Stunting is a condition when toddlers have a height or length disproportionate to the height of their age. Supplementary feeding is an intervention program for under-fives who suffer from malnutrition with the aim of improving nutritional status and meeting the nutritional needs of children. One of the interventions that can be done to prevent stunting is the provision of additional foods that are high in protein. The goal of this community service is to increase the knowledge of mothers of toddlers related to stunting and stunting prevention interventions. This community service method is through interactive health counseling, namely lectures and questions and answers to 21 mothers of toddlers, which was held on July 19, 2023, at the Padang Village Hall, Padang District. The results of this community service activity went well and smoothly. This is evidenced by the activation of the participants in question, and the average knowledge of the participants increased from education 6.73 to 7.60. Tempe is a processed fermented soybean Rhizopus sp mold, the fermentation process will change the physical and chemical form of soybeans into tempeh products that are highly nutritious and can be used as functional foods. Tempe with its protein, carbohydrate, fat, fiber, vitamins, and minerals content can be easily digested and is suitable for all age groups ranging from infants to the elderly. Tempe nuggets are processed products in frozen form that are ready to be cooked. Tempe nuggets can be one of the innovations of high-protein supplementary foods to prevent stunting.

The Jaya Mulia Farmer Women's Group (KWT) is a group of women farmers in Krajan, Suren, Ledokombo, Jember, East Java. KWT Jaya Mulia has problems in producing the Aspergillus niger fungus, namely the availability of the F0 generation A. niger fungus, which still buys long-livers to obtain it at a high price. The high price of F0 generation seeds is caused by the expensive materials used, so another alternative is needed to replace the F0 generation seeds of the fungus A. niger to reduce prices. Producing the biological agent A. niger is a very prospective business, so the introduction of A. niger cultivation techniques need to add to the knowledge and skills of women farmer groups to produce biological agents independently. Based on the situation above, the community service activities to help provide training on cultivation techniques and the production of biological agents in the Jaya Mulia farmer women's group are considered relevant to do. The method used in carrying out community service activities is a participatory community empowerment method that emphasizes community involvement in all activities carried out. This community service activity is planned in four stages of activity, namely stage socialization or counseling, skills training stage, evaluation stage, and mentoring. The activity was attended by 25 members of the Jaya Mulia Farmer Women's Group. Based on the results of the activities that have been carried out, it is known that community service activities can increase the knowledge, skills, and income of farmers in carrying out agricultural cultivation.

One of the efforts to reduce morbidity and mortality in children is by administering immunizations. Immunization is an effective and efficient strategy in improving national health status by preventing six deadly diseases, namely: tuberculosis, diphtheria, pertussis, measles, tetanus and polio. Counseling about the importance of immunization is an effort to increase knowledge about the importance of basic immunization for infants, so that it can reduce mothers' anxiety and fear about follow-up events after immunization which is the reason for mothers not to give immunizations. The method used is in the form of providing counseling materials on the importance of basic immunization for infants. This program will be implemented in March 2023 in toddlers in the Working Area of the Pasir Putih Public Health Center. The purpose of this community service is to provide education and provide immunizations for babies and toddlers. This activity is expected to increase knowledge and awareness of mothers about the importance of immunizing infants and toddlers.

Umbulrejo Village is one of the villages in Jember Regency that holds potential in the form of fruit farming. Every year, Umbulrejo Village becomes one of the orange-producing villages whose products are sold even beyond the island. Until now, orange commodities have only been utilized as fresh agricultural products sold by the local community. Therefore, there is a need for innovative orange processing to manage the available orange resources. Efforts to empower the community to independently utilize their local potential include providing knowledge and skills related to the entrepreneurial process of making handmade dish soap. The aim of this activity is to maximize the village's potential in processing orange peels into dish soap products, while also creating new business opportunities to enhance the local economy. The implementation of the activity includes initial socialization, training in dish soap production, and packaging. The results of the activity indicate that it can (1) provide an understanding of how to make dish soap along with the materials and tools used, (2) introduce the community to the opportunity of a home-based dish soap business. The production of dish soap using orange peels as a primary ingredient still needs further development to enable mass production and acceptance by the wider community. Additionally, government support is required for obtaining circulation permits and product viability.

In Indonesia, 75% of women have experienced vaginal discharge at least once in their lives and half of them have experienced vaginal discharge twice or more. Vaginal discharge is a classic problem for most women. Ironically, most women do not know about vaginal discharge and the causes of vaginal discharge. If not handled properly, vaginal discharge can be fatal, infertility and ectopic pregnancy (pregnancy outside the womb) can be one of the consequences of vaginal discharge. The early symptoms of uterine cancer usually start with vaginal discharge. The betel leaf (Piper betle linn) used in this study belongs to the Peiperaceae family. The part used is the leaves. Betel leaf contains essential oils that contain compounds that have strong antibacterial properties, which are referred to as "kavikol" and "kavibetol". Anti-bacterial is also found in boiled betel in water. Betel leaf in traditional medicine is usually used for first aid in first-line treatment in daily medicine, especially as an antiseptic. This activity aims to increase the knowledge of adolescent girls about the dangers of vaginal discharge and provide an intervention in the form of betel leaf boiled water to reduce physiological vaginal discharge. The results of the activity showed benefits for adolescents as evidenced by the decrease in the incidence of physiological vaginal discharge after being given counseling and betel leaf water.

In Indonesia, the number of deliveries assisted by health personnel is still relatively low. Pregnancy checks (Antenatal Care = ANC) can motivate pregnant women to give birth to health workers. This study aims to determine the role of ANC in selecting birth attendants. This cross-sectional study used secondary data from the KKG Project Benefit Evaluation Survey (Family Health and Nutrition)—efforts to Reduce Maternal Mortality Rate Through Utilization of Agricultural Products and Antenatal Care in Agronursing Areas. Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) is the death of a woman during pregnancy or 42 days after giving birth. Indonesia is a country with a significant increase in the number of maternal mortalities of 359/100,000. This achievement still needs to catch up to the 2024 Millennium Development Goals (MDGs) target, which is 183/100,000 KH, so this has made Indonesia experience a crisis in maternal health services. The low readiness of the mother to fulfill nutritional quality and conduct antenatal care can be a big problem in the birth process. Therefore, it is important to carry out socialization to reduce the maternal mortality rate by utilizing agricultural products to improve maternal nutrition through antenatal care. The purpose of doing community service for pregnant women is to reduce the Maternal Mortality Rate in Indonesia. Community empowerment is carried out by conducting lectures between researchers and participants.

Cancer is one of the main causes of death throughout the world. 8.2 million deaths, one of which is caused by breast cancer. This is in accordance with the Indonesian Ministry of Health (2013) that breast cancer is a cause of death, and the incidence rate increases by 5% every year. Breast cancer is a solid cancer. According to Wibawa & Manuaba (2010) stated that cancer is a solid type of cancer. In Indonesia, breast cancer is the second most common cancer in women. The aim of this health outreach is for women of childbearing age to better understand early detection of breast cancer with breast self-examination (BSE). The service method uses counseling using lectures, questions and answers, and demonstrations using X booklets and leaflets as media for women of childbearing age which will be held on May 25, 2023, at the East Kotawaringin Plansian Village Office. The results of this community service activity can be said to be successful. This can be observed in the level of attendance and activeness of participants. This activity took place in an orderly and good manner without experiencing significant obstacles. The follow-up that needs to be done is to continuously provide information about early detection of breast cancer (BSE).

KKN is a form of student service to the community. One of the villages that became the target of the University of Jember's KKN is Kedungjajang Village in Lumajang Regency. The KKN 168 work program in Kedungjajang Village this time raised the theme of food security and environmental awareness. The program developed by our team is the Pawon Urip program so that the community can utilize the empty land around the house to plant toga plants which can be used for daily cooking ingredients. In addition, this KKN 168 program also processes household waste, both organic and inorganic waste, to be used as eco-bricks and compost. This can build public awareness of the surrounding environment so that the environment becomes clean and the waste that is usually useless can be reused. The activities of making a Pawon Urip garden, training on making compost from food scraps, and making eco-brick are one of the activities with the aim of making the people of Kedungjajang Village aware and concerned about the environment.
