One of the most common methods of video forgery is make selected frames duplication from a video to another location in the same video. There are many algorithms that have been developed by other researchers and can be used for video forgery detection. Most of those algorithms use image processing technique which is fairly complex. In this paper, the simpler method for a specific purpose will be proposed and discussed. This method can be used to detect the frames duplication in a video that using MPJPEG codec. One of the simplest ways to detect whether a file is same or not is by calculating its hash value. This simple technique can be used for developing the method to detect the duplicate frames in a video. By splitting the MJPEG video into JPEG image frames, we can calculate the hash value of each frame. After we got all the hash value of each frame, we can compare the hash value each other. Furthermore, we can identify the duplicate frames in that video. For the implementation, we will use Python scripting language with OpenCV library. The output of the implemented program is the frame index number which indicates the location of the duplicate frames from the video files. For testing purpose, several original videos will be intentionally edited using video editing software to duplicate some of its frames. The result of the implementation shows that this method is pretty good, fast, and accurate to detect the frames duplication in a video file with MJPEG codec.

Now there are 4 current Accounting Standards in Indonesia, they are Pernyataan Standar Akuntansi Keuangan — International Financial Reporting Standards (PSAK-IFRS), Standar Akuntansi Keuangan — Entitas Tanpa Akuntabilitas Publik (SAK-ETAP) or Financial Accounting Standards — Entities without Public Accountability, PSAK-Syariah or International Financial Reporting Standards-Sharia, dan Standar Akuntansi Pemerintah (SAP) or Government Accounting Standards. The existence of different purposes of nonprofit and commercial organizations caused the differences in presenting financial statements among users of financial statements. One derivative of the Statement of Financial Accounting Standards (PSAK) for nonprofit organizations is PSAK 45. Technology development makes the increasing of transparence and accountability for commercial and nonprofit organizations. Thus, nonprofit organizations require an accounting system as a tool to collect, store and disseminate data for planning, controlling, coordinating, analyzing and financial decision-making purposes in accordance with PSAK 45 of 2011. With the existence of computer-based accounting information system, it can further facilitate the organization in preparing the accounting reports to be more accurate and accountable. This research aims to compare the manual process of PSAK 45 accounting cycle with a software model that can implement the financial records standards for nonprofit organization as contained in PSAK 45 which is published by Ikatan Akuntan Indonesia (IAI) or Indonesian Institute of Accountants. The result of the research is the SIA or Accounting Information System (AIS) implementation result that can produce some financial transaction process in accordance with the accounting cycle and financial statement such as cash flow statement, activity report, and statement of financial position.

People with a long history of drug abuse normally show structural abnormalities of the brain activities. These abnormalities is mostly caused by the changes in brain function due to the continuous of the drug use. In this paper, an identification of brain region which more affected by a long-term drug use is proposed. An experiment for twenty seven subjects (i.e., divided by group of addiction, methadone, and control) with five related drug pictures (i.e., randomly flashed in front of all subject) were conducted. To investigate which area of the human brain more affected due to its function, the EEG-P300 potential and its latency are evaluated. The lower average amplitudes and longer latencies are obtained from the frontal cortex in the addiction and rehabilitation group.

The heart is a vital organ of a human with functions to pump blood throughout the body. This paper discusses the results of examining the cardiac performance of elderly people based on Heart Rate Variability (HRV) analysis. The measurements were done by showing videos of negative stimulus that fit the Indonesian culture (sadness, anger and shock). The measurement results were then used as basis of hypothesis analysis that negative emotions have negative impact for elder people's heart health. In one of the participants (sad emotion), the Mean RR value of negative stimulus, showed 768,7 BPM, which was still greater than the value of Mean RR baseline that showed 744,6 BPM and the value of Mean HR of negative stimulus, showed 78,08 ms which was still lower than the value of Mean HR baseline that showed 80,73 MS. Decreasing values of Mean HR (Rhythm Accelerated Idioventricular) may trigger Myocardial Infarction, Pacemaker Failure, Metabolic imbalance and Myocardial Ischemia.
