An increase in the number of the elderly population becomes a problem if the elderly experience a decline in health which has an impact on increasing healthcare costs, increasing disability rates, decreasing income, lack of social support and an environment that is less friendly to the elderly. BAZNAS (National Amil Zakat Agency) of West Java Province in collaboration with Yayasan Indonesia Ramah Lansia and the West Bandung District Government of West Java Province, is committed to providing services to the elderly and providing education to the public to care for the elderly, namely the Nya'ah Ka Kolot (care for the elderly) program. One of the activities of the Nya'ah Ka Kolot extensive program to contribute to improving the quality of life of the elderly is an informal school for the elderly called "Sekolah Lansia Bagja Lahir Batin". This activity is carried out once a month for ten months. Elderly who attends elderly schools experience an increase in knowledge and skills regarding physical, psychological, social and spiritual health problems so that the quality of life of the elderly has increased. The satisfaction index of the elderly attending senior school is above 80%.

Hypertension is increased blood pressure in the arteries continuously over a period, where the symptoms of hypertension are very diverse in each individual. Hypertension is a systolic and diastolic pressure of more than 160mmHg and 90mmHg, which is also common in the elderly. Objective: This study aims to determine the impact of providing health education related to hypertension and anti-hypertensive exercise on blood pressure in the elderly at Wisma Cempaka UPT PSTW Jember. This research used a quasi-experimental pre-test and post-test one-group design. The sampling technique used is a total sampling of 16 respondents. Data collection techniques were simple interviews, questionnaires and measuring blood pressure using a sphygmomanometer. Data were analyzed using the T-Test. The implementation includes health education, and blood pressure measurement, hypertension exercise. The results of statistical tests showed that there was an effect on blood pressure results before and after the Hypertension exercise. The respondent's blood pressure in the pre-test obtained average systolic 128.75 mmHg, and average diastolic pre-test 80.94 mmHg. The average post-test systolic value is 119.38 mmHg, and the average post-test diastolic is 77.19 mmHg. The level of knowledge of the elderly at Wisma Cempaka has increased with changes in post-test scores. This result proves the importance of health education and hypertension exercise in controlling blood pressure. There is a difference in systolic blood pressure before and after anti-hypertensive exercise. Anti-hypertensive exercise can be used as an alternative modification to lower blood pressure in the elderly with hypertension and provide health education for knowledge of controlling blood pressure.

Productive age is a risk group that is prone to hypertension and hypertension increases with age. Management of hypertension plays a role in maintaining the stability of the patient's medical condition and slowing the occurrence of complications. However, the implementation of the hypertension disease management program has not been carried out optimally. This research was carried out quantitatively, with a quasi-experimental type of research using one-group pretest-posttest design approach. Activities were carried out in four stages, namely situation analysis, plan formulation, implementation, and monitoring evaluation. Evaluation of systolic and diastolic blood pressure and knowledge of participants was done before and after the program. The intervention results showed that there were significant differences in systolic, diastolic blood pressure, and public knowledge before and after the program (p<0.005). Community based hypertension management programs have proven to be effective in increasing the knowledge and clinical conditions of people with hypertension. Therefore, to increase knowledge, attitudes, and skills to control hypertension and support are needed by health workers, cadres and families.

Hypertension in the elderly is a common problem that is often found. Many factors affect hypertension in the elderly, so it is necessary to empower them elderly. The purpose of this empowerment to control the blood pressure of the elderly through progressive muscle relaxation (PMR) techniques. The method used is counselling and exercise demonstration, which consists of 3 main activities: screening, PMR technique training, and activity evaluation. The empowerment was attended by nine elderly at UPT PSTW Wisma Cempaka Jember. The evaluation of activities is to measure blood pressure with a stethoscope and sphygmomanometer. Wilcoxon statistical test was used to determine changes in blood pressure before and after PMR intervention. The elderly are 100% male, 55.6% are 60-70 years old, 44.4% live in an orphanage for 1-5 years, and 66.7% are from outside Jember and have itching 44.4%. The p-value was 0.02<0.05 in systole, which means there was a difference before and after PMR, and the p-value was 0.705>0.05 in diastole, which means there was no difference in blood pressure after PMR. PMR focuses on maintaining a relaxed state that can secrete CRH (Corticotropin-releasing Hormone) and ACTH (Adrenocorticotropic releasing hormone) so that adrenaline and non-adrenaline secretion decrease, which has an impact on heart contraction activity and decreased blood pressure. Elderly empowerment with progressive muscle relaxation can control blood pressure, specifically systolic, after one week of exercise. This exercise must be included in the PSTW exercise program, which can be done regularly to control blood pressure.

The Covid-19 pandemic, which began to hit the world in 2020, has increased human awareness regarding the importance of paying attention to aspects of their health. Disaster mitigation is a strategy or effort to minimize the impact when a disaster occurs, both natural and social disasters that may occur in the future. Delivery of disastermitigation activities can be carried out in various ways, including through education, counseling, and training, both conventional and modern. Knowledge related to disaster mitigation should be given to the community starting from basic education. According to the above background, we realize that it is very important to develop awareness andpursuit of disaster preparedness in Islamic boarding schools as soon as possible. This community service activity program has been held at the Assalafi Al-Fithrah Islamic Boarding School in Surabaya which was held on May 21-22 2022 This community service activity is carried out offline with the method of presentation, discussion andquestion and answer, and training. Talango Village is one of the villages located in Talango District, Sumenep Regency. The people of this village make a living mainly as fishermen and farmers. One of the habits carried out by fishers and farmers in between their activities is smoking. The nicotine in cigarette smoke can increase blood pressure and heart rate, narrow arteries, harden their walls, and make blood more likely to clot. This condition can increase the risk of hypertension or high blood pressure. Based on interviews and surveys with partners Yayasan Jala Tani Pertiwi, education about hypertension prevention needs to be carried out to prevent hypertension in fishers and hypertension in Talango Village. This problem has prompted a service team to design educational activities to prevent hypertension by manufacturing herbal teas. This activity is structured through the first step, namely the preparation stage (compilation of training modules, participant selection, and evaluation media creation), the second stage (the process of implementing activities with pre-/post-test and discussion), and the third stage (evaluating the results of the training). A total of 20 farmers and fishers who are members of the Jala Tani Pertiwi Foundation were given education about hypertension, then continued with training to make anti-hypertensive herbal teas. The evaluation results showed an increase in participants' understanding of the material provided by 34%. Participants are known to have been able to understand and make herbal teas made from Moringa leaves, jasmine flowers, lemongrass leaves, and roselle flowers. Furthermore, to increase the participants' interest in this activity, the service team also taught them how to make tea packaging and how to sell it.

Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) is important in all industrial sectors. The purpose of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) is to improve and maintain the highest degree of all workers, both physically and mentally, and to ensure workers' welfare to prevent occupational diseases. UD. Tirto Agung is an informal industry that produces various types of cotton. UD. Tirto Agung Worker has 13 employees consisting of 7 women and six men divided into two work shifts. The practitioner's survey observed various potential hazards, namely noise, dust, poor lighting, and bad air temperature. From this problem, practitioners provide education about 5S (Sort, Straighten, Shine, Standardize, Sustain). This socialization aims to provide insight and knowledge about the 5S program, dust hazards, and practitioners providing personal protective equipment (PPE). The socialization results are successful because knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) has increased from 13 workers, 10 of whom understand the dangers in the work environment and can implement 5S socialization in the workplace. In comparison, three workers have yet to be able to implement 5S in the work environment due to the influence of age.
