The effectiveness of microfinance is important for reducing the poverty index of the country. Today, we are facing a problem of unemployment along with the increase in population. Migration happens from rural to urban for the search of employment. Around 60 to 75 million households in India live below the poverty line. There are various financial institutes along with the help of a financial corporation, cooperative sector, cooperative bank, NGOs, commercial and nationalizes bank is supporting credit service. Micro finance improves the financial need of rural Indian people. Microfinance helps to implement the development policies of the government with the help of state government, NGOs, NABARD and many other institutes. Micro finance improving the awareness about the saving pattern and accountability with the help of formation of Self Help Group (SHG).

In current retail shopping systems, one witnesses long queues at the counter primarily due to limited barcode scanners for product identification and billing system. This causes inconvenience to the customers as well as can be regarded as a waste of time. Furthermore, the barcode system is getting outdated due to memory constraints. In the present paper, the concept of an IoT based retail shopping system using NFC is proposed that is time-saving. It combines the concept of Near Field Communication (NFC) and Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) with the Internet of Things (IoT). Software technologies like Atmel Studio, PHP, Eagle, Extreme Burner have also been employed in the project. In this system, each product will be assigned a near field communication (NFC) tag which consists of all the product information. Wireless techniques and electronic tag have been used for product identification. To access this information, NFC readers will be used which come inbuilt in all the new smartphones. This system would be mounted on the trolley so that the bill can be easily generated based on the products placed on the shopping cart, using an Internet of Things (IoT) framework. Design of a novel shopping cart equipped with NFC reader and wireless module is presented which serves as a connection between the cart and the server using IoT framework. The proposed design of cart consists of an LCD, RFID reader, and EEPROM. The payment can then be made either online or through cash. Thus there remains no requirement of manual intervention and with the introduction of NFC enabled smartphones, these processes can be made automated.

Understanding humans across the globe seem to be simple on the surface level, however, it is quite difficult to understand the complexity of human nature every one exhibit. This depends on the person himself and the person with/ to whom he is communicating, situation, gender, feelings, place of exposure, lifestyle & culture, social exposure, the family upbringing which altogether makes a person think and react at that particular moment, resulting in action. However, inclined sexual instincts among both the genders get them connected through one or the other ways with mutual benefits, which is popularly known as an illicit or extramarital affair. While there is also a large section of women who irrespective of their sexual inclination serve people with their physical needs for mutually agreed money; has been a trade for survival to many of them. While these kinds of relationships between the two genders are not those emerged in the recent centuries, they have references of previous ages survived on the earth. India, since then has witnessed the social culture of an illicit affair between the two genders in various forms such as devadasi, extramarital affair with one or many, which later turned to prostitution. Though the prostitution and devadasi system in modern India is constitutionally banned, the devadasi tradition persists to be in the remote rural areas while prostitution has mushroomed across the country irrespective of their geographies. With a lot more of scholarly articles available, this study attempts to present few cases of women who were interviewed with an effort to understand the lifestyle, earnings, social background, reason to be in prostitution, the treatment and respect they receive and the challenges they encounter every day.

Children are valuable asset of every Country because they are the future citizen of State. It is also the responsibilities of the Government to see that they grow up as responsible citizens. The people of India belief that children are a boon of God and no efforts should be made to oppose successfully his blessings. The economically weaker sections believe that more children they bear the more the helping hands there would be. But they do not realize the fact that there would also be an additional mouth to feed with every additional child, The result is that children lead a life of deprivation and are left to fend for themselves and sometimes even for their families. In the absence of proper childhood and education, they often take to immoral ways to sustain themselves.

Fans are used all over the world in a wide verity of industries and other purposes. Some of the important applications are in steam power station, ventilation system, cooling of electric motor and generator, and many industrial processes. Many researchers and engineers are making their efforts to design fans to fulfill the particular requirement of application in the most efficient way. The criterion of cost of fan, ease in manufacture and conservation of energy are other also to be considered in design. Several studies are available of various researchers in analysis and simulation of axial and centrifugal fans. Axial flow fans have also been designed and simulated by the researchers. Simulation of performance of axial flow fans and design of various blade sections of the axial flow fans have been studied experimentally or numerically. The present work comprises the numerical study of the axial flow fan section aerofoil. The objective of the study is to simulate the flow features around the aerofoil of particular design for three different values of the striking angle. The results are obtained using FLUENT in the form of velocity vectors at the leading edge, across the aerofoil and at the trailing edge. The contours of pressure and turbulence are also shown for the three cases.

The purpose of the study was to examine the effect of core strength training and yogasana practices on selected physical fitness components among female athletes. To achieve the purpose of the study forty-five (N = 45) female athletes, they were selected randomly in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India as subjects. The age of the subjects ranged from 14 to 19 years. They are divided into three equal groups consists of fifteen subjects each (n = 15) were named experimental group I underwent core strength training and experimental group II underwent yogasana practices and group – III as a control. The period of experimentations is limited to 15 weeks, 4 days a week and 45 to 60 minutes per day with proper warming-up and cooling down regimen. The selected health-related physical fitness components such as muscular strength and muscular endurance were selected as criterion variables and tested. The core strength training and the yogic practices were selected as training protocol. The core strength training will be given based on individuals 1 RM to set the load and the intensity will be set between 75% to 90% The pre-test and post-test means of experimental groups I, II and control group will test for significance by applying the analysis of covariance (ANCOVA). The level of confidence is fixed at 0.05, for significance. In addition to this, Scheffes posthoc test will be employed, when the F-ratio of the adjusted post-test means is significant, to find out the paired mean difference if any among the groups for each variable, separately. Based on the result of the study there was a significant change on health-related physical fitness performance due to core strength training and yogic practice.

Agriculture is facing problem due to monsoon and government has taken certain initiatives to encourage and protect agriculture. The stark observation made in the Economic Survey of 2015-16 that “Indian agriculture, is in a way, a victim of its own past success – especially the green revolution”, shows the dark reality of the agriculture sector at present and the havoc that has been wreaked by the green revolution. The green revolution, which is often characterized by the introduction of a high-yielding variety of seeds and fertilizers, undoubtedly increased the productivity of land considerably. But the growth in the productivity has been stagnant in recent years, resulting in a significant decline in the income of farmers. There have also been negative environmental effects in the form of depleting water table, emission of greenhouse gasses, and the contamination of surface and ground water. Needless to say, the agriculture sector is in a state of distress, which is severely affecting peasants and marginal farmers, and urgent policy interventions are required to protect their interests. The government has responded to the problem by constituting a panel, which will recommend ways to double the income of farmers by 2022. While this may be an overly ambitious target, if we want to boost stagnated agricultural growth a shift has to be made, as finance minister Arun Jaitley said in parliament, from food security of the nation to income security of the farmers. However, there are many hurdles that have to be crossed if we want to achieve this objective.
