Abstract Purpose: To describe how the increase of competitiveness in business through technopreneurship Methodology: This is a narrative literature review. Literature was taken from Science Direct and Google Scholar databases. Keywords were business, competitiveness, increase, technopreneurship Results: Results revealed that technopreneurship is important in increasing the competitiveness in business, especially in digital era. Technopreneurship in information technology is successful in all over the world. All nations appreciate the presence of an advanced information and communication technology as a tool for increasing the process in private and government sectors. This condition will make the citizens easier in doing daily activities. The innovation in technology also open new opportunities and challenges for the development of the nations. Therefore, it can be inferred that information technology is an important part in business because it helps the development process in the business Limitations: This paper is a narrative literature review. There are only few studies about the competitiveness in business through technopreneurship. Further studies are needed for the strategy in increasing the competitiveness in business through technopreneurship. Contribution: The contribution of this paper is for the increasing of competitiveness through technopreneurship which is very essential during the digital era.

Abstract Purpose: The intention of the research was to examine if there were any discrepancies in banks ’ financial performance before and after the introduction of financial tech firms. Research Methodology: The study's subject was registered banking on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), with 38 banks chosen as a sample over a two-year period before the introduction of financial tech firms (2013-2014) and two years after the existence of financial tech firms (2016-2017). With a 5% significance rate, the tests utilized in this paper were Paired Sample T-test (normal data) and Wilcoxon Sign Rank Test (abnormal data) with SPSS 25 software assistance. Results: The outcomes of this research, after the arrival of financial technology enterprises, there is a discrepancy in profitability, liquidity, and capital. Limitations: This research's limitations are that certain banks did not leak consecutive financial statements during the research period, and earlier studies had no specific explanation on the same topic. Contribution: The insights can be used by academics as a reference, by the Bank as a foundation for financial management innovation, and by investors as a source of knowledge and consideration when making investment decisions.

Abstract Purpose: The study aims to analyze the direct and indirect impact of compensation on employee retention with job satisfaction as a mediation. Research methodology: The study sample was 50 permanent employees of PT Daya Surya Sejahtera Ponorogo Regency. Data analysis includes data quality testing, classical assumptions, hypotheses. Hypothesis testing uses path analysis from hierarchical regression analysis. Results: Hypothesis testing results show that: 1) compensation has a positive significant effect on job satisfaction; 2) job satisfaction has a positive significant effect on employee retention; 3) compensation has a positive significant effect on employee retention; 4) job satisfaction acts as a full mediation indirect effect of compensation on employee retention. Limitations: The study focused on the direct and indirect impact of compensation on employee retention with job satisfaction as a mediation, and only on 50 permanent employees at one of the retail companies in Ponorogo district. Contribution: This finding proves that compensation for the form of appreciation given by the company to employees for employee contributions plays an important role in improving job satisfaction and employee retention in the company. This finding can be used as a development material for further research, especially the review of employee retention in retail businesses that are currently growing rapidly in Indonesia.
摘要目的:本研究旨在以工作满意度为中介,分析薪酬对员工留任的直接和间接影响。研究方法:研究样本为PT Daya Surya Sejahtera Ponorogo Regency的50名正式员工。数据分析包括数据质量检验、经典假设、假设。假设检验使用层次回归分析中的路径分析。结果:假设检验结果表明:1)薪酬对工作满意度有显著的正向影响;2)工作满意度对员工留任有显著的正向影响;3)薪酬对员工留任有显著的正向影响;4)工作满意度在薪酬对员工留任的间接影响中起完全中介作用。局限性:本研究主要关注薪酬对员工留任的直接和间接影响,以工作满意度为中介,仅针对Ponorogo地区一家零售公司的50名长期员工。贡献:这一发现证明了公司对员工的贡献给予的奖励形式对提高员工在公司的工作满意度和员工保留度有重要作用。这一发现可以作为进一步研究的发展材料,特别是对目前在印度尼西亚迅速增长的零售企业中员工保留的审查。

Abstract Purpose: This study aimed to determine how much coping stress levels, social skills, and internet addiction affect employee engagement of millennial employees during the COVID-19 pandemic. Research Methodology: Questionnaires were distributed to 391 millennial office employees during the Covid-19 pandemic. The samples used were only 196 respondents because we used the Krejcie and Morgan method. The technique used by the author to analyze the data was multiple regression techniques. Results: This study show that social skills and internet addiction affect employee engagement while coping with stress does not affect employee engagement. Limitations: This study focuses on coping stress, social skills, internet addiction, and employee engagement, and only on millennial office workers in Jabodetabek. This is supported by very clear references on coping stress, social skills, internet addiction, and employee engagement Contribution: This research shows how to overcome stress, social skills, and internet addiction that affect employee engagement and shows employee engagement, stress coping, social skills, and internet addiction. This research will help companies to find ways to increase employee engagement in their companies.

Abstract Purpose: This study aimed to ascertain the impact of debt-to-equity ratio, current ratio, quick ratio, total asset turnover, and return on assets on profit growth in basic industrial and chemical manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange from 2013 to 2017. Research Methodology: The population of this study consists of 69 firms, 52 of which passed the sample selection criterion using a purposive sampling technique. The data sources for this study are the financial statements of the companies sampled via www.idx.co.id. This study employs multiple linear regression analysis and is conducted using the SPSS software version 20. (Statistical Product and Service Solutions). Results: The results of this study indicate that ROA has an impact on profit growth, while the current ratio, quick ratio, total asset turnover, and debt to equity ratios do not.

Abstract Purpose: This research aimed to examine the effect of marketing online, quality of service, and price on consumer satisfaction. Research Methodology: The population in this research was consumers who stay overnight at Hotel Borobudur Jakarta. The sample in this research was 100 consumer respondents at Hotel Borobudur Jakarta. The sample selection was made using the Probability Sampling method. How do distribute questionnaires with Random Sampling and search for sample using the Slovin Formula obtained the results of 100 respondents by distributing questionnaires to consumers at Hotel Borobudur Jakarta. The analytical tool used was SPSS v.20 software and Microsoft Excel 2007 assistance. Results: This research indicates that the marketing online, quality of service and price variables have a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction variables.

Abstract Purpose: This research was conducted to determine the relationship between organizational culture and working environment on Employee Performance. Research Methodology: Data analysis utilized in this study consists of; data quality test, classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis and hypothesis testing. The number of participants in this study was 52 (employee) at PT. Pusaka Ayu Bahari (South Jakarta) uses the Incidental method and should experience working in the company. Results: The results of this study indicate that there is a significant positive partial influence of the relationship between the two independent variables, namely Organizational Culture and Working Environment on Employee Performance, result details from this study are seen as follows: that Organizational Culture has an influence towards Employee Performance. and Working Environment has an influence towards Employee Performance.

Abstract Purpose: This study aimed to determine the feasibility of establishing the Pasta Kangen Jupiter dan Mogot Jakarta Barat in West Jakarta. Research methodology: The assessment is reviewed with Capital Budgeting in Optimistic, Moderate, and Pessimistic versions. Several methods include Payback Period, Net Present Value, Profitability Index, Average Rate of Return, Internal Rate of Return, dan Discounted Payback Period. Results: Based on the results of calculations using the Optimistic and Moderate Version of Capital Budgeting method, Pasta Kangen Jupiter Daan Mogot Jakarta Barat business in West Jakarta is feasible to run, while the Pessimistic Version is not feasible to run.

The population used in this study were all customers at Lion Parcel Kreo Branch, totaling 2,089 customers from July 2019 to September 2019. The sample used was 100 respondents, with the sampling method using probability sampling with a simple random sampling technique. Data were collected using a questionnaire and then the data were further analyzed using SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions) version 20. Data analysis was performed on the Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test (Normality Test, Multicollinearity Test, Heteroscedasticity Test), Correlation, Test Hypothesis (t test and F test), Coefficient of Determination and Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. Results: The results showed that, the quality of service, brand image and impact on the purchase decision of services.
摘要目的:本研究旨在分析服务质量、品牌形象和口碑对服务购买决策的影响。研究方法:这类研究是描述性的。本研究中使用的人群均为Lion Parcel Kreo Branch的客户,2019年7月至2019年9月共有2089名客户。样本为100人,抽样方法采用概率抽样,采用简单的随机抽样技术。通过问卷调查收集数据,然后使用SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions)第20版对数据进行进一步分析。数据分析采用效度检验、信度检验、经典假设检验(正态性检验、多重共线性检验、异方差检验)、相关性、检验假设(t检验和F检验)、决定系数和多元线性回归分析。结果:结果表明,服务质量、品牌形象对服务购买决策有影响。
