Investigation of Wound Incidence on Stem Surface in Soybean Seedling 大豆苗木茎表面伤患情况的调查

ダイズ茎疫病 (以下,茎疫病) の発生が,湛水や土壌の過湿だけでなく,ダイズ胚軸上の傷の有無により著しい差異を生じることが室内実験により示唆されている.しかし,圃場における傷発生の実態や傷発生を助長する要因は明らかでない.圃場における茎疫病発生機構解明の一環としてダイズの茎上の傷発生に関わる知見を得るために,自然に生じる傷の頻度および深さを調査するとともに,傷発生を増加させる要因について検討した.京都大学附属農場の研究圃場(木津農場:木津川市,京都農場:京都市) での調査個体には,1.7~7.1%の個体に傷がみられた.観察した傷の深さは平均224±193 µm (標準偏差) であり,およそ62%が先行研究が有意な感染促進を認めた145 µm 以上のものであった.木津農場では京都農場より多くの個体で傷が観察され,木津農場においても精砕土を行うことにより傷発生割合は低下した.種子の外観品質については,しわ・裂皮・浮き皮のみられる種子で傷の多い傾向がみられた.以上の結果より,自然条件下において一定の頻度で茎疫病の発病促進要因になりうる深さの傷が発生していること,また,種子の品質および播種時の砕土状況がその発生率に関連することが明らかとなった.自然の傷がどの程度茎疫病の発病に寄与しているかについてさらに調査が必要である.
室内实验表明,大豆茎疫病(以下简称茎疫病)的发生不仅与积水和土壤过湿有关,大豆胚轴上有无损伤也会产生显著差异。但是,目前还不清楚田间伤口发生的实际情况以及助长伤口发生的主要原因。作为阐明农场茎疫病发生机制的一环,为了得到有关大豆茎上伤口发生的知识,在调查自然产生伤口的频率和深度的同时,对增加伤口发生的因素进行了探讨。京都大学附属农场的研究农场(木津农场:木津川市,京都农场:京都市)的调查个体中,1.7 ~ 7.1%的个体出现了伤痕。观察到的伤口平均深度为224±193微米(标准差),约62%的伤口超过了先前研究认定的有显著促进感染的145微米。在木津农场观察到比京都农场更多的个体受伤,木津农场也通过进行精碎土降低了受伤比例。种子的外观质量方面,显示出褶皱、裂皮、浮皮等种子伤痕较多的倾向。以上结果表明,在自然条件下,一定频率的深度创伤会成为促进茎疫病发病的主要因素,而种子质量和播种时的碎土状况与深度创伤的发生率有关。自然伤口对茎疫病的发病有多大的贡献还需要进一步调查。
