Development of Hots-Based Communication and Business Negotiation Teaching Materials 基于热点的沟通与商务谈判教材的开发

This study aims to test the feasibility level of HOTS-Based Communication and Business Negotiation teaching materials in learning. The method used in this research is the R&D method using a 4D model with 4 stages, namely define, design, develop and disseminate. The population in this study was the fourth semester students of the Unimed FE Business Education Study Program. Data collection techniques used observations and questionnaires with research instruments in the form of validation sheets for expert assessments and student response questionnaires. This research activity begins with a preliminary study by conducting interviews with the Head of the Study Program and the course lecturers. Then the design and development is carried out by analyzing the RPS and learning outcomes of graduates, collecting reference sources and compiling drafts of teaching materials. The next stage is to evaluate the product by conducting a limited trial, revising the product and then carrying out data processing and evaluation. Based on the practicality test, it can be seen that the HOTS-Based Communication and Business Negotiation Textbook is very practical to use, it can be seen from 92% of respondents stating that the HOTS-Based Communication and Business Negotiation Textbook is very practical to use, 8% said it was practical and there were no respondents who say that the book is impractical or impractical. There is an effect of using HOTS-Based Communication and Business Negotiation teaching materials on student learning outcomes in the Business Education study program, Faculty of Economics, State University of Medan. Increasing and the correlation value between the pre-test and post-test was 0.947 at a significance level of 0.000<0.005.

Development of Problem-Based Number Theory Learning Tools" in the 2022 FMIPA Unimed Mathematics Education Lecture. This research is the development of learning tools that aim to describe the development process that produces valid, practical, and effective number theory learning tools. Problem-Based Number Theory Learning developed by following the Four D's: Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate. The trial of device development was carried out in the S1 Mathematics Education Study program in the Number Theory lecture. In the development of number theory lecture tools produce: Textbooks, and 14 Lesson Plans (LP) that are valid, practical and effective. The implementation process is carried out by preparing components of teaching materials for the Number Theory course in the form of: textbooks, LP which are carried out in the Number Theory course in 2022. In the implementation of disseminate applying limited Number Theory teaching materials produced: LP as many as 14 valid, practical and effective meetings to the Lecturer Team in the Department of Mathematics FMIPA Unimed

Business Profile of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) Case Study: Medan Denai District 中小微企业(MSMEs)业务概况案例研究:棉兰德奈区

, MSMEs are one of the sectors that have been tested in times of crisis. The government hopes that SMEs will be able to boost economic growth. The purpose of this study was to identify the characteristics of SMEs in Medan Denai District. Data used; MSME business licenses, number of workers, education level, wages, gender, job training and production technology, as well as data from relevant agencies. The results of data analysis describe micro-enterprises having the least business licenses; small business has the longest business age; medium-sized enterprises have the largest number of workers; small businesses have a workforce that has the highest level of education; medium-sized business workers receive a salary according to the minimum wage; The majority of female workers are in the small business sector, while men are mostly in the micro business sector; the most micro-enterprise workers attend training; Traditional technology is mostly carried out by the micro-enterprise sector, electricity is carried out by medium-sized businesses, while mechanics is used by small businesses.
