. This research is motivated by the importance of blended learning that is relevant to technological developments in the field of education and the limitations of features and applications that support PBM activities on the education platform at the high school level. The LMS application or learning media is directed at case-based methods and project bases that will be more student-centered, this is by Kepmendikbud No.3/M/2021 concerning PT KPI, namely IKU No.7. It is hoped that these products can increase learning interactions between students and teachers, reach students in broad scope, facilitate the refinement and storage of learning materials, and students can access learning anywhere and anytime without being limited by space and time to help improve students' abilities in learning. solve problems/cases in groups on a project-based basis. This study uses the Research and Development (R&D) method developed by Borg and Gall (2003). Data collection was carried out using questionnaires, observations, interviews, and documentation studies. The research instrument was tested using content validity. The data analysis technique used quantitative and qualitative descriptive. The literature developed refers to the development stage which is grouped into several stages, namely preliminary studies or data collection, product development and refinement, field testing, and product dissemination and socialization. Literature that is developed quantitatively and qualitatively is expected to be feasible to be applied in learning Indonesian history in high school.

. This study aims to determine how the local culture and resources-based view affect the intention to visit. The analysis in this study used SEM-PLS, and data was collected through an online survey questionnaire, with n = 162. Based on the analysis, it is known that local culture significantly affects the intention to visit. Regarding the resources-based view, it is also known to significantly affect the intention to visit. From the findings of this study, it can be concluded that visitors who visit the city of Medan enjoy the local culture they have, so they intend to come to Medan City. Furthermore, visitors enjoy the uniqueness of the owned culture, where the criteria that are owned make it an advantage for tourist areas in Medan city.

. Elephantiasis is generally detected through microscopic examination of blood. Until now, this has been difficult because microfilariae only appear in the blood at night for a few hours (nocturnal periodicity). The lack of trained microscopy technicians is a serious problem. Due to the repetitive and tedious nature of diagnosis and the fact that there are few positive cases in a population of thousands. This is a contributing factor to increased detection errors. The main problem encountered is the high degree of difficulty and precision and the long time it takes to perform laboratory examinations. Image analysis method can be used as a way to identify Lymphatic Filariasis worms in the blood. Based on the description above, it can be said that the detection of Lymphatic Filariasis worms can be done with digital image analysis. This research will use the feature extraction method and Convolutional Neural Network to identify object features in the form of worms that cause elephantiasis (Lymphatic Filariasis) in digital images recorded by Trinocular digital microscope cameras. This study aims to determine the performance of image analysis methods used in the identification process of Lymphatic Filariasis worms using digital images recorded by a Compound Trinocular microscope.
