Technical risk assessment when replacing the traditional seal with magnetic sealing complexes taking into account climatic factors 考虑气候因素的磁密封复合物取代传统密封时的技术风险评估

Various types of seals are widely used in the asynchronous motors (AM), but it is often not possible to achieve an acceptable seal. The solution of this problem is possible using magnetic sealing complexes. A comparison of the average failure rate of the AM series VASO showed that the failure rate depends on the seasonal climatic changes and reaches a maximum in winter when completing AM with gland seals, and does not change during the year when completing AM with MSC. It has been confirmed that the operation of AM with MSC practically does not depend on climatic factors and reduces the technogenic risk level of sealing system when replacing gland seal with MSC in 4...7 times.

Експериментально дослідженні ізотерми адсорбції КПАР вермикулітом, кінетика цього процесу та характер впливу на нього різноманітних чинників. Проведені дослідження показали ефективність використання спученого вермикуліту як адсорбенту КПАР із водних розчинів. Розроблена технологія очищення (доочищення) стічних вод від КПАР.

The article deals with automatic control at the arc of plasma welding and associated processes and technologies. The article engages mathematical techniques common in the description of automatic control systems. The article presents the results of the analytical study of dynamic processes occurring in the circuit of an electric arc with a capacity. The results of mathematical modeling that allow predicting the instability of the system with an integrated linear or non-linear load are rendered. Accounting for the reference to the object of automatic regulation (arc or plasma), the suggested materials can be of particular interest for a wide range of specialists in the field of welding production, as well as those engaged in the research of automatic control systems in converters.
本文论述了等离子焊接电弧自动控制及相关工艺技术。本文采用了描述自动控制系统时常用的数学技术。本文介绍了对容量电弧回路中发生的动态过程进行分析研究的结果。数学建模的结果,允许预测系统的不稳定性与集成的线性或非线性负载呈现。考虑到自动调节对象(电弧或等离子体)的参考,建议的材料可能对焊接生产领域的广泛专家以及从事转换器自动控制系统研究的专家特别感兴趣。

The energy flows in the propulsion plant with low-speed engine MAN 14S90ME–C9.2–TII are considered. It is noted that only one quarter of the energy released by combustion of fuel in the engine cylinder is transformed in propeller thrust. The amount of heat from the charge air slightly exceeds the amount of heat from exhaust gases when the engine’s load is 90% and under ISO conditions. The thermal scheme of exhaust heat recovery and air charging system at reasonable for marine conditions cooling depth has been presented and analyzed. Operating parameters of the system are shown in the diagram «Temperature — Heat». In the diagram «enthalpy — entropy» there has been considered a steam expansion process occurring in the turbine with two transitional supplies of superheated steam. It is indicated that all primary superheat pressure is needed to avoid excessive humidity of steam at the end of the expansion process.
