner workings, benefits and limitations are detailed as well. We expect that this article will provide a thorough insight to personality classification of text by a numerous number of approaches.

Le Système d’information géographique se range parmi les outils phares dans l’approche des nouvelles technologies de l’information et de la communication, et cela dans la gestion du foncier qui, actuellement est au centre de plusieurs études, surtout celles focalisées sur le projet de numérisation des documents cadastraux en République Démocratique du Congo. Dans le contexte de la province du Maniema, à travers sa circonscription foncière de Kindu connaît une forte croissance démographique. Ainsi, il s’observe que la fréquence élevée des sollicitations et la mauvaise gestion des lotissements ne garantissant pas la sécurité des titres de propriété est à l’origine des conflits fonciers qui font l’objet de la majorité des dossiers traités dans les cours et tribunaux à travers le pays. Il s’agit notamment des cas de spoliations, des empiètements et des attributions multiples des parcelles à plusieurs requérants. Pour répondre aux préoccupations de gestion du foncier, cette étude se propose de mettre en œuvre un système d’informations géographiques capable d’évaluer le degré des conflits fonciers en vue de bien orienter les décisions dans la recherche de pistes de solution

En réalisant cette recherche, le souci majeur consiste à vérifier si le cours d’informatique dans les écoles de la ville de KINDU est dispensé dans le respect d’un minimum de conditions requises. Ainsi, du traitement des données issues du dépouillement des protocoles d’enquête, les résultats révèlent que moins de 50% d’enseignants titulaires du cours d’informatique dans les établissements d’enseignement secondaires sélectionnés dans le cadre de la présente recherche sont qualifiés, enseignent dans les écoles disposant des laboratoires équipés et se réfèrent au programme national de ce cours pour préparer leurs leçons.

To further solve the cyber security challenges faced by the digital transformation of the Philippines university industry. This paper designed and proposed a cyber security detection and response platform (CSDRP), which can deal with traditional network security problems, improve the network security management capabilities of universities, and provide a method for real-time monitoring of network status and network security response in universities. With the outbreak of the epidemic, many universities in the Philippines have launched online courses and online services. These online courses and online services continue to proliferate, and with them come a host of cyber security risks and hidden dangers. CSDRP extracts logs through the traffic probes, and the platform performs correlation analysis on many security logs, combines relevant models and machine learning algorithms and generates response logs, which can be responded to and linked with policies, and finally presents relevant threats visually.
