Revealing the importance of cooperative ties and R&D support within Czech manufacturing industry 揭示合作关系和研发支持在捷克制造业中的重要性

The importance of cooperation in the field of application knowledge and skills in creative processes is a constantly discussed topic. In general, these processes are described by a many study, but each of them acknowledges the need to take into account the specificities of individual countries and industries. All firms in the knowledge processes use cooperative links with their partners and often also public funds, which the state provides to support increased competitiveness or innovative absorption. Therefore, the aim of this paper has been defined as (i) to verify whether cooperation on innovation activities lead to growth or decrease of firms’ turnover and (ii) to find ways to allocate public funds more effectively, because most of innovation activities and cooperation are supported from public funds. Two linear regression models were employed. Data was sourced from a harmonized questionnaire of selected EU Member States from the Community Innovation Survey carried out in the Czech Republic for the period 2010-2012. Analyses have confirmed that collaborative links are at the heart of innovation processes, as well as the manufacturing industry has significant public resources that support these links and influence the growth of their turnover.

Innovative SMEs in Algeria: Which Practices to Build their Innovation Capacity? 阿尔及利亚的创新型中小企业:哪些实践可以培养他们的创新能力?

Many researches attempt to understand the behavior of SMEs in relation to innovation and to develop tools to increase their competitiveness and productivity. However, few researches have directly examined the capacity of these types of companies to innovate. Our study aims to demonstrate the involvement of the Algerian SME in the innovation process and to raise the practices that could affect its ability to innovate. Our survey was developed from a sample of 131 SMEs; the analysis of the results was concretized by the use of the variance-ANOVA method. In light of the main results obtained, four main recommendations can be proposed: -Innovation is a central and very important part of a company's strategy. Precisely, the acquisition of modern machines allows a differentiation in terms of production processes and subsequently a domination by the costs. -The method of financing SME innovation projects has no impact on their capacity for innovation. Although financing is a key issue in the life of any business, it even impacts its development and expansion, and specific financial support is needed to meet the needs of new innovative businesses, including (venture capital, loans boot). -The relationships of SMEs with the outside influence their innovation capacity as they promote the production and recombination of new or existing technical, commercial or organizational knowledge in order to develop new products, processes or services. -The presence of staff with a high level of expertise and experience in the diversity of innovation dimensions (mainly technical.) A Dynamic Analysis of the Integration of the Korean Stock Market with Its Trading Partners 韩国股票市场与交易伙伴整合的动态分析

This paper investigates whether foreign trade matter for the stock markets integration by segmenting Korean trade partners into three groups USA, China, and Japan based on bilateral trade relations. We further explore the time-varying correlations of pairwise stock market returns by employing DCC-GARCH models. The study uses daily stock price index data from January 2nd, 2006 to December 31st, 2018. Empirical findings show the presence of a long-run relationship between Korea and its major trading partners in the pre-crisis and post-crisis (includes crisisperiod). Results from DCC-GARCH evidence that correlations are time-varying and increase significantly during the crisis period and revert close to their initial levels after the crisis. Further, we also find that the time-varying correlations of Korea with the USA and Japan are more volatile. Our findings confirm that foreign trade intensity matters for the stock market integration. The absence of a stable long-run relationship may provide an incentive for investors to include these markets into their portfolio selection process to exploit potential diversification benefits.

What Are French Job Seekers Attracted to? A Ranking of Attributes Influencing the Intention to Apply of Three Categories of Job Seekers 法国求职者被什么吸引?影响三类求职者求职意向的属性排序

This research aims to understand how competitive organizational cues are differentially interpreted and ranked in the active job search process using an integrative theoretical framework of three different job seeker perspectives: (1) new entrants, (2) reemployment job seekers, and (3) already employed job seekers looking for another job (Boswell, Zimmerman, & Swider, 2012). Data was collected from 799 job seekers in France. First, we investigated the factor structure of twentyseven attributes related to organization attractiveness. The results provide evidence of a six-factor structure of organizational cues: work-life balance, reward, nature of work, job security, image/culture of the company and interpersonal relationships. This adds to the literature by providing empirical support for three new factors (i.e., work-life balance, nature of work, interpersonal relationships), in addition to replicating the factors identified in previous research (Cable & Judge, 1996). Second, we tested for significant differences in attribute ratings between new entrants, unemployed job seekers, and already employed job seekers. We found that the type of job seeker, or job search context, did have a significant impact on the evaluations of the attribute factors. Finally, we examined whether the factor rankings within each job search context differed from the overall population. Overall, the rankings of the factors were relatively consistent across contexts; work-life balance was consistently a top priority, followed by nature of work, reward, job security, image/culture of the company and interpersonal relationships. These results will help organizations tailor their strategic recruitment messages to attract candidates with the highest placement likelihood.

The Analysis of Coalition Parties´ Election Programme Fulfillment: Czech Case Study 联合政党选举方案执行分析:捷克案例研究

In multi-party democratic systems, where there is no absolute majority, the political parties are forced to cooperate. The cooperation is built on negotiations that result in several side effects including also concessions and compromises in the program. This analysis focused on the fulfillment of the coalition party promises in the Czech Republic, specifically on Prime Minister Bohuslav Sobotka´s government. The input data of the research consisted of a prepared set of testable political promises from the pre-election programs of selected political parties. The promises were compared with the contents of the coalition agreement, the government’s policy statement. It was found that coalition political parties selected by the government within the framework of coalition cooperation managed to enforce approximately 36 % of their election promises. At the program level, 24 % of promises were enforced. In areas that increase the personal budget of voters, government political parties have pushed 76 % of promises. Regardless of their cooperation, they made approx. 52 % of the election promises during the parliamentary term. The dominant party of the government was the CSSD.

Role of Ergonomics in Medium Scale Apparel Manufacturing Industry in Sri Lanka 人体工程学在斯里兰卡中型服装制造业中的作用

Ergonomics or science of human factors are used as methods and measurements to develop and design machine and work suit the employees. Encountered challenges in applying ergonomics in apparel industry in Sri Lanka are Inadequacy of equipment, assessments and inadequate knowledge on ergonomics norms. Both qualitative and quantitative was use to evaluate the present ergonomics situations at the manufacturing plant. A questionnaire was developed based on the evaluated current phenomenon of ergonomics in order to investigate the ergonomics through systematic observation at apparel industry to discover the malpractices and to implement the ergonomic standards. Prior to beginning the questionnaire, current ergonomics of the plants was observed, simple discussions were carried out with the randomly selected workers to get their ideas about the problems they have confronted was noted. Sample of size was 250 employees and was drawn randomly. Walk through survey was conducted in all the departments and the type of issue related to ergonomics encountered was recorded. As per the feedback, 78% of the operators identified their work load as light, 44%of the sample visit the medical Centre rarely.69% of the sample claims that their working posture is comfortable. The researcher observes that 41% workers claimed that they experienced lower back pains and 59% of the sample claims that the heat is high in the work place. Postural discomfort was common within the sewing operators. The study concludes that the management has to take some steps to improve work place ergonomics by considering on environmental factors.

Encountered challenges in applying ergonomics in apparel industry in Sri Lanka are Inadequacy of equipment, assessments and inadequate knowledge on ergonomics norms. Both qualitative and quantitative was use to evaluate the present ergonomics situations at the manufacturing plant. A questionnaire was developed based on the evaluated current phenomenon of ergonomics in order to investigate the ergonomics through systematic observation at apparel industry to discover the malpractices and to implement the ergonomic standards. Prior to beginning the questionnaire, current ergonomics of the plants was observed, simple discussions were carried out with the randomly selected workers to get their ideas about the problems they have confronted was noted. Sample of size was 250 employees and was drawn randomly. Walk through survey was conducted in all the departments and the type of issue related to ergonomics encountered was recorded. As per the feedback, 78% of the operators identified their work load as light, 44%of the sample visit the medical Centre rarely.69% of the sample claims that their working posture is comfortable. The researcher observes that 41% workers claimed that they experienced lower back pains and 59% of the sample claims that the heat is high in the work place. Postural discomfort was common within the sewing operators. Business success is strongly associated with developing the skills of their employees. Companies are actually spending more and more money on employee training to improve their skills in changing laws, procedures, organizational change, or simply to improve or perform; this learning, this training brings us to a specific goal is to develop skills.The central question is:” how to build a good training system that will help develop skills?”In this article, we will explain the training system established by Algerian companies as well their motivations and their enthusiasms to obtain their fixed objectives; indeed, the field study speaks about the type of training established in an echoes of (35) Algerian companies in the department of accounting and finance since accounting standardization IAS / IFRS, that is to say the application of the financial accounting system from 2011 to the present day.

The Space Economy: Freedom and Fairness above the Skies 太空经济:天空之上的自由与公平

The space economy encompasses the totality of activities resulting from and in the presence of humankind in space and, in addition to its governmental and research components, it also features a critical and crescent business and market-oriented segment. The number of space systems, especially those in Earth orbit, has augmented significantly, leading to a surge in satellite services that has strikingly outstripped global economic growth. The huge demand for communications, data gathering, navigation, positioning and timing services grows exponentially with the development of new applications with terrestrial debouche and encouraged by state actors seeing this field as a strategic force multiplier and area for competition/competitiveness. This research observes that even if costs continue to fall (on the technological “supply-side”) and reliance on circum-terrestrial space-based facilities continues to rise (on the “demand-side”), there are international institutional hurdles against the unleash of space quest for fear that uneven chances to accede in space will ignite old terrestrial conflicts. Special attention will be drawn on the reasons for the potential prolongation of the image of cosmic space as a “museum” rather that a “laboratory”, and a “laboratory” rather than an “workshop”, discussing whether the just / efficient paradigm in the outer space governance / ownership / sovereignty is “entrepreneurial liberal capitalism”, “egalitarian social democracy” or “reactionary conservatism”.
