BIOMARKERS OF THERAPEUTIC RESPONSE AND DISEASE PROGNOSIS IN NON-SYSTEMIC JUVENILE IDIOPATHIC ARTHRITIS 非系统性青少年特发性关节炎治疗反应和疾病预后的生物标志物

The search for biomarkers of juvenile idiopathic arthritis (JIA) is a promising and rapidly expanding area of research. The identified biomarkers can help analyze the clinical heterogeneity of the disease, measure disease activity parameters, predict clinical remission, relapse, drug response, time course, complications, and prevent disease exacerbations. Modern generation of molecular and cellular biomarkers (autoantibodies, acute phase inflammatory proteins, cytokines, chemokines, vascular endothelial activation markers, immunoglobulins, components of the complement system, lymphocyte subpopulations, metabolic products of bone and cartilage tissue, intracellular signaling molecules, proteases, genetic, epigenetic, transcriptome markers) is an important tool for prevention, early diagnosis, assessment of activity, progression rate, clinical and laboratory subtypes of JIA, predicting the effectiveness of therapy and the risk of developing adverse reactions during treatment. Deciphering the key pathogenetic mechanisms of JIA has made it possible to identify molecular and cellular biomarkers that can be used as therapeutic targets. Incorporating valid and reliable biomarkers into standard clinical care can help develop more effective patient-tailored treatment regimens and improve therapeutic strategies. Establishing biomarkers that predict the risk of exacerbation of the disease may lead to the determination of the optimal ways to stop treatment after achieving clinical remission.

CONSTRUCTION OF A REGULARIZATION OF THE SOLUTION FOR AN EQUATION VOLTERRA OF THE FIRST KIND 第一类volterra方程解的正则化构造

The importance of this topic is related to the study of solutions to ill-posed problems, since many physical processes of the medium are described by such differential equations. Inverse problems are of great practical importance in such areas of science as: problems of interpretation by physical automatic control devices, inverse problems of gravimetry, kinematics and The paper investigates an ill-posed problem in the form of a Volterra integral equation of the first kind with two independent variables. Volterra integral equations are widely used in problems of astronomy, biology, ecology, electrodynamics and mechanics. At present, more and more new areas are emerging in which the main processes are modulated by integral equations of the first, second and third kind. The construction of a regularization algorithm using the methods of successive approximation and a small parameter takes place in this work. At the same time, the issues of the uniqueness of the solution, as well as the construction of regularizing families of operators and estimating their efficiency, come to the fore. The results of this work can be applied and used to prove regularizability in a generalized sense for applied problems. Thus, in this article there is an extended solution for constructing a regularization of an integral equation, finding a sufficient solution by applying the principle of contraction mappings and an auxiliary function.

DYNAMICS OF ENTEROBACTERIA ISOLATION IN PERIPROSTHETIC INFECTIONS 假体周围感染肠杆菌分离动力学

Implant-associated inflammation remains one of the main problems of unsatisfactory results of arthroplasty, which is characterized by the formation of a microbial biofilm on the surface of metal structures of various localization in orthopedics. Let us consider the family Enterobacteriaceae, the most frequently encountered microorganisms with high resistance to the different groups and types of antibiotics, and which form a biofilm on the surface of metal structures. The aim of the study is to study the frequency of occurrence of the Enterobacteriaceae family in patients with periprosthetic infections. All patients admitted with periprosthetic infection were studied. The biomaterial was studied by a special method to detect periprosthetic infection. Results in four years in total, 1750 bioassays were examined to detect this infection, during this period 27 types of microorganisms were identified in patients. The frequency of isolation of the family Enterobacteriaceae among all isolated microorganisms is 26.1%. In the dynamics of the observed period in this group of microorganisms, there was a change in pathogens from less resistant to more resistant ones. The analysis of studies on the identification of the Enterobacteriaceae family in periprosthetic infection suggests an increase in the number of isolated resistant strains of Acinetobacter spp. in four years by 12.3 times, the possible cause of which was Coronavirus infection (COVID-19).

SYNTHESIS OF NANOGRAPHITE BY ELEKTROSPARK DISPERSION AND STUDY OF ITS THERMAL OXIDATION 电火花分散法制备纳米石墨及其热氧化性能研究

The paper presents the results of studying the possibility of obtaining nanosized graphite by the method of electrospark dispersion. The formation of nanographite during electrospark dispersion of EUZ-3 grade graphite in distilled water and 95 % ethanol was confirmed by powder X-ray diffraction and transmission electron microscopy.The diffraction patterns of nanographites obtained in water and alcohol are identical, and they have line reflexes that belong to graphite. The nanographites have the same interplanar spacing and lattice parameter. The value of the lattice parameter of nanographites indicates that graphite does not change its structure under the conditions of electrospark dispersion, and nanographites are characterized by a hexagonal crystal lattice. The results of calculating the size of the coherent scattering region and determining the average diameter of particles from TEM photographs confirm the formation of nanographite. More highly dispersed (d CSR = 6.5 nm, d av. = 6±1 nm) nanographite is formed in water than in alcohol (d CSR = 9.8 nm, d av. = 10±2 nm). When analyzing the derivatograms, the dependence of the change in the TG and DTA curves of the derivatograms on the properties of the liquid medium where nanographite was synthesized was established. An analysis of the derivatograms of nanographites shows that the course of the TG and DTA curves of the derivatograms depends on the nature of the liquid medium in which the nanographite was obtained. Oxidation of nanographite obtained in water occurs in three stages in the temperature range of 200–700 °C. When this nanographite is heated to 1000 °C in air, the decrease in the mass of the sample, due to the oxidation of carbon in the form of graphite, is 92.0 %. On the derivatogram, the oxidation of nanographite synthesized in alcohol is characterized by an intense doublet of exothermic effects covering the temperature range of 400–700 °C and the decrease in the mass of the sample is 95.75 %.
