In current conditions of educational reforms in Ukraine, the role of a teacher as an active subject of the pedagogical process is increasing, together with requirements towards his personal and professional qualities. Along with high professional competence, a modern school needs a teacher with a high level of professional self-determination, with an awareness of professional responsibility for the education of the youth. Professional self-determination is extremely important for personal and professional growth of future teachers, and also decisive in the process of their professional self-realization. For effective formation of readiness for professional self-determination of future teachers, they should be involved into the use of information and communication technologies during their professional training, since it provides innovative orientation of educational process, promotes the ability to self-study and self-improvement in professional sphere. The research results concerning the impact of ICT on the formation of readiness for implementation of professional self-determination of future teachers indicate that those students who actively use ICT are characterized by a significantly higher level of readiness for professional self-determination. The growth of the index of readiness for professional self-determination within such students occurs more effectively, compared to students who do not use ICT. Higher cognitive independence and higher activity demonstrate those students who use ICT.

The study examines individual problems of training future teachers the formation of an integral ability to solve educational problems at the stage of training at a higher education institution. An important psychological condition for this skill is the formation of a reflexive attitude of the individual to one’s own activity. The topicality of the study is also due to the need to change the content of education at higher education institutions, as well as the need to develop the reflexive processes of the future teacher. The purpose of the presented research is to study the features of the development of reflexive processes of future teachers in the process of learning to solve educational problems. The preparation of the future teacher should also include the development of reflexive processes. This study examines the features of the teacher's reflection during comprehension, solution and assessment of the solved educational task. The results of the diagnostic study prove that the training of future teachers needs to be improved. According to experts, a significant part of graduates of pedagogical specialties demonstrate a low and very low level of ability to solve educational problems. The reasons for this are: negative attitude of future teachers to the use of psychological and pedagogical theory of solving educational problems; insufficient theoretical substantiation of their own decisions; professional functions are performed on an empirical level, by trial and error. The use of training to solve educational problems is a psychological means of developing reflexive processes of future teachers. The results of the training established the dynamics of: the development of the ability to solve educational problems; meaningful theoretical knowledge, the desire to operationalize psychological and pedagogical knowledge, to develop on their basis constructive and methodological schemes for analyzing educational situations and making productive decisions. The results of the study proved that the significant didactic potential of training future teachers is contained in such an organization of learning, which involves the development of reflection in understanding, solving and evaluating the solved educational

In the article, peculiarities of researching socio-professional activity have been studied. For understanding the peculiarities of socio-professional activity development, three levels of person’s socio-professional activity have been proposed. Experimental data and theoretical generalizations have allowed determining certain criteria for the formation of socio-professional activity of personality. Criteria and levels of socio-professional activity have been analysed. The following criteria of socio-professional activity: personal self-realization, socio-professional orientation and socioprofessional motivation have been defined. While analyzing the development of socio-professional activity in accordance with a certain level, the research has been focused on the features of different influences of educational activities on the growth of socio-professional activity. It has been substantiated that the formation of socio-professional activity of the personality is carried out in the process of activity, communication and interaction with the educational environment through active influence on the development of socio-professional environment, through the development of interpersonal communication and improvement of psychological and pedagogical training.

The article considers the category of delinquency as a unified concept of a criminal offense, delict, misconduct. The definition of this category is proposed according to the theoretical approaches in the social and legal sciences, as well as the practice of applied legal norms. The practical problems of crime are revealed through philosophical, sociological, psychological and individual provisions in the social sciences. This research indicates the sources and methods of combating crime on the basis of legal sciences. The prospects of the possible eradication of crime and its constituent elements are considered in the article. A theoretical attempt to define the term of delinquency based on philosophy, sociology, psychology is made. Theoretical proposals that the study of a crime must not begin with the identity of the offender, but with the possible causes and conditions for its perpetration are proposed to be put into practice.

This article presents the development trends in the global information environment in the near future. The concept of border security as a component of national security of Ukraine and regional border security of the European Union (hereinafter - the EU) is considered. Based on the analysis of regulatory legal acts of the European Union and Ukraine, the study of a number of scientific sources and works of leading scientists, the analysis of the best practices of the European Union was carried out and its implementation in the activities of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine (hereinafter - SBGS) concerning the information and analytical activities (hereinafter - IAA) was suggested. The formation and development of joint protection of the EU's external borders is considered. The experience of information and analytical activities of the European Union in the protection of the EU's external borders is highlighted. Ways to improve the information and analytical activities of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine in the context of the development of modern information technologies are proposed.

The results of the study contain methodological approaches to assessing structural factors affecting the development of the economy. The interrelation of structural deformations and entropy processes affecting the stability of the economic system and the economic security of the state is revealed. The features and economic parameters of countries with economies in transition are revealed, in which the sectoral and technological structure of the economy, the proportions of the balance of payments and trade balance are radically changing; structure of exports of goods and services; employment structure. The concept of "structural entropy" has been introduced into scientific circulation, which characterizes the narrowing of the sectoral structure of the economy and a decrease in synergetic opportunities for economic development. The reasons for the weakening of links between the elements of the economic system and the impact of structural deformations on the economic development of countries with economies in transition are considered. The analysis of the possibilities of economic development of these countries within the framework of regional integration is carried out, an assessment of the convergence of countries belonging to regional unions is carried out. The structural conditions of economic evolution and convergence are substantiated. Recommendations were developed for the formation of institutional and innovative mechanisms to ensure positive structural changes in the national economy. The proposals aimed at counteracting structural deformations and increasing the synergistic potential of systems are presented.

In order to train high-quality shipping talents, solve the problem of lack of shipping talents and promote the development of shipping industry, this paper suggest the construction of interdisciplinary training platform for shipping compound talents from the perspectives of enterprises, colleges and industries. The platform integrates various related high-quality educational resources, and has three different talent training bases according to different talent training modes, namely, college-enterprise cooperation training base, enterprise-set training base and open training base. In addition, the platform also has talent training expert database and online course resource library. In this paper, the general idea of building this training platform for shipping compound talents is introduced in detail, and the construction of three bases and two resource databases that constitute the platform is explained in detail. The construction of this platform is of great significance to promote the development of the high-level shipping talents training.

The paper reveals the results of implementing the New Ukrainian School reform by analysing teachers’ attitude to transformation processes in the national education system, as well as motives that influence their professional activities. Having analysed a great number of scientific works and monitoring researches of the results of implementing the New Ukrainian School reform, the authors disclose the lack of diagnosing the results of functioning the new school according to these criteria. The narrative method is considered to be the effective one for studying the phenomenon. The scientific research on the approaches to its organising, made by foreign scientists, allows defining the most feasible ones for achieving the paper purpose – a narrative framework “I and New Ukrainian School”. It is developed as a Microsoft Word template and contains four content-structural blocks: general information about a respondent, the attitude to the teaching profession and the New Ukrainian School, personal experience, and prediction for the New Ukrainian School development. Modern society is a "society of risk", and crime - its institutional practice. The permanent existence of criminal threats to all spheres and objects of national security of Ukraine, the causes and conditions that give rise to crime and related challenges, presupposes the existence of an integrative component of national security - criminological security. It is impossible to achieve an ideal state of criminological security, because it is impossible to get rid of the corresponding threats completely. At the same time, it is possible to achieve a state of criminological security when crime and its individualized manifestations (criminal offenses), although they will affect society, the level of this influence will be socially acceptable. Maintaining a socially acceptable level of criminological security can best be achieved through risk management, which has long been an integral tool not only for business projects or disaster prevention, but also for planning the life of society in all its spheres in terms of sustainable development. The key to successful application of risk management methodology is effective assessment of threats to criminological security. This research proposes a heuristic methodology for assessing and certification of relevant threats, which is designed to provide forecasting of the dynamics of their development, as well as modeling and support of decisions in the field of crime prevention.
