ㅤ Consumer review analysis is important for product development, customer satisfaction, competitive advantage, and effective marketing. Increased use of wireless earphones is expected to reach $45.7 billion by 2026 with growth in lifestyle. Therefore, in consideration of the growth and importance of the market, consumer reviews of wireless earphones from Apple and Samsung were analyzed. In this study, 11,320 wireless earphone reviews from Apple and Samsung sold on Coupang were collected to analyze consumers' purchase intentions and analyze consumer satisfaction through analysis of the frequency, sensitivity, and LDA topic model of text mining. As a result of topic modeling, 16 topics were derived and classified into sound quality, connection, shopping mall service, purchase intention, battery, delivery, and price. As a result of brand comparison, Samsung purchased a lot for gift purposes, had a high positive sentiment for price, and Apple had a high positive sentiment for battery, sound quality, connection, service, and delivery. The results of this study can be used as data for related industries as a result of research that can obtain improvements and insights on customer satisfaction, quality and market trends, including manufacturing, retail, marketers, and consumers.

ㅤ The purpose of the study is to analyze the impact of blended learning’s external classroom formats and internal teaching strategies, which has been implemented in university classes due to COVID-19, on students' academic achievement and learners' perceptions, as well as to provide insights into the desirable direction of online education. The study was conducted during the 1st semester of 2022 at G University, targeting students taking Calculus I. The experimental group consisted of 117 students, while the control group consisted of 707 students. Blended learning, involving a combination of face-to-face classes, online classes, and mixed teaching methods, was implemented, and academic achievement and learner perceptions were assessed. The research findings indicate that compared to solely online classes, adopting a blended learning approach with online classes before the midterm and face-to-face classes afterwards resulted in a decline in academic achievement. The unprepared and simplistic external format of blended learning was found to be ineffective, however, a blended learning model consisting solely of online classes, incorporating a mix of asynchronous and synchronous instruction, demonstrated positive learner perceptions. Additionally, utilizing technology in the teaching strategies yielded positive outcome.

ㅤ Since 2018, due to climate change, heat waves and cold waves have caused gradual damage to social infrastructure. Since the damage caused by cold weather has increased every year due to climate change in recent 4 years, the damage that was limited to a specific area is now appearing all over the country, and a lot of efforts are being concentrated from experts in various fields to minimize this. However, it is not easy to study real-time observation of sudden abnormal low temperature in existing studies to reflect local characteristics in discontinuously measured data. In this study, based on the weather-related data that affects the occurrence of cold-weather damage, we developed an algorithm pattern that can identify the time when abnormal cold temperatures occurred after searching for weather patterns at the time of cold-weather damage. The results of this study are expected to be of great help to the related field in that it is possible to confirm the time when the abnormal low temperature occurs due to the data generated in real time without relying on the past data.
