Upaya Meningkatkan, Pengurangan Limbah, Minyak Goreng, Menjadi Produk, Umkm Lilin, Aromaterapi Sebagai, Ide Kreatif, Kampung Mojo, Kota Surabaya, Winne Ayunda Gaiska
Recycling is the processing of waste or remaining waste products into new products that can be used appropriately again with one of the goals being to preserve the environment. This community service is carried out by selecting household waste objects in the form of utilizing cooking oil waste into a useful material that will reduce the negative impact of used cooking waste. The public's lack of understanding and knowledge about how to process these remaining materials, turns used objects into less useful items so that many are thrown away and not used and can also reduce plastic waste. The use of smartphones presents a great opportunity to promote products through social media. In this research, a digital marketing promotion strategy was implemented through social applications. This service activity will discuss one of the business opportunities that can be done on a home scale with opportunities that are quite promising at the moment, namely the use of used cooking oil as raw material for aromatherapy candles. By implementing the right marketing strategy, it can help reach a wider consumer market so that new potential consumers come in who are willing to visit the stand and buy the product. By designing attractive digital promotions, the brand appearance of the product will also be more easily recognized by the public. Puhjajar is one of the villages in Papar District, Kediri Regency with the majority of the population making their living as producers of realizeyah crackers. They are members of associations, each of which consists of 11 craftsmen, where each craftsman has four to six members. The realizeyah crackers produced by the people of Puhjajar village are very famous among the cracker industry, especially in Kediri. In fact, in the marketing of these realizeyah crackers, they are sent outside Java and overseas. However, the problem arises as the market for realizeyah cracker products increases, namely that the realizeyah cracker producers have not been able to increase their production capacity. So there are often delays in delivery which can result in disappointing consumers. This happens because the production process is quite long, and raw materials are sometimes difficult to obtain. It was from this problem that the Nusantara University PGRI Kediri community service team tried to help solve the problems faced by producers by designing an automatic cracker cracker chopping machine. The results obtained after using this machine were an increase in production capacity, which initially only reached 80kg/day to around 350kg/day. Manufacturers are of course greatly helped by the existence of this chopping machine, they are ultimately able to meet the quite high market demand.

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman masyarakat mengenai pentingnya peran orang tua dalam membentuk karakter anak melalui pola asuh yang baik. Pola asuh orang tua merujuk pada cara orang tua mendidik, membimbing, dan memberikan pengaruh terhadap perkembangan karakter anak-anak mereka. Pola asuh memainkan peran krusial dalam membentuk kepribadian, karakter, nilai-nilai dan perilaku anak sejak dini, serta memberikan landasan untuk perkembangan mereka ke dalam masa dewasa. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan di Kelurahan Lirboyo Kota Kediri. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini adalah sosialisasi dan pendampingan langsung kepada orang tua di lingkungan kelurahan lirboyo. Dari kegiatan yang dilakukan ini dapat menambah kesadaran dan pengetahuan masyarakat terkait dampak pola asuh terhadap pembentukan karakter anak. Selain itu Implikasi dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah peningkatan kesejahteraan keluarga dan perkembangan karakter anak yang lebih optimal di lingkungan keluarga. Diharapkan hasil kegiatan ini dapat memberikan kontribusi positif pada kesejahteraan anak-anak dan memperkuat hubungan keluarga di lapisan Masyarakat. Keberlanjutan kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat memperkuat dampak positif dalam jangka panjang terhadap pola asuh orang tua dan memberi kontribusi positif pada perkembangan dan karakter anak-anak sebagai pilar penting dalam Pembangunan Masyarakat yang berdaya.

Kepala madrasah merupakan ujung tombak kepemimpinan pada sebuah Madrasah yang dituntut bisa membawa madrasah menjadi lebih maju dan berkualitas. Maka perlu parameter untuk bisa meningkatkan kualitas kinerjanya. Penilaian kinerja kepala madrasah MA Takhassus Al-Qur’an merupakan proses pengumpulan, pengelolaan, analisis, dan interpretasi data kualitas kepala madrasah dalam melaksanakan tugasnya. Kegiatan ini untuk mengevaluasi tugas kepala madrasah berdasar tugas utama: perencanaan; pelaksanaan; pengawasan; evaluasi; dan pelaporan. Penilaian kinerja kepala madrasah mencakup usaha pengembangan madrasah, pelaksanaan tugas manajerial, pengembangan kewirausahaan, supervisi kepada guru dan tenaga kependidikan, dan hasil kinerja kepala madrasah.Kegiatan penilaian dilakukan dengan wawancara setiap koordinator komponen madrasah terkait ndikator kerja pada madrasah, atas bukti otentik kualitas kinerja yang disampaikan kepada tim penilai. Dari hasil penilaian dan evaluasi merekomendasikan kepada kepala madarasah saran pengembangan yang selanjutnya dijadikan titik tolak peningkatan kualitas lembaga pendidikan.

Perilaku Pemeliharaan Kesehatan Gigi penduduk Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Timur sesuai dengan anjuran masih sangat rendah. Hal ini menjadi tantangan bagi tenaga kesehatan gigi untuk melakukan upaya peningkatan kesehatan gigi dan mulut masyarakat. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini merupakan upaya promotif dan preventif kepada ibu-ibu siswa SD GMIT Baumata untuk meningkatkan Perilaku Pemeliharaan Kesehatan Gigi. Metode Pelaksanaan: memberikan penyuluhan dengan topik kesehatan gigi dan mulut serta melakukan demonstrasi dan bimbingan gigi yang baik dan benar. Hasil Kegiatan: ada perubahan perilaku ibu yang baik dalam menjaga kesehatan gigi dan mulut dari 11,5% menjadi 31,1%. Namun sebagian besar ibu (54,1%) hanya memiliki perilaku yang cukup dalam menjaga kesehatan gigi dan mulut. perlu dilakukan secara berkelanjutan dengan berbagai inovasi sehingga dapat lebih meningkatkan perilaku ibu dalam menjaga kesehatan gigi dan mulut keluarga

Abstrak Daun lontar yang sudah dikeringkan menghasilkan komoditi yang prospektif karena bahan merupakan bahan yang mudah untuk daur ulang dan digemari oleh pemesan. Dalam program pengabdian ini melibatkan pengerajin anyaman yang berskala IRT/UMKM dilihat dari kuantitas produk yang dihasilkan masih kecil, belum variatif dan dijual hanya sesuai pesanan, beralamat di Desa Lapeom, Kecamatan Insana Barat, Kabupaten Timor Tengah Utara. Pengrajin menghasilan produk anyaman seperti Tenasak, Nampan dan Koba serta beberapa produk sesuai pesanan. Solusi dan metode dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah memberikan pelatihan ketrampilan kepada ibu-ibu pengrajin anyaman daun lontar agar nantinya mampu menghasilkan produk unggulan yang memiliki nilai ekonomis serta dibutuhkan oleh pasar. Untuk menghasilkan produk yang memiliki nilai jual, pelatihan ketrampilan diarahkan pada kualitas produk anyaman daun lontar. Karena itu pelatihan yang diberikan juga akan mencakup teknis produksi, desain produk, serta Pemasaran berbasis Internet of Things (IoT) yang sangat sesuai dengan promosi produk di situasi Pandemi Covid 19.

This training is that the management process for process standards has not been optimally implemented properly, and the standard management of educators and educational staff has not been maximized including many teachers still not mastering the use of Information Technology (IT) as a means of supporting learning. The purpose of this training is to improve the competence of teachers in the learning process using the blended learning method so that the quality of learning becomes quality. This training was held in Karawang. This training refers to the standard of education management which has become the stipulation of the National Education Standards Agency (BSNP) so that it reflects superior and competitive management standards. Implementation of the training through the management program for the utilization of educators and education personnel, namely through workshops, in-house training, trainings, implementation of a clear reward and punishment system for teachers, education personnel and students. Supervision and evaluation of education quality management in the learning process through the blended learning method in Karawang is related to inputs such as infrastructure, students, teaching staff, financing and others that are not in accordance with the standards expected to achieve quality education. The result of this training is how a teacher is able to carry out the learning process using the blended learning method, which is a combination of online and offline learning so as to be able to achieve quality education outcomes

This training refers to the standard of education management which has become the stipulation of the National Education Standards Agency (BSNP) so that it reflects superior and competitive management standards. \u0000Implementation of the training through the management program for the utilization of educators and education personnel, namely through workshops, in-house training, trainings, implementation of a clear reward and punishment system for teachers, education personnel and students. Kesenian berhubungan erat dengan nilai estetis yang dituangkan dalam karya seni. Di Sulawesi Selatan, nilai-nilai dalam kesenian dapat dikatakan sebagai kebudayaan yang memuat nilai- nilai kearifan lokal. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan pemberian makna seni melalui aspek keilmuan agar karya seni dapat diteruskan pada generasi yang baru. Kegiatan kesenian dan budaya di Desa Lerang tidak pernah terlaksana, ini disebabkan karena sumber daya manusia kebanyakan sudah bekerja sebagai petani dan pekebun, merantau keluar daerah, dan pandemic COVID-19. Tim KKNT UNM berinisiatif untuk mengadakan pelatihan kesenian dengan beberapa tahapan yaitu: tahap Observasi, Sosialisasi, Pendaftaran Peserta Pelatihan Kesenian, Pelaksanaan, dan Pembentukan Komunitas Seni. Hasil dari pelatihan kesenian ini yaitu: (1) Terjalinnya silaturahmi antara siswa siswi se-DesaLerang, (2) Peserta pelatihan kesenian menampilkan bakatnya di malam ramah tamah KKNT UNM, (3) Terbentuknya komunitas seni di Desa Lerang sebagai wadah dalam mengembangkan bakat siswa siswi se-Desa Lerang dalam bidang kesenian serta sebagai upaya dalam melestarikan kebudayaan daerah. The research method in data collection uses primary data and secondary data and the technical model of data analysis uses an inductive model. The Week of Admission of New Members (PPAB) for the GMNI Luwuk-Banggai Branch Leadership Council will be held on 24-26 September 2022 at the General Assembly Hall (BPU) of Luwuk Village, Luwuk District, Banggai Regency with the theme "Forming Progressive Marhaenis Members Towards a Golden Indonesia 2045". The participants of the activity were students from Luwuk Muhammadiyah University, Luwuk Tompotika University and Luwuk Banggai Computer and Informatics Management Academy. There were 13 participants who passed the PPAB, namely Aprianto Dukalang, Gita Hi Musa, Moh. Utilization of local raw materials available in the market can be the basis for the development of entrepreneurship training activities at the Gembor Farmer Group in the Benpasi area. In the implementation of this activity, it is done by looking for several people who are members of farmer groups or communities in the area to join in developing these activities. This is done to provide knowledge to the community to take advantage of the existing potential so that the resulting product can be sold at a reasonable price at the consumer level and provide hope for an increase in demand for a product. One form of this entrepreneurship is by training to make some processed products or market snacks such as several kinds of cakes which can later be used for the sales process to consumers. This will have an effect on increasing the community's income if the price is sold in accordance with the costs incurred. This training program is carried out by providing a positive influence on knowledge for the community so that in the future they can also play a role in developing these activities.
