Adaptive emission control of freeway traffic via compensation of modeling inconsistences 基于模型不一致性补偿的高速公路交通自适应排放控制

Nowadays when traffic jams and air pollution are very common, controlling the emission rate of the exhaust fumes is a significant task. Many difficulties make this problem more sophisticated, for example the present emission models sometimes need too many information so it is quite complex to work with them. On the other hand, the underlaying physics behind the hydrodynamic traffic models does not suggest unique mathematical formulation so we need adaptive controllers that iteratively improve the forecasts obtained by a rough initial model without tuning the parameters of a particular mathematical structure. In this paper a simple method is shown for determining the stationary solutions obtained from a hydrodynamic model for a realistic parameter range. The method is based on Robust Fixed Point Transformations (RFPT)-based adaptive control that needs only the main factors in the emission: the traffic density and velocity. For controlling it applies electric road signs for the prescribed velocities and allowed ingress rate from the ramp in the preceding sector. This is a new area for the RFPT, but as the simulations show it is successfully applyable to the problem.

The effect of aggregation and defuzzification method selection on the risk level calculation 聚合和去模糊化方法选择对风险等级计算的影响

In this paper a fuzzy logic-based hierarchical multilevel risk calculation model will be introduced with different model parameters. On each occasion when a fuzzy-based simulation model is constructed, the appropriate aggregation and defuzzification method must be chosen. It is very difficult because it cannot be said generally, which is the best method, its depends on the current application. The model presented in the paper is a model for risk calculation of physical exercise, and it was constructed in Simulink - Fuzzy Logic Toolbox environment with Mamdani-type fuzzy evaluation and different aggregation and defuzzification operators. The test was performed for several typical groups of the patients. The results are compared with a previously implemented Analytic Hierarchy Process with Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation based model with similar purposes. The result of the comparison has been analyzed and the best methods have been selected.

Parallel Distributed Compensation based sector sliding mode control of Takagi-Sugeno type polytopic models 基于并行分布式补偿的Takagi-Sugeno型多面体模型扇形滑模控制

The main contribution of this paper is a new sliding mode design methodology for nonlinear systems, which utilizes the Parallel Distributed Compensation based multi-objective LMI control design for Takagi-Sugeno type polytopic representations of qLPV models. It is partially extension and combination of the classical optimal manifold design for linear (or linearized) system and sector sliding mode control. This new approach enables a systematic design and decomposition of optimal sliding sector by the High Order Singular Value Decomposition based canonical description of a wide class of nonlinear systems. This brings the advantages of the LMI based control design to the field of sliding mode control. The effectiveness of the methodology is validated by simulation results.

Cognitive info-communications in semantic intelligent space 语义智能空间中的认知信息交流

Today, the research field of assisted living technologies becomes more and more important. In this paper, an intelligent space framework is going to be presented which can be applied as a framework for assisted living. There are two beneficial properties which can improve the performance of the presented framework. The first is the use of semantic information which increases the flexibility and the autonomy of the framework so that it maximizes the collaboration possibilities between the entities of the intelligent space. The second is the relation to cognitive infocommunications which makes it possible to use not only conventional ways in the user interaction, but other cognitive channels, i.e. represent the user as a complex source and drain of several kinds of information. In this paper, it is going to be presented, how these properties of the framework can be adopted in this special application field.

Linear state-feedback control synthesis of tumor growth control in antiangiogenic therapy 抗血管生成治疗中肿瘤生长控制的线性状态反馈控制合成

Cancer diseases are one of the most lethal, incurable diseases today, thus fighting cancer is an actual and urgent problem in clinical practice. Beside classical therapies, a new approach is represented by model-based therapies, where human body works as a complex system. These therapies are called targeted molecular therapies (TMTs). TMTs are fighting specifically against different cancer mechanisms and usually don't eliminate the whole tumor, but control the tumor into a given state and keep it there. The aim of antiangiogenic cancer therapy is to prevent tumors from forming new blood vessels, because without angiogenesis tumor growth is inhibited. In this paper we analyze a nonlinear tumor growth model and design linear controllers based on a linear model acquired from working point linearization. Realized controllers are state feedback with pole placement, LQ control method and both controllers with state observer. Simulations are carried out and the controllers are analyzed in many aspects, including the working points used at linearization.

State control design for linear systems with distributed time delays 分布时滞线性系统的状态控制设计

This paper is concerned with the problem of stabilization for continuous-time systems with distributed time delays. Using an extended form of the Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional the controller design conditions are derived with respect to application of structured matrix variables in linear matrix inequalities. The result giving a sufficient condition for stabilization of the system with distributed time delays is illustrated with a numerical example to note reduced conservatism in the system structure.

Local Governments-specific BPR mini-project with SAP applications 使用SAP应用程序的特定于地方政府的BPR小型项目

Local Governments use multiple IT methods and tools to provide services required. Chosen business processes and software products should certainly provide suitable and reliable applications for long term. Nevertheless, due to the sudden change and improvement of IT Technology, some solutions become obsolete and those should be replaced sooner or later. However, as sustainability is requested in Local Governments, such changes have to be handled carefully. A new Business Process Reengineering, BPR, methodology is being built to support Local Governments-specific IT change and technology management. This paper introduces our methodology applied to an initial SAP business process implementation project. A mini-SAP project is defined to complete the so-called Business BluePrint phase of SAP ASAP Methodology. This approach is found to be suitable to support the Local Governments BPR project.

Automation of e-gov service quality measurement process 电子政府服务质素测量过程的自动化

In this paper we present development and usage of new instrument to assess quality of e-service provided by regional government's web site. We demonstrate the process of defining precise criteria for all measurements, as well as for all quality categories. Due to complexity of final scoring procedure proposed with new assessment instrument, an automate scoring tool that can be used is introduced.

Risk management in industrial companies 工业企业的风险管理

Nowadays business world is constantly changing. It is unpredictable, volatile and fraught with risk. Risk assessment provides a mechanism for identifying which risks represent opportunities and which represent potential pitfalls. Done right, a risk assessment gives industrial companies a clear view of variables to which they may be exposed, whether internal or external, retrospective or forward-looking, qualitative or quantitative. A good risk management takes a broad perspective on identifying the risks that could cause a company to fail to meet its strategies and objectives. In this statement several techniques for identifying and analyzing company risks are discussed and illustrated.

Knowledge definition in product model for control of feature definitions 产品模型中的知识定义,用于控制特征定义

This paper deals with recent results of a long term research program in human intent driven and knowledge based product modeling. The aim of the research was grounding connection between situation and event based generation of product features in current industrial product models and the content based model extension in an earlier result by the authors. In this paper, research is focused on knowledge feature definition for adaptive feature control. The authors considered their Virtual Engineering Space concept as the utmost objective in automation of engineering activities. Following this, knowledge definition methods are analyzed, contextual connections of active knowledge definitions in the context based product model extension are placed in the communication, and control of product features by adaptive actions is discussed.
