The reality of organizational envy at the University of Mosul 摩苏尔大学组织嫉妒的现实

The research focuses on diagnosing the reality of organizational envy at the University of Mosul, and the research aims to identify the most important and most consistent and influential dimensions for the administrative leaders at the University of Mosul. The most important of which is do the administrative leaders have a clear concept of organizational envy, and to achieve the goal of the research, a questionnaire was distributed to a sample of (300) respondents from the University of Mosul. The research came out with a number of results, the most important of which are: The answers of the respondents showed the existence of two types of organizational envy in the field investigated, and this in fact condemns the work in the social entities in which working individuals of different ages, social types, educational qualifications and performance levels meet.

The Diagnosis of the Dimensions of Psychological Capital 心理资本维度的诊断

This present research aims at identifying the dimensions of the psychological capital of the employees of the directorate of Education in Nineveh expressed by its dimensions:(self-efficiency, hope, optimism and flexibility). The questionnaire forms were adopted as the main tool to collect the data and the statistical software SPSS V26 and AMOS software were used to analyze the data of (202) subjects as employees in who occupy managerial level positions through several descriptive and analytical approaches. From the results of the statistical analysis, a set of conclusions were drawn, which showed the results of the field research via diagnosing the availability of the psychological capital dimensions in the field researched and this indicates that the Directorate of Education in Nineveh pay a good attention to building a psychological capital, which is represented by its dimensions that lead to the progress and advance of the individuals. Moreover, the research submitted a group of recommendations including the necessity to pay a considerable attention to the psychological capital as it is a very vital topic and as it has an important effect on the psychology of the individual who works in an organization and which can provide good benefits and a competitive advantage.

The study aims to diagnose the nature of the relationship and the impact between marketing agility and marketing risk, as studies have confirmed that marketing agility is one of the most important factors that enable organizations to adapt to the environment and its variables, and enable the organization to make its marketing decisions quickly and implement them with high flexibility, in a way that enables it to avoid or reduce Marketing risk to the maximum extent possible, Scientific Bureau and Drug Store were selected as a field for study, and their employees were selected as a sample for the study, which numbered (311) respondents, and with the aim of collecting the required data and information, the questionnaire was designed as a main tool in data collection, which was covered through (66) phrases. Included in the questionnaire based on a group of scientific sources, the study adopted the descriptive analytical approach in an attempt to answer the questions of the study and test its hypotheses using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The moral effect of marketing agility in reducing marketing risk, as well as the results of the analysis that led to the mechanism of testing the correlation and impact relationships confirms that the harmonization between the dimensions of marketing agility contributes to supporting the trends of the researched organizations in reducing the marketing risk

Achieving pleasure and satisfaction for working individuals as a result of their obtaining material and moral benefits and stability from their work requires the presence of organizational symmetry, which is based on the presence of feelings of psychological and social belonging by the working individuals to the organizations in which they work and their feeling that they are an integral part of the organization, as the current research aims to Statement of the role and impact played by organizational similarity on job happiness among workers in the office of the Ministry of Agriculture and Water Resources in the Kurdistan region, and to identify the availability of research variables and its dimensions in the field researched. The questionnaire as a main tool for data collection, where (100) questionnaire forms were distributed, of which (97) forms were retrieved valid for analysis. It has been reached that the hypotheses obtained by the research, which indicate the existence of a correlation relationship, are valid There is a significant difference between organizational symmetry represented by its dimensions and functional happiness represented by its dimensions.
