The digital era has changed the business and organizational landscape significantly, triggering rapid changes in technology, work culture and market dynamics. In facing the challenges and opportunities presented by the digital era, adaptive leadership is critical in ensuring the survival and success of the organization. Leaders who have the ability to lead and utilize technology are called digital leaders. This study aims to analyze the role of digital leadership in building adaptive organizations in the context of the digital era. This research will use a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The results show that digital leadership is not only about understanding technology, but also about formulating a vision that integrates technology into business strategy, builds a culture of innovation, develops employees' digital skills, focuses on customers, and creates organizational flexibility. Digital leaders need to have the ability to adapt quickly to change, design responsive organizational structures, and maintain data security and privacy. The aim of this research for mollen dryer project is to give application to small and middle industries in dry juice production. Benefit from this research was to give more choice for dryer utilize, with used dried air as heating media. The principal of this mollen dryer was based on hot air blows into mollen tube, rotation of mollen tube and move of agitator in mollen tube to material mixing was to spreading of heated air over to entire heating material and water evaporating to get good dried products criterion. The steps of this studied as followed : literature studied, basic designing, detail engineering design (DED), revision of DED, design simulation, prepared of construction material, construction of mollen dryer, and test of operational to dried products. The result from drying tested of mollen dryer which had desgned and constructed, with air flow between 1.1 m/s - 4.5 m/s during operating about 4 - 5 hours, we got pineapple powder equal to 550 g, water content equal to 2.71 %, and the content of vitamin C about 16.13 mg / 100 g, from pineapple fruit extracts with total dissolved solid equal to 16 obrix which have been enhanced by sugar equal to 1100 g with water content equal to 82.3 %. Totally operational of mollen dryer have been designed and construction was efficient, effective, and good.

In addition to having a positive impact, technology also has a negative impact on society, including the emergence of more and more new crimes, namely computer crimes, such as internet fraud, hacking of ATM PIN, burglary of banking accounts, the rise of fake social media, pornographic media, and defamation through the internet. This study aims to legally analyze the judge's decision in the criminal act of threats and intimidation directed personally related to Law Number 11 of 2008. This study uses a descriptive analysis method with a normative juridical approach. The reference for the panel of judges in deciding cases is the prosecutor's indictment, not the indictment by taking into account the evidence. The judge's considerations are deemed appropriate to be able to sentence the defendant. Regulations and sanctions for all forms of social media use must be in line with the ideals in which Law Number 11 of 2008 was made to protect and maintain the comfort of social media users. So that in the future social media users can use it wisely to build a modern and law-abiding society. In this case law enforcers must see that the use of social media is increasingly being used at this time, this causes the use of social media to become uncontrollable, causing losses to the parties.

Food security is one of the main challenges in urban areas, where land is limited and access to food resources is limited. Aquaponics, as an integrated system of aquaculture and hydroponics, has been recognized as an innovative solution to meet food needs in urban areas by utilizing land efficiently and optimizing the use of water resources. This study aims to evaluate the potential of aquaponics as a solution to family food security in urban areas. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The results of this study indicate that aquaponics has significant potential in increasing family food security in urban areas. The aquaponic system is capable of simultaneously producing a wide variety of vegetables and fish, providing a balanced source of protein and nutrition for the family. In addition, aquaponics can also be applied in urban environments that have limited land by using vertical spaces or controlled container systems. The conclusion from this research is that aquaponics has great potential as a solution for family food security in urban areas. In order to optimize this potential, policies and programs are needed that support the implementation of aquaponics as a sustainable food alternative in urban areas.

Communication is in everyone's interest to socialize with other people. Someone will find it difficult to connect with other people without communication between everyone. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of communication and work environment on employee performance at PT Pos Indonesia Regional 3 Bandung. The research method used is descriptive and verification method. Data collection was carried out using questionnaires and interviews. The sample in this study were 84 respondents. Data processing was carried out using multiple linear regression analysis, model fit test, and hypothesis testing with the T-test and data processing assisted with SPSS software tools. The findings of this study prove and provide results that communication has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and communication and work environment have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

The community is the main actor in disaster management in their area. Involvement as explained by The international strategy for disaster risk reduction (UNDP: 2006) which is one of the strategies by involving community participation in the implementation of disaster risk reduction. The involvement of the community in disaster management policies has been carried out by the government of West Bandung Regency through a disaster resilient village program implemented by the Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD). The program is intended to establish and foster local communities for disaster management. This means that the community is facilitated to be involved in disaster management through local organizations formed by the government. Then the local Institution in Pagerwangi Village, Lembang Subdistrict, West Bandung Regency in disaster management is still in the process of developing its resources. The knowledge of organization members about disaster management provides a barrier to the process of strengthening the capacity of local organizations, especially in natural disaster management. The purpose of this research is to look into the influence of social media in influencing investment decisions among the millennial age. Because the millennial generation is thought to be the most reliant on digital technology and information, the influence of social media on them is growing. As a data gathering tool, this study employs quantitative methodologies with survey techniques. The research sample consists of 400 Bogor City millennials who use social media regularly. According to the study's findings, social media has a considerable influence on investment decisions among the millennial age. Based on these data, the study indicates that social media has a significant impact on millennial investment decisions. Therefore, investment companies and financial institutions need to consider using social media as a marketing and communication tool to attract the attention of the millennial generation and strengthen their brand image. In addition, the millennial generation needs to increase their self-awareness about investment risks and make investment decisions that are more rational and based on fundamental considerations.

This study aims to strengthen organizational culture in local government in the era of regional autonomy. This study used a qualitative approach with a case study method. The results showed that a strong organizational culture is a key factor in improving local government performance. A strong organizational culture is defined as the adoption of shared values, traditions and norms that are understood and carried out by all members of the organization. As for the role of a strong organizational culture towards the organization, members of the organization and those related to the organization, namely organizational identity, unifying the organization and conflict resolution. It is hoped that the results of this research can become input for local governments in developing and strengthening organizational culture to improve local government performance in the future.

This study aims to analyze the relationship between political culture and people's political orientation in the digital era. The digital era has had a significant influence on the way people obtain information and engage in political activities. In this context, political culture is important because it can affect the political orientation of society. This study uses a qualitative approach with qualitative descriptive analysis techniques. The results of the study show that political culture which consists of political values, political participation, and political mindset influences people's political orientation in the digital era. Societies that have a participatory political culture and democratic values tend to have a more active and critical political orientation in the digital era. Meanwhile, people who have an authoritarian political culture and traditional values tend to have a more passive and conservative political orientation in the digital era. This research contributes to the understanding of the relationship between political culture and people's political orientation in the digital era and provides implications for the development of strategies for political participation and management of social media in the future.

The transmission of the HIV/AIDS virus in Tanzania to mothers, babies, and children has become a global problem that has attracted world attention. These threats must be a primary focus to ensure the well-being and security of the next generation. This study uses literature studies with the theory of securitization and international organizations in answering research questions about the phenomena studied. As a securitization actor, UNICEF made a statement through the Children and AIDS program to tackle the spread of HIV/AIDS in Tanzania. Seeing that the Tanzanian government was unable to overcome the spread of this virus, the government chose to work with UNICEF in the hope that the collaborative program created would be able to overcome the spread of HIV and AIDS. The results of the study show that the implementation of the program indicates progress toward public awareness in Tanzania, especially among those living with HIV/AIDS themselves. Not only that, UNICEF has aided in every field and aspect of Tanzania. But of course, there are challenges in implementing a program in a country, one of which is discrimination which can hinder the planned program.
