The relationship of marine environment and squid fishing fluctuation in North Pacific Ocean was analyzed with the method of production gravity center and generalized additive model(GAM), through the surface temperature, sea chlorophyll and ocean current data got by satellite remote sensing inversion technology, and the statistic of boat fishing in the North Pacific from 2002 to 2012. The results showed that gravity center of fisheries was located in the eastern and central fishing grounds in May and June. The range was 168° ~171° E, 38° ~39° N.Gravity center of fisheries was located in western traditional fishing grounds from July to November with range of 150° ~160° E, 40° ~44° N.Gravity center of fisheries had obvious seasonal changes. GAM module analysis indicated that appropriate sea surface temperature scope of high squid fisheries was 14~19 ℃. The appropriate chlorophyll concentration scope of high squid fisheries was 0.22~0.55 mg·m-3. The distribution range was 154°~157°E in longitude, and 41°~44°N in latitude. There was a feeding migration to north and spawning migration to south every year, its relationship with environmental factors showed different characteristics, especially the best correlation of sea surface temperature. The gravity center of fisheries and sea surface temperature were positively correlated during the northward migration from May to September, while negatively correlated during the south migration from September to November. It showed obvious seasonal changes. Current also had an important impact on fisheries. Under the interaction of Kuroshio and Oyashio, high catch fishing grounds usually located in the forward of Kuroshio and nearby the northern side of Oyashio, with the shift of warm and cold current changing.

The 18 th National Congress of Communist Party of China proposed the goal of building a beautiful China. The key points and difficulties of beautiful China construction lie in countryside. Beautiful countryside construction is an important integral part of the beauty of China. Under the background of rapid urbanization, industrialization and rural transformative development, beautiful countryside construction has a vital practical significance for renovating hollowed villages, improving rural living environment, reconstructing rural space and narrowing rural-urban income gap as well as promoting rural-urban integrated development. However, the construction of China′s beautiful countryside is facing many challenges, i.e., population emigration, employment, land use, resource consumption and environmental governance. In this study, the strategies and outlets to solve the beautiful countryside construction problems were put forward based on the objective analysis of challenges and plights faced by beautiful countryside construction. It would provide a theoretical basis for exploring the geographical patterns of rebalancing the man-land relationship from uncoordinated mode. These findings would also provide a scientific decision support for constructing beautiful countryside construction in new period.

Pig manure and cow manure were composted naturally at the same condition. The 15 th, 25 th, 35 th, 50 th day compost were fertilized on Chinese cabbage and muskmelon and seed germination and growing influence were analyzed. The aim was to obtain the agricultural effects of application of pig manure and cow manure composts with different maturity extent(CDME). The results showed that the highest temperature of cow manure was higher than pig manure in the process of compost, and the high temperature period of cow manure was longer than pig manure. The contents of total nitrogen of two manure decreased firstly and then increased, while nitrogen concentration increased continually. Both of two treatments achieved harmless standards after 35 days. Cabbage plant height and main root length, muskmelon seeding weight and main root length were not affected significantly by CDME, but seeding emergence and root activity of cabbage and muskmelon were influenced significantly by CDME. And so as the fresh weight and yield of cabbage which were observed when composts of pig manure composting for 25 days and cow manure composting for 15 days showed significant inhibition to plants. The correlation between OC, DOC and biological traits were significant or extremely significant. The correlation between nitrate-N/ammonium-N and GI or root activity were significant or extremely significant, which were not consistent with the current indicators of compost maturity. It is worthy of attention to formulate standards for compost maturity and achieve a great balance between nutrient loss in composting process and agricultural effect in field for compost application.

In order to research the effects of different control measures on soil microbial diversity by Biolog, the greenhouse soils of cucumber cultivated in Shouguang City, Shandong Prorince were collected and the relationship between the soils and yield and quality of cucumber was investigated. The results showed that, the average well color development (AWCD) of returning straw to field (RS) was the highest and that of no fertilizer (CK) was the lowest. The activity of microbe was vigorous at the time of cultivation of 72 h and AWCD of treatments ranged from 0.494 to 0.881. AWCD of RS was 1.3 times than that of conventional fertilization (CF) and the difference reached significant level at the moment. However, AWCD of drip irrigation (DI) was lower slightly than that of CF. Soil microbial diversity changed in different treatments.CF had the lowest Shannon index(H)and Substrate evenness(E), but these two indices increased significantly through the application of RS and DI. Principal component analysis showed that carbon utilization by soil microbial communities also changed in different treatments. RS concentrated in the positive direction of the first principal component and the score coefficients ranged from 4.91 to 5.50. Conversely, others concentrated in the negative direction and the score coefficients ranged from-3.26 to-0.18. Compared with CF, cucumber yield and quality of RS and DI treatments had no significant changes. Simpson′s dominance (Ds) and Substrate richness(S)were positively correlated with cucumber yield, Vc and soluble sugar content. Comprehensive consideration, RS was more helpful to improve the soil micro-ecological envrion-ment than DI. Therefore, future research of RS is necessary for sustainable development of installation agriculture.

Tatal of 411 batches of rice, leaf vegetables, fruits, beans, solanums and tubers were sampled monthly, in accordance with related national regulations on 22 detected pesticides in the Yinzhou District, Ningbo City. The results showed that the pesticide detection rate was0.3%, the qualified rate of pesticide residues in agricultural products was 97.82%. Pesticide residues detection accounted for 88.89%. The samples beyond the pesticide residue standard were mainly vegetables from May to October. Leaf vegetables exceeding the standard sample rate reached 3.72%. Pesticide residue samples exceeding the standard were found in retail in plain and coastal areas, but were found in all scale farming in mountainous areas. The rate of exceeding the pesticide residues standard of farmers with primary school education level was4.50%, which was 6.16 times higher than that farmers with university education. In order to reduce the pesticide residual in Yinzhou District,we put forward control countermeasures in 5 aspects.
