The article considers the findings of the experiment that verified the level of the university student methodological culture formed in the years of university vocal training. The methodological culture of university student vocalists is considered to be one of the most important characteristics in pre-service professional training in modern higher music education. To check the level of methodological culture that pre-service music teachers have, diagnostic tools are proposed, and an appropriate system of criteria and indicators is developed. Motivational, intellectual, operational and result-corrective criteria used to develop master’s student-vocalists’ methodological culture are identified. The motivational criterion is characterized by professionally significant needs for a pre-service vocal teacher’s professional growth. The intellectual criterion used to identify the methodological culture characterizes the level that studentsvocalists master psychological, pedagogical, professional, and methodological knowledge at. The operational criterion characterizes the students’ ability to use their own profession-related vocabulary. The result-corrective criterion is related to student efficacy for self-reflection when evaluating their personal vocal teaching activity. It is proposed to identify three levels of the methodological culture including reproductive, constructive, and creative levels. Observations, surveys, practical tasks, creative independent tasks serve as the tools to identify the levels.

The article is devoted to the crucial problems of the middle class formation and to the clarification of its role in the XXI century. In the course of the research the authors analyzed the functions of the middle class and the regularities of its formation. The article considers the importance of progressive changes in the society social structure based on the creation of conditions for the application of knowledge, skills and competences of the working population in the form of profitable economic assets, i.e. human capital. The main goal of the study is to prove the crucial role of the formation of a powerful middle class, and hence the progressive transformation of the society social structure, which is a prerequisite for economic steadiness, political stability and social security. The negative course of the relevant processes in developing countries has determined the relevance of the chosen topic. The generalization of theoretical sources and the analysis of the existing methodological tools made it possible to distinguish two main approaches to the fact of the middle class existence with its inherent stabilizing functions: monetary and sociological. This helped to define the main hypothesis of the study: only the presence of positive conclusions, both in terms of monetary and sociological approach, will allow us to report about the formation of the middle class as a driving force of socio-economic development. The novelty of the study is obtaining and interpretation of fundamentally new data on differences in the assessments of the middle class segment on monetary and sociological approaches in Ukraine, as a country seeking integration into the community of the European Union. This contributed to the formation of recommendations aimed at establishment of the middle class powerful core in Ukraine and other countries that are developing and seeking to achieve standards of economic steadiness, political stability and social security.

This article presents the analyze of the cryptocurrency market, the practice of state regulation of the cryptocurrency. The study of the cryptocurrency market and the experience of its regulation revealed certain similarities. Cryptogrivna, which can be put into circulation, means the formation of new institutional conditions for the development and functioning of the national financial market. At the same time, it is important to understand that cryptocurrency cannot completely replace traditional means of payment and payment methods, either in the medium or in the short term. In this regard, in order to ensure national economic security, the unification of the current tax and financial legislation with acts of international law, in terms of economic and organizational approaches to the circulation and emission of world and national cryptocurrencies, is of particular relevance. This will make it possible to create a number of new financial instruments that can be used to stimulate the growth of the national economy, which today is gradually emerging from the crisis zone, showing a trend towards further growth.

The study was conducted to create a model of development of teacher’s readiness to work for inclusive education in general secondary education. This model consists of four blocks: 1) a conceptual one (defines methodological approaches and principles); 2) a semantic one (provides a set of knowledge, skills and competencies that are acquired, developed and mastered in higher education, as well as in non-formal and informal education; it provides development of a system of methodological, theoretical, practical and technological knowledge, along with design, gnostic, organizational, communicative, control and assesment skills); 3) a procedural one (is considered to be a pedagogical system which includes diagnostic, motivational, activating and analytical stages, along with a set of forms, methods, technologies and teaching aids); 4) an effective one (determines the success of the model on the basis of scientifically sound criteria and corresponding indicators of teacher’s readiness to work for inclusive education). The effectiveness of this model has been tested on the basis of the center for postgraduate education and pre-university training at Drohobych Ivan Franko State Pedagogical University. The data of a final section of a quantitative distribution of the teachers (in %) by the levels of their readiness to work for inclusive education according to the criteria of motivational, valuable, cognitive, activating, emotional, volitional and reflexive components confirm the effectiveness of this model.

Provocation (in a broad sense) must be identified as a set of measures based on the application of the method of psychological (manipulative) influence on the life of an individual (or groups) in order to achieve appropriate goal. A provocation over the commission a crime is an action (or inaction) of law enforcement agencies against an individual (or group of persons) in order to influence their decision to commit a crime, provided that the previously mentioned person (persons) did not intend to do so. In contrast to the provocation, control over its commission could be applied in the presence of following conditions: 1) the crime in any case would be committed regardless of the intervention of law enforcement agencies or undercover officers (agents); 2) law enforcement agencies became aware of the likelihood of committing a crime after the intent of the person who plans to commit it; 3) passive role of law enforcement officers or undercover officers (agents) in committing a crime; 4) strict documentary recording of all actions conducted by law enforcement agencies. In order to increase the level of efficiency of covert employees (agents) activities to separate control over the commission of a crime from provocation, it is necessary to set strict rules for their possible actions and the conditions of their use in combating specific manifestations of crime. It was established that activities of all law enforcement agencies of Ukraine require unification of instructions for undercover officers (agents), in compliance with the Law of Ukraine "On State Secrets".
