Devices and software possibilities for using of motion tracking systems in the virtual reality system 在虚拟现实系统中使用运动跟踪系统的设备和软件的可能性

In today's time companies very often need to simulate some natural events such as people walking or moving some things from some place to another. This article is focused on the kind of virtual reality (VR) - MoCap - motion capture. Motion capture is the process of the recording of user's movements and the interpretation of these movements into the movements of digital model. VR is used too in the design process of workplace. Firstly, the workplace is designed and before real building the different conditions are simulated. Result of this simulation by VR is workplace, which makes provision for ergonomic requirements, because the bad designed workplace increases additional costs and assembling time Currently the most companies try to prepare the projects of new products by simulations and analysis and not on assumptions or conjecture.

Innovative application of inventory theory for determining optimal fleet size for a car-sharing system 库存理论在汽车共享系统中确定最优车队规模的创新应用

The article deals with optimization of vehicle fleet size in a car-sharing system. The inventory theory (stochastic model) was applied to determine optimal vehicle fleet size under the assumption of implementation of car-sharing system. The statistical characteristics for the model were acquired by random moment observation of real park place in Košice city. We can conclude that decrease of needed vehicles caused by implementation of such a system will be 56,60 % if we abstract from the cars commuting from the city surroundings.

Autonomous sensor networks for process monitoring and automation 用于过程监控和自动化的自主传感器网络

This paper makes a study on the design and development features of Self Organizing Sensor Networks for Automation and Process Monitoring. The research project `Multifunk' aims at development and prototypical implementation of software and hardware components for monitoring of industrial production processes using model-driven development, a service oriented architecture, network self-organization and wireless components. Presented in this paper are the results achieved in design of the system architecture, implementation of an adequate transport protocol, compliance to standards as well as a prototypical use case.

PerCom: A personalized web service composer assisting non-expert users PerCom:帮助非专业用户的个性化web服务编写器

Recently, web service composition is one of the challenging tasks of service provisioning, especially when considering the various functional and non-functional capabilities that Web services may afford and users may require. Most of currently studies in this field are supposed that users have special knowledge about web services. In this paper, we propose a personalized web service composer that considers non-expert users and afford them the most suitable composition according to their interests and preferences. In another word, to shelter non-expert users from the complexity of service composition, we keep information of the users including interests, preferences, behaviors and etc. In a user model provided for this reason and apply them in web service selection, work flow ranking and web service composition. Also, we update user profiles through analyzing unselected workflows by the user. We test our model in the economy domain by 70 users. Results show that our model delivers more appropriate composite services according to the user profile without any specific knowledge required for the user in comparison with current web service composition methods.

Fast license plate detection based on edge density and integral edge image 基于边缘密度和积分边缘图像的车牌快速检测

This paper presents a robust algorithm for license plate detection that can detect multiple license plates with various sizes in unfamiliar and complex backgrounds. License plate detection is an important processing step in license plate recognition which has many applications in intelligent transportation systems. Vertical edges and edge density features are utilized to find candidate regions. Then, the candidates are filtered out based on geometrical and textural properties. The efficiency of the method is improved using the integral edge image and two-stage candidate window detection. The experimental results confirm robustness and efficiency of proposed method.

Agent-based integration of rescue systems for first responders 第一响应者基于agent的救援系统集成

Routine operations of emergency first responders are usually well managed. The situation is different for mass casualty emergencies where more people and properties are threatened. In such situations there are no predefined plans in place and mitigation is solved mostly through crisis management. Teams managing such acute accidents are often working in information insufficiency. Timely information exchange between involved agencies, common understanding of data and fast provision of knowledge can save lives and protect properties. Useful information is heterogeneous and is distributed across many organizations in disparate information sources in many formats with different access policies and in varying quality. The information sources range from sensors deployed on incidence sites, publicly available data sources, corporate legacy systems, documents stored on remote locations to human end-users providing information using mobile devices. This article addresses operational challenges of First Responders and complementary challenges in accessing and analyzing information from multiple sources to provide advanced capabilities for command and control in emergency response. Herein we propose to use an agent-based infrastructure for supporting such interoperability. We propose to build the framework amplifying an agent infrastructure developed in scope of the SECRICOM EU integrated project. In this article we focus mainly on the conceptual architecture of such integration framework.

Re-usability in complex event pattern monitoring 复杂事件模式监控中的可重用性

Large volumes of incoming messages or events - in multiple streams - processing can be time-critical and strategically important. Crucial and often not so simple is the decision making over such data. This paper presents a generalized solution proposal for systems running without interruption (at run-time) based on Complex Event Processing (CEP) - by aspect-oriented approach for specific domain. The functionality of the system is strongly determined by listeners' implementation and by identification data patterns and their representation in the form of rules. Listeners themselves determine so called message model as a standard set of messages which runs into the CEP engine. Messages are represented by certain events. We assume the use of this method also in other domains. Analogically to the software product-line approach are compared possibilities in implementation listeners to data patterns. Despite certain limitation and expectation of large number of different types of events, the system shows good performance in environmentally oriented applications.

Metrics, models and measurements in software reliability 软件可靠性中的度量、模型和度量

Reliability is always important in all systems but sometimes it is more important than other quality attributes. Software reliability engineering approach is focused on comprehensive techniques for developing reliable software and for proper assessment and improvement of the reliability. Reliability metrics, models and measurements form an essential part of software reliability engineering process. We should apply appropriate metrics, models and measurement techniques in SRE to produce reliable software, as no metric or model can be used in all situations. So, we should have profound knowledge of metrics, models and measurement process before applying them in SRE. In this paper, we present an in-depth analysis of all metrics, models and measurements used in software reliability.

Software reliability engineering approach is focused on comprehensive techniques for developing reliable software and for proper assessment and improvement of the reliability. Reliability metrics, models and measurements form an essential part of software reliability engineering process. We should apply appropriate metrics, models and measurement techniques in SRE to produce reliable software, as no metric or model can be used in all situations. So, we should have profound knowledge of metrics, models and measurement process before applying them in SRE.
