Adopt ARM processor and external hardware circuit to assemble an embeded acquisition system of train signal. This system is complete and reliable. It can accurately measure the signal loop current RMS which will be sent to the monitoring equipment as required at the same time. The computing speed is fast, and the sampling accuracy and speed improves a lot. Sampling can be carried out several times in a half cycle. We take a series of links such as hardware filter, transformers isolation and software filter to process the input signal so that the external interference would be avoided. The system works well to predict the reliability of the signal fault.

The diversity and complexity of sediment particle images, has become a constraint major bottleneck problem of establishing the river sediment image segmentation, using sediment particle images with similar particle images in other areas can take advantage of same-sex classes of image processing to propose a morphology-based Otsu binarization algorithm, the use of fast binary algorithm to get the initial search reference, on this basis to define a smaller range as the initial search of morphology-based Otsu binarization algorithm, then image segmentation. Experiments show that the new algorithm to maintain the speed and good noise suppression ability, at the same time this algorithm can better retain the original image characteristics, the algorithm execution speed has been greatly improved. Images have good results after binary.

Visualization of electromagnetic environment over complex terrain is the current development trend of visualization of electromagnetic situation. Visualization of electromagnetic environment requirement is analyzed in this paper, and a method that using electromagnetic data to render radiation area is proposed. Due to the method, visualization framework is also designed. Electromagnetic data need in framework is fast computed by the simplified Longley-Rice model, and together with simulation platform of terrain built by SRTM data, electromagnetic environment is visualized perfectly.

In order to improve the reliability and accuracy in using ultrasonic flaw detector, this paper designed a system for detecting the flaw detector performance parameters of the transmitter, to achieve the testing and calibration of parameters for detector output characteristics of the transmitter. The core of the system is the IPC, using acquisition card PCI-5124 to collect output signal of detector's transmitter. Based on VC++, this paper designed interface of output parameters for detector's transmitter, achieved the design of driver of acquisition card better and the design of detection algorithm has various parameters. Calibration results show that: the system completed testing and calibration parameters better, such as the pulse peak, pulse rise time and duration, pulse repetition frequency, center frequency and bandwidth, the equivalent output impedance transmitter.

In this paper, we propose an accurate, robust and swift registration method of magnetic resonance (MR) and 3D ultrasound for percutaneous renal intervention. We refine the traditional ICP algorithm with a pre-registration Procrustes initial alignment to improve the accuracy and efficiency. We propose the orthogonal feature extraction principle to increase the robustness while reducing the human interaction required during the registration. The accuracy, robustness and efficiency performance of the proposed registration method is examined via experiment on real human data.

In this paper, we propose a novel active contour model for image segmentation integrating the local and global intensity information into the geodesic model. A signed pressure forces function based on the statistical information of gray intensity is used to replace the edge stopping function in the traditional geodesic model. The minimization of the energy of contour is implemented by level set method with a binary level set function avoiding the problem of reinitializing the traditional level set function to a signed distance function. Experimental results show the proposed model can obtain improved segmentation result compared to related method. It can effectively prevent the boundary leakage while maintaining robustness against the initialization position.

The purpose of this paper is to study the solvability of the generalized mixed vector variational-like inequalities(for short, GMVVLI) with a variable ordering relation in reflexive Banach spaces, which is more general including many known vector (scalar) vector variational inequalities and vector (scalar) variational-like inequalities as special cases. According to completely continuous definition prove the existence results of strong solutions of GMVVL If or monotone vector multi-function by using the KKM-Fan theorem under mild assumptions. Our results presented here are extension and improvement of some earlier and recent results in the literature.

Aiming at the time delay existing in measuring process of stabilized platform motion attitude, a novel combined forecasting method based on hierarchical structure theory is proposed. AR(p) model and metabolism GM(1, 1) model are employed as single models, and hierarchical structure based weight determining method is used to ascertain the weights of each single model. To improve the forecasting precision, residual errors are compensated with GM(1, 1) model. At the end of the paper, simulation analysis with observed data from stabilized platform experiment is carried out, and the simulation results show that the method is effective.

This paper, through the literature on carbon emissions trading and the related pricing decision theory, first analyzes the pricing decision principles in the two carbon emissions trading systems, namely, cap and trade and baseline and credit approach; the optimal state for the production and emissions reduction of an enterprise in the context of sufficient market competition is achieved when the marginal emission reduction cost equals the market price of the emission right. Moreover, by referring to relevant researches and based on the equilibrium price at which the marginal emission reduction cost equals the market price of the emission right, the international carbon emissions trading scale in the framework of Kyoto Protocol as well as the unfair benefit allocation is analyzed. Since the developed countries dominate the pricing rights for international carbon emissions trading, from which considerable benefits is gained, there is a necessity for the developing countries to make reasonable assessment and long-term planning in order to avoid the waste of resources resulted from the export at a low price.
