Collaborative consumption (CC) is slowly and steadily becoming part and parcel of our economy. People are becoming aware of the benefits of CC, and they are also becoming active participants in CC. Still, research is only a decade old in this area, although the concept of sharing existed before the digital era. This study attempts to give clarity to the idea of collaborative consumption in the light of recent studies and look at its different types, as discussed in the literature. It looks into the major motivating factors and impediments from the consumers' end to engage in collaborative behaviour. There are a lot of areas from the consumer behaviour lens that is open to research in the future, which include quality and value perception in CC, consumer expectation from CC. The review exposes dearth in the literature on conservative geographies where conflict from prevailing social norms and value systems create complexities among customers to engage in active participation to CC.

Mangers with adequate knowledge of cultural diversities can handle adversities in a better way, and are able to cope up with occupational stress. They are in a better position to lead their culturally diverse team members through tough and difficult situations arising out of amalgamation of different cultures by setting examples of tolerant and accommodating behaviour towards individuals from alien cultures. This study is an attempt to exemplify the mediating role of cultural intelligence in adversity quotient and occupational stress of managers working in the service sector of India. Data were collected from 670 middle level managers working in the top five service sector industries of India using purposive sampling.

In the past decade, fiscal policy has been actively used by countries to safeguard their economies from adverse economic shocks. The present study brings a comparative analysis of fiscal policies practiced by Indian regions in the past two decades for managing their macroeconomic environment. Study also aims to empirically establish the role of fiscal policy towards economic development. For the purpose, GMM estimation is carried out for a panel data of 16 Indian states ranging from 2004-2005 to 2016-2017. With regard to fiscal measures, the states such as Andhra Pradesh, Himachal Pradesh, Kerala, and West Bengal are observed for higher deficit whereas Maharashtra, Orissa, Gujarat, Goa and Rajasthan could maintain the fiscal deficit well below the threshold level of 3% of the economic size. In terms of empirical estimation for role of fiscal policy on economic development, the study produces the contributory role of fiscal measures on development.
