The present study deals with the issue of espoused values, organizational culture and sustainability. The main objective sought to identify if the constituent organizations of the Corporate Sustainability Index reveal an organizational culture for sustainability through the espoused values communicated in their respective sites. This Index consists of a tool created for comparative analysis of the performance of companies listed on the BM & FBOVESPA, mainly under the corporate sustainability aspect. An investigation was made of the sites of the thirty-five companies that form the 11th ISE Portfolio of 2016. Due to the exploratory and descriptive character of the study, a qualitative methodology was chosen, using the research technique of Kabanoff (2002), which consists of "content analysis of organizational documents in order to identify traces of espoused values in these documents" (KABANOFF, 2002, p.90). The results showed that the sites of these companies are not standardized and vary widely in the presentation and organization of sustainability content. Different levels of clarity of information related to the elements of the organizational culture were found, which can lead to deviations of perception by visitors of the site, regarding the commitment of some of these companies in relation to the sustainability theme.

The objective of this paper was to evaluate the influence of different concentrations of the IBA (indolbutyric acid) growth regulator on the rooting of pariri minicuttings. The study was carried out in the Embrapa Eastern Amazon Garden, where were used as explants nodal segments with approximately 2cm length. The experimental design was completely randomized with five treatments, with T1 = 0 (control); T2 = 50; T3 = 100; T4 = 150; And T5 = 200 ppm (ml.L-1) of indolebutyric acid with 20 replicates. After 45 days the percentage of rooting, number of roots and length of the largest root were evaluated and compared between the means of the treatments. According to the data collected, T1 (Control) treatment presented a more significant result (40%) in relation to rooted cuttings. Treatment (T5) was less significant for all variables.
