The natural resources produced by Petanang Village are very abundant, but the natural resources owned by Petanang Village have not been fully utilized by the community, so there is a need for guidance or assistance to the community to take advantage of the existing potential. One of them is by utilizing processed cassava / sweet potato products that are made into a food with a high selling price. Seeing the problems and potentials that exist, the village community is considered to need to know more about how to process and benefit from cassava / sweet potato so that it can increase profits or can be used as a source of additional income for the community. Digital marketing is the marketing of products or services using technology via the internet, social media, cell phones, or other digital media. It is also an umbrella term that can cover a variety of digital marketing strategies such as social media marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), as well as email marketing. This digital marketing strategy is different from traditional marketing such as print media, billboards, and TV. This digital marketing strategy is certainly data driven. The purpose of digital marketing is to attract consumers and potential customers quickly. As you know, the acceptance of technology and the internet in society is very broad, so it is not surprising that digital marketing activities are the main choice for every company. As a result, every company competes with each other and competes in creating interesting content to be displayed in its marketing in cyberspace.

The agricultural sector, especially fisheries, has played an important role in the social and economic development of the Indonesian state, because the indonesian population has a daily life as farmers, and the territory of Indonesia 2/3 is the water area. Mulyoagung Village in Ngantang District is one of the villages located in the area around the Selorejo reservoir. In addition to farming, the main income of the community is dependent on the existence of the Selorejo reservoir, which is catching fish. Fish catches are sold in their unprocessed state to middlemen at a very low price since they lack the knowledge to process fish into various processed foods. Only about a year ago there was an attempt not to sell the fish in its raw condition, but to be sold in a mature state, in the hope that the price would be higher and not be played with by middlemen. By adopting from crispy mushrooms, baby fish is processed in crispy form. Through various trainings and assistance, including training on making crispy various flavors of basic uceng and wader fish, frying techniques, oil slicer techniques, product packaging as well as labeling and marketing, There has been steady growth in both the quantity and quality of this business, and it is now even being exported off the island.

In Mergosono Village, the program for using terraces to grow crops was carried out more than 5 years ago, through an “urban farming” program led by PKK women. There were more than 50 mothers who were involved in this activity. Through urban farming, each house is recommended to plant more than 10 potted plants, with various kinds of plants, such as: chilies, tomatoes, cabbage, eggplant, pok cay, mustard greens, and flowers. At first this activity only aimed to maintain the beauty of the village, so that it remains beautiful, but gradually it can be used to meet daily food needs, especially vegetables and "empon-empon". Even though this activity has been going on for more than 5 years, there are still many obstacles that they face, including: 1) PKK women are still not able to make special planting models for limited land, be it hydroponics or verticulture, therefore only polybag or pot models; 2) it is difficult to make a fertile planting medium, it seems that there are some plants that grow less healthy; 2) have not been able to create their own nurseries and have difficulty moving plants from the nursery box to pots or polybags; 3) have not been able to make environmentally friendly fertilizers (organic or compost); 4) have not mastered how to fertilize and when to fertilize properly; 5) do not understand good plant care techniques, do not know plant pests, and eradicate them, how to handle weeds). Therefore, assistance is needed to solve these problems in the form of technology transfer through training activities, mentoring, demonstration plots or direct practice.

During this pandemic, teachers are required to be more creative and innovative in carrying out learning. It is still very rare for teachers to use the computer for the purpose of improving learning, let alone using Powerpoint-based learning media with various applications. Facts on the ground, namely in Cluster 6 Blimbing do not have sufficient competence in operating the tools available in Microsoft Office Powerpoint. Based on this, a learning media workshop is needed that is able to support this, does not require high specifications for laptop devices, and provides easy access guidebooks for educators. Powerpoint is an application that easily bridges users in designing various types of creative learning materials. In particular, PowerPoint has new features that can make it easier for educators to create media slides for presentations, learning videos, lesson plans, integration with virtual classroom platforms that support creativity and collaboration, etc. There are several specific activities that will be carried out to overcome the above problems through this Community Service, namely: 1) providing interactive learning media guidebooks to elementary school teachers; 2) holding a workshop “Development of Learning Media for Elementary School Teachers Using PowerPoint and Slidesgo”; and 3) Make a video tutorial "Development of Learning Media for Elementary School Teachers Using Interactive Learning Media".

The creative economy has an important role in improving the economy and economic growth, people's welfare, opening up new jobs and reducing unemployment. However, the Covid-19 Pandemic has a significant effect on the sustainability of creative product businesses, the majority of which are SMEs and MSMEs. The purpose of this activity is to help SMEs to increase competitiveness in facing the Covid-19 pandemic situation. The priority partner of the activity is knittingdeenzza craftsmen who produce handicraft products, with various types of knitting ranging from tablecloths, pillowcases, bags, knitted shoes, and currently masks made of knitted yarn and the like. This community service program is located in Lampung. The method offered to partners is training/socialization which includes an introduction to competitiveness, competitiveness strategy, and assessment of competitive advantage through the APP model (asset/performance advantage, potential, and process) as well as a competitiveness model for small businesses. The results of these activities have increased the knowledge of partners about competitiveness, as a source of strength of partners in the face of increasingly tough competitive conditions. This activity aims to help business owners introduce marketing strategies to recycling businesses in the Pamulang area of South Tangerang which are made from used plasik bottles large and small, then processed into handicraft products such as lamp stamps, aquariums, flower pots and others. This activity was inspired by the problem of partners in terms of marketing recycled products that have been processed. Based on preliminary observations to partners made by coming directly to the owner, the main problem lies in the marketing aspect. This is due to the weak knowledge of partners about marketing strategies. So that the recycled products that have been successfully made cannot be marketed to the maximum, only around the business location. The method offered in this activity is training / socialization on online marketing strategies through Zoom meetings. The results of the activity show that the activity has been carried out properly and runs smoothly, problems that arise in partners can be resolved. So that partners are able to understand about marketing strategies, this is evidenced by the results of evaluating partner answers 100% understanding of the material that has been submitted by the PKM Team leader.

Standard Operating Procedures are the backbone of a successful business, allowing us to work whenever we choose. Standard operating procedures (SOPs) are a vital component of quality management practice. The effectiveness of SOP is highly dependent on the owner and all employees' commitment to enhancing the quality of the manufactured goods. At the Setu batik house business cooperative in South Tangerang, Student Creativity Program (PKM) is conducted. Setu batik house, often known as RBS, is a collection of company cooperatives that manufacture a variety of written batik products and stamps. In addition, it produces hijabs made of Parisian fabric with contemporary batik patterns. The PKM activity method entails support coming immediately to the RBS location and doing FGD with the board and multiple members. The outcomes of the activity revealed that RBS SOPs were organized in pocketbooks and laminated posters were affixed on the walls of the operating room. The resulting SOP can serve as a guide for partners, both administrators and members, in the production of batik products that conform to defined criteria.
