During adolescence, a person tends to be more motivated to explore sexual experiences and if done without guidance and direction, it can cause adolescents to engage in risky sexual behavior. One of the risks of active sexual behavior is Sexually Transmitted Diseases (STDs). The purpose of this activity is to provide knowledge about how to recognize the signs and symptoms of PMS and STD prevention efforts to students at SMAN 1 Silima Pungga Pungga. The method of this activity is question and answer counseling and games. This activity was considered quite successful, judged by the enthusiasm of the participants to ask questions and feedback from participants who stated that this counseling was considered interesting and useful.

Information technology related to online business transactions is growing very rapidly. Business actors and consumers, both in urban centers and in areas, use information technology to shop or transact, including transactions for goods labeled with Well Known Marks (Famous Brands) that are protected by Trademark Law, which are traded through online system facilities. In online transactions related to well-known brand products, there are still violations that are detrimental to the brand owner. In connection with this, it is important to conduct socialization to the community, including teenagers who are also very potential consumers of branded goods that are traded through the internet. Nationally, Well Known Marks in Indonesia are regulated based on Article 4 and Article 6 of Law no. 20 of 2016 concerning Brands. Meanwhile at the international level the provisions governing Famous Marks are through the provisions of Article 6bis of the Paris Convention and Article 16 (2) of the TRIPs Agreement. Online business transactions in Indonesia are regulated by Law no. 11 of 2008 concerning Information and Electronic Transactions. The purpose of this community service activity is to provide an overview, understanding and alternative forms of student collaboration that can be carried out together in the BK2PTKI – Badan Koordinasi Kemahasiswaan Perguruan Tinggi Kristen Indonesia - Indonesian Christian Higher Education Student Cooperation Agency. At the national meeting with the theme: revitalization of the student body in the era of the kampus merdeka and the sub-theme: strategy for managing student activities in the era of the kampus merdeka, the Presenter Team was given the opportunity to deliver material with the topic: "Cooperation for BK2PTKI Student Activities". According to the topic, the Presenter Team said that there are several opportunity of collaboration and the possibility of organizing collaborations in organizing joint activities among BK2PTKI members including national competitions, national training, national student scientific meetings, national student publications and others. This collaboration is expected to produce several forms of student activity reports such as MOU documents, MoA documents, and IA documents. In addition, all of collaborations activities will produce student achievements at the national level as well as national student publications. The development of MSMEs in North Sumatra is quite good, namely around 2.8 million business units, and has contributed quite well to economic growth in North Sumatra and Medan in particular. MSMEs in the city of Medan are not seen as an alternative, but have become the backbone or foundation of the economy in Medan. There are 3 (three) things that must be considered and improved to strengthen the foundations of MSMEs, namely, finance, increase in human resources, and innovation in marketing models. The Yoppie Belawan Community is one of the home industries in Medan Belawan District. Precisely on Jalan Selebes Belawan II, Medan Kota Belawan, North Sumatra 20411. Since the beginning of 2020, the Yoppie Belawan Community started a catfish farming business. In April 2020, this community decided to process catfish meat into something more valuable and able to help this community increase their income and welfare during the current pandemic. After going through various considerations, it was decided to process catfish meat into Shredded Catfish with the IndoFish Shredded Catfish brand.

Covid-19 is still a pandemic, and showing an increase globally. Government policies are needed to assist youth in coping with this disaster by implementing effective measures. Thus, counseling is needed for youth to increase knowledge, know how to protect oneself, protect themselves and others in order to achieve preparedness against this disaster. This Community Service in the form of an outreach entitled "Prevention of Covid-19 on the Youth of GBIS Christ Hope Medan" was carried out online through the zoom cloud meetings application. Participants of the counseling were 23 GBIS Christ Hope Medan Youths. The technical implementation of this community service consists of opening by the MC, counseling, video playback, presenting posters, demonstrating how to wash hands and wearing masks, as well as a QA session, and finally participants filling out feedback via google form. Participants were very enthusiastic and interested in this extension, this can be seen from the feedback given by extension participants via google form. Most of the extension participants thought this counseling went very well (68.75%), and all participants agreed that this extension was very useful for them, because they got more knowledge about prevention, especially by washing hands properly, and increased endurance. The first conclusion is that the topic of counseling presented is in accordance with the needs of the extension participants, because Covid-19 is still a disease that has caused a pandemic with a high mortality rate until now. Second, it can invite young people to be able to further improve personal and environmental hygiene and a healthy lifestyle in reducing Covid-19 transmission and implement health protocols issued by the government to tackle the spread of Covid-19.

Typhoid fever is an infectious disease caused by Salmonella tyhphii bacteria. Typhoid fever is transmitted through the faecal orally when food or drink is contaminated with Salmonella tyhphii bacteria due to lack of hygiene of food or drinks. Clean and Healthy Living Behavior (PHBS) is very important to prevent the transmission of typhoid fever. This counseling aims to provide education about typhoid fever, including how to prevent the transmission of typhoid fever. This counseling was given to students of class XI Santa Lusia Senior High School, Percut Sei Tuan District. Outreach is provided through presentation, question and answer and online feedback. Feedback shows that participants can receive the information given well.

Abstrak Penyakit demam berdarah merupakan salah satu masalah kesehatan di Kota Medan yang cenderung menimbulkan kekhawatiran masyarakat karena perjalanan penyakitnya cepat dan dapat menyebabkan kematian dalam waktu yang singkat. Penyakit demam berdarah adalah penyakit yang disebabkan oleh virus dengue. Virus ini ditularkan melalui vector nyamuk. Pendekatan pemberantasan demam berdarah yang berwawasan kepedulian masyarakat merupakan salah satu alternatif pendekatan baru dalam rangka pengendalian penyebaran penyakit ini. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk memberikan penjelasan kepada pelajar-pelajar yang diharapkan dapat menjadi agent of change di lingkungannya dalam pemberantasan penyakit DBD ini. Metode kegiatan ini dilaksanakan dalam bentuk penyuluah, tanya jawab dan games. Kegiatan ini dinilai cukup berhasil. Indikator keberhasilannya adalah berdasarkan antusiasme peserta untuk bertanya dan feedback dari peserta yang menyatakan penyuluhan ini dinilai menarik dan bermanfaat. Kesimpulan dari kegiatan ini adalah melalui keilmuan yang dimiliki dapat digunakan untuk membantu memberikan pemahaman mengenai penyakit-penyakit kepada masyarakat, yang pada akhirnya dapat mendorong partisipasi masyarakat dalam pencegahan penularan dan pertambahan kasus-kasus penyakit tertentu di masyarakat Abstract Dengue fever is one of the health problems in Medan City which tends to cause public concern because the disease progresses quickly and can cause death in a short time. Dengue fever is a disease caused by the dengue virus. This virus is transmitted by mosquito vectors. The approach to eradicating dengue fever with a public concern is an alternative to a new approach to control the spread of this disease. The purpose of this activity is to provide explanations to students who are expected to become agents of change in their environment in eradicating this dengue disease. This activity method was carried out in the form of counseling, question and answer and games. This activity was considered quite successful. The success indicator was based on the enthusiasm of the participants to asked questions and feedback from the participants who stated that this counseling was considered interesting and useful. The conclusion of this activity was that through the knowledge that is owned it can be used to help provide an understanding of diseases to the community, which in turn can encourage community participation in preventing the transmission of certain diseases in the community.
