Stunting has become a world concern that is a nutritional problem, mainly in middle-income countries. According to the World Health Organization (WHO), stunting is a condition caused by recurrent infections, psychosocial simulations, and most obviously by malnutrition. With the prevalence of stunting news at 27.4% in 2021, attention is needed as an effort to reduce the figure in the district of Mojokerto. MBKM Village Free Stunting as a community dedication aims to improve public understanding and knowledge about the health of pregnant mothers, breastfeeding, weaning food, and nutritional competence in the framework of stunting prevention. With the method of socialization attended by 40 mothers from the village of Bandarasri, there was a 14% improvement in understanding about the health of pregnant mothers, 36% about breastfeeding and MP-ASI, 34% about nutritional properties in infants, and 57% about stunting. Based on the presentation, it was shown that socialization activities had an impact on stunting prevention efforts in Bandarasri Village, Ngoro Prefecture, Mojokerto District, East Java.

Clean and Healthy Behavior (PHBS) is a behavior carried out on consciousness as a result of learning that makes a person. Problems of clean and healthy living behavior are most commonly found in groups, for instance, in the Training Houses. This is often demonstrated by inappropriate environmental codes, including the availability of post-training health posts, the low level of knowledge of healthcare professionals such as managers and healthcare providers about clean and healthy living behaviour, and the high number of frequently occurring medical conditions such as scabies, diarrhea, and cold cough. This dedication to the community aims to provide knowledge and understanding of Clean and Healthy Living Behavior to the centurion so that there is a change in behavior and able to practice in his daily life in the Islamic boarding school Az Zahro Curahdami Bondowoso district. The method of implementation is done by means of giving education developed through viewing the public health podcast Primary Health Service Curahdami and is presented with questions and answers. Before conducting the education on Clean and Healthy Living Behavior, 75% of respondents had less knowledge, and 25% had sufficient knowledge about clean and healthy living behavior. Based on the results of observations showed that the activities of devotion to the community can improve the central knowledge about the behavior of a clean and healthy life through watching the Podcast Health Society Primary Health Service Curahdami district of Bondowoso.

Diabetes Mellitus (DM) is a disease characterized by an abnormal increase in blood sugar levels. The most frequently encountered type of DM is Diabetes Mellitus type 2. Type 2 DM is a condition that lasts a lifetime, so it has an impact on reducing the quality of human life. This happens because the body cannot produce and use insulin effectively so that sugar levels continue to increase. Type 2 DM is experienced by several people in Ledokombo Village, Jember Regency. Type 2 DM sufferers need to change their behavior, namely their eating patterns, taking medication and regular check-ups to manage their disease. The aim of this activity is to increase knowledge about how to use type 2 DM medication among the community in Ledokombo Village, Jember Regency. The method used is to provide education to families or type 2 DM sufferers about how to use the drug. The results of the activity show an increase in public knowledge and understanding of how to use type 2 DM medication. Knowledge before being given education shows the lowest value of 17.39% and the highest 100%, while after being given education shows the lowest value of 43.48% and the highest 100%. Increased public knowledge about how to using type 2 DM medication can provide motivation for healthy living to manage the disease.

Puberty often confuses teenagers who don't understand it. Therefore, it is essential to provide sex education to help children understand the phase they are experiencing. Not only children but parents also need to understand the developments that occur in their children so they can accompany their children in these turbulent times. This spiritual education aims to equip children and their parents with correct knowledge about human sexuality and its biblical responsibilities. The education was delivered in presentations, followed by an interactive discussion, and then closed with a conclusion. The result is that the counseling went well and was understood by the participants. The author suggests that this kind of activity be carried out regularly, considering the broad discussion of topics surrounding sex education. Keywords: education; sexuality; teens; parents

The age group of children is at risk of contracting and transmitting COVID-19, so education is needed to build preparedness on the importance of washing hands to prevent transmission of COVID-19 in the new normal era. The purpose of community service is to improve the preparedness of school students. Community service was carried out on June 16, 2021, to 27 students of elementary school X aged 6-7 years. Information is conveyed through short stories for kids. Hand washing movements are conveyed through videos and hand washing songs so that children become more interested and easier to follow. The materials presented included the prevention of COVID-19 in the new normal era, an explanation of hand washing with soap according to the Ministry of Health standards as a form of preventing COVID-19 transmission, and video playback of the 6-step handwashing movement. Post education was found that 95% students (38 of 40) level of knowledge was high which proven by the ability to recall all the steps of soap handwashing. The children's knowledge about washing hands using soap to prevent COVID-19 is increasing, and children are able to wash their hands in the right steps according to Ministry of Health standards. Education for school-age children requires the right method so that children want to participate in education comfortably.

Circumcision or circumcision is a surgical procedure that involves removing all or part of the foreskin of the penis with the aim of keeping the vital area clean so that it is not easily infected. By 2020, 85% of boys will be circumcised, equating to around 8.7 million boys annually. The circumcision rate will increase along with population growth in Indonesia. Most children who undergo circumcision will encounter obstacles such as fear, crying, refusing to enter the room and having to ask their parents to accompany them when they want to enter the room. This shows that there are fundamental problems in children who will be circumcised. Anxiety is one of the things a child will face before being circumcised. Anxiety can cause prolonged trauma, causing children to experience stressor crises. The cause of anxiety is pain and fear during the circumcision process. Often parents and medical personnel think this is trivial, but in fact if left unchecked it will have a serious impact on the child's mental condition. Distraction therapy is an example of therapy that can help reduce a child's anxiety about circumcision. Children who are circumcised will naturally feel afraid and anxious, so play therapy is carried out to reduce these feelings of anxiety. This therapy involves diverting attention to the child who will be circumcised. The goal is to change the child's orientation and thinking, which was initially focused on circumcision, towards the proposed therapy. This will create a feeling of security and comfort, thereby helping the circumcision process run smoothly.

The key to managing hypertension is regular control visits to the community health center or other health facilities. These visits are critical in monitoring response to treatment, adjusting therapy if necessary, and providing education and support to the patient. Low compliance of hypertension patients with re-visits or regular control can hinder the success of hypertension management and increase the risk of complications. The SI-KEPPO (Automatic Reminder Message Group System) innovation aims to provide an effective solution in managing and arranging re-visits or reminding individuals or groups of contact time automatically via text messages or other messages. This activity is a community service aimed at doctors, nurses, administration staff and counter staff. A direct training is carried out on computers owned by the Community Health Center so that deficiencies and advantages are detected in the existing facilities at the Community Health Center. The material presented is an introduction to the program or innovation by explaining the use of the innovation, the preparations made and the procedures for implementing it. There were 1 doctor, 4 nurses, 1 medical center administration staff, 1 operator staff, and 1 counter staff who participate in community service activities. All participants were very enthusiastic about this training and it could increase the number of repeat visits for hypertensive patients.

Controlled hypertension is a health problem that is closely related to mortality. The prevalence of this disease increases significantly every year throughout the world. Failure in self-awareness results in decreased self-control and decreased self-efficacy, resulting in patients not having regular control and not regularly taking hypertension medication. This study aims to increase the knowledge of female cadres about controlled hypertension. Using pre-test and post-test results of elderly cadres in blood pressure measurement training for hypertensive patients with the T-Test. Inclusion criteria of elderly cadres who have a blood pressure measurement training certificate at the UPTD Tegalampel Public Health Center. The 20 elderly cadres who took part in blood pressure measurement training with using T-Test to see the effect of training for elderly cadres toward blood pressure measurement level of knowledge. Based on the results of the T-Test, there was no significant improvement after health education regarding the prevention and treatment of hypertension (p=0.115). Given to the level of knowledge of elderly cadres regarding blood pressure measurement training. This is caused by increased self-awareness, self-control, and self-efficacy. Efforts to increase the level of knowledge of elderly cadres about controlled hypertension can increase self-awareness by forming a healthy heart group (the hypertension group is supervised regularly and intensively by officers and cadres) by forming a WA group, training elderly cadres with blood pressure measurement training and therapy counseling traditional (guava leaves, garlic, cat's whiskers leaves, ginger, bay leaves, noni, soursop leaves, soak feet in warm water)to increase awareness of controlled hypertension patients in improving healthy lifestyles, namely regular health checks, taking medication regularly.

Interactive learning of fairy tale videos through technology adaptation is a strategy to instill interest in literacy by using technology. Rapid advances in technology are used as an instrument to accelerate literacy. This research is a form of implementing innovation in the use of technology to create interesting learning methods. The focus of this research explains how students can later make literacy a positive habit in everyday life. Literacy education is the basic key to exploring science, presented through showing fairy tale videos. Activities are structured based on a theoretical framework regarding the stages in realizing an education acceleration program.
