Assessment of atmospheric pollution and environmental hazards. Email: wukong6106@163.com Abstract: The presence of heavy metal fine particles in the atmosphere has a negative impact on the early growth of terrestrial plants. By establishing a reasonable exposure scenario and simulating different levels of atmospheric pollution conditions during the early growth stage of plants, evaluate the effects of heavy metal fine particles containing Pb and Cd on the biomass of rice and potato, including seedling emergence, seedling growth, and fresh weight (both terrestrial stems and leaves and underground tubers). The results showed that the concentrations of Cd and Pb elements in the artificial soil of the exposure treatment group increased at the end of the experiment, with Cd element concentration increasing by about 8.8 times compared to the background value, while the increase in Pb element concentration was not significant compared to the background value. The enrichment levels of Cd and Pb in the stems and leaves of rice on land were 0.0020 mg · kg-1 and 0.054 mg · kg-1, respectively; The enrichment levels of Cd and Pb in the underground tuber of potatoes were 0.185 0 mg · kg-1 and 0.074 mg · kg-1, respectively. After exposure treatment, the inhibitory effect on the various biomass endpoints of rice was not significant, while the inhibitory rate on the fresh weight of potato underground tubers reached 27%. It can be seen that under simulated exposure conditions, the concentration of Cd pollution elements in artificial soil changes significantly, and the underground tubers of potatoes have a significant effect on Cd enrichment. Compared with the blank control group, the combined pollution of Pb Cd heavy metals caused by exposure treatment significantly inhibited the biomass of potato underground tubers

Email: qingboqu2014@163.com *Corresponding author: Zhang Keqiang Email: kqzhang68@126.com Abstract: In order to explore the feasibility of predicting fecal nitrogen and phosphorus content based on the nutritional composition and basic production status of lactating cows, a prediction model for fecal total nitrogen (FN) and fecal phosphorus (FP) content was established. This experiment takes Chinese Holstein cows as the research object, selects 7 representative large-scale dairy farms in Tianjin as sampling points, and collects basic data such as nutritional composition and basic production status of 20 groups of lactating dairy cows through questionnaire survey. 60 fecal samples are also collected to determine their nitrogen and phosphorus content. Select 14 groups of basic data such as nutritional composition and basic production status of lactating dairy cows' diets, and 48 samples of nitrogen and phosphorus content in lactating cow feces. Use SAS statistical analysis software to conduct correlation analysis and regression analysis, and establish a prediction model. The results showed that there was a significant positive correlation between organic matter intake (OMI) and crude fat intake (CFi) in the diet and the total nitrogen content in the feces of lactating cows, with correlation coefficients of 0.836 and 0.705, respectively. There is a negative correlation between body weight (BW) and total phosphorus content in feces of lactating cows, with a correlation coefficient of -0.525. The decision coefficient R2 of the prediction model established using multiple linear regression analysis is significantly higher than that of the univariate linear regression equation. The determination coefficient R2 of the fecal total nitrogen content prediction model based on milk yield (MY), days in milk (DIM), organic matter intake (OMI), and nitrogen intake (NI) of lactating cows can reach 0.96 (P about 0.001), and the prediction equation is: y=0.43+0.29 iMY+0.02 iDIM+0.92 iOMI-13.01 iNI. The determination coefficient R2 of the prediction model for total phosphorus content in feces is relatively lower than that of the prediction model for total nitrogen content, with a maximum of 0.62 (P about 0.10). The prediction equation is: y=22.97-0.026 iBW-4.02 iNI+14.63 iPI (phosphorus intake, PI). Finally, basic data on the nutritional composition and basic production status of 6 groups of lactating cow diets and corresponding 18 feces were used

Fertilizer Reduction Policies in Developed Countries: Suitability and Implications LI Fang, FENG Shu-yi*, QU Fu-tian (College of Public Administration, Nanjing Agricultural University, Nanjing 210095, China) Abstract: This study reviewed and analyzed the specific practices, implementation effects and applicable conditions of fertilizer reduction policies in the EU, US and Japan, explored the common laws and general conditions in the formulation of environmental orientation, and pro原 vided feasible policy recommendations for the formulation of fertilizer reduction policies in China. This study showed that fertilizer reduction policies in each country had their own advantages and disadvantages, and the applicable conditions were different. The EU忆s command and control policy was applicable to the situation of less farm households and the same agricultural planting type or farm type. The economic in原 centive policy in the US was applicable to the situation of more farm households, relatively perfect agricultural market system and sensitive price formation mechanism, while the public participation policy in Japan was applicable to regions with more relevant agricultural groups and strong economy. China should learn from each of these policies and make a comprehensive choice in the formulation of fertilizer reduc原 tion policies. Therefore, China should proceed from improving the agricultural price mechanism and the pollution-free agricultural products certification system as well as encouraging and supporting the development of large scale production units, and then promote the adoption of environmentally friendly technology through the guidance of market mechanism, ensure the effective implementation of environmental stan原 dards through farmers忆 integration and improve farmers忆 environmental awareness through propaganda guidance, so as to ensure the effective implementation of different types(command and control policy, economic incentive policy and public participation policy)of fertilizer reduc原 tion policies.
