Analysis on correlation between resistin -420C/G polymorphism and type 2 diabetes mellitus macroangiopathy in Han population of northeast China 东北汉族抵抗素-420C/G多态性与2型糖尿病大血管病变的相关性分析

Objective To study the allelic and genotypic frequence distribution of RETN-420C/G single nucleotide polymorphisms(SNPs) and its relationship with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM) complicated with macroangiopathy in Han population of northeast China.Methods The genotypes and their frequencies of a total of 180 cases,including 60 cases of T2DM complicated with macroangiopathy,60 cases of simple T2DM and 60 cases of normal control(ND),were measured by PCR-RFLP.Results The allelic frequencies and simple CC/GC+GG genotype in T2DM complicated with macroangiopathy group were significant different compared with ND group(P0.01).The allelic frequencies and CC/GC+GG genotype in T2DM comlicated with macroangiopathy group were significant different compared with T2DM group(P0.05).The GC+GG genotype in T2DM complicated with macroangiopathy group was significantly higher than that in T2DM group(P0.05).Conclusion The RETN-420C/G polymorphism has a correlation with the occurrence of T2DM complicated with macroangiopathy in Han population of northeast China.
目的研究东北汉族人群RETN-420C/G单核苷酸多态性(snp)的等位基因和基因型频率分布及其与2型糖尿病(T2DM)合并大血管病变的关系。方法采用PCR-RFLP方法对60例T2DM合并大血管病变、60例单纯性T2DM和60例正常对照(ND)共180例患者的基因型及频率进行测定。结果T2DM合并大血管病变组的等位基因频率及单纯CC/GC+GG基因型与ND组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.01)。T2DM合并大血管病变组的等位基因频率及CC/GC+GG基因型与T2DM组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。T2DM合并大血管病变组GC+GG基因型明显高于T2DM组(P0.05)。结论RETN-420C/G多态性与东北汉族T2DM合并大血管病变的发生有关。

Optimization of structure and working parameters of Y type micro-mixer in two-phase pulsating mixing 两相脉动混合中Y型微型混合器结构及工作参数的优化

In order to improve the mixing efficiency of different reactants in microscale,a study on optimization of the structure and working parameters of the Y type pulsing micro mixer is conducted,in which the effects of the structure and parameters on mixing performance are taken into consideration.By simulation analysis,the channel section size,entrance angle,entrance flow rate and pulsation frequency are optimized.Based on the optimized structure and working parameters,a test prototype was made in lab.Using chemical reaction probe method,the prototype is tested.After detecting the size and distribution of gold nanoparticles by controllable synthesis,the mixing performance is evaluated synthetically.The test results indicate that when the entrance flow rate and working frequency are ascertained,there exist corresponding optimum values of the section size and flow rate of the Y type pulsing micro mixer.The entrance flow rate and working frequency are important parameters which influence each other.A certain flow rate corresponds to an optimum mixing frequency.
为了提高微尺度下不同反应物的混合效率,对Y型脉冲微型混合器进行了结构和工作参数的优化研究,考虑了结构和参数对混合性能的影响。通过仿真分析,优化了通道截面尺寸、入口角、入口流量和脉动频率。根据优化后的结构和工作参数,在实验室制作了试验样机。采用化学反应探针法对样机进行了测试。在对可控合成金纳米颗粒的粒径和分布进行检测后,对混合性能进行综合评价。试验结果表明,当入口流量和工作频率确定时,Y型脉冲微型混合器的截面尺寸和流量存在相应的最佳值。入口流量和工作频率是相互影响的重要参数。一定的流量对应于最佳的混合频率。

Influence of single nucleotide polymorphisms of DNMT1 gene in survival of patients with gastric cancer after operation DNMT1基因单核苷酸多态性对胃癌术后患者生存的影响

Objective To investigate the association between the single nucleotide polymorphisms(SNPs)of DNA methyltransferase 1(DNMT1)gene and the survival of the patients with gastric cancer after operation in the Han population from North China,and to clarify the association between the polymorphisms of DNMT1 gene and prognosis of gastric cancer.Methods A total of 447 gastric cancer patients treated with total gastrectomy were selected into the cohort study.The distribution of genotypic frequencies of five SNPs sites(rs16999593,rs10420321,rs2288349,rs2228611 and rs2228612)of DNMT1 were detected by TaqMan assay.447 cases of gastric cancer patients were followed up.Kaplan-Meier method was used to calculate the survival and draw the survival curves,and Log-rank test was used to compare the differences of overall survival(OS)between the patients with different genotypes.The hazardratio(HR)and 95% confidence interval(CI)were estimated by univariate and multivariate Cox regression analysis.Results Compared with the patients carried GG genotype at the rs2228611 site,the patients with GA/AA genotypes had better prognosis and Longer survival time(52.5months vs 42.9months,Log-rank P=0.006).After adjusting the confounding factors,the patients carried rs2228611GA/AA genotypes had a decreased death risk than the patients with GG genotype(HR 0.68,95% CI:0.50-0.92,P=0.013),suggesting that the polymorphisms of rs2228611 site was an independent influencing factor of prognosis of the patients with gastric cancer after operation.There was no association between the polymorphisms of other sites and the prognosis of gastric cancer.Conclusion The polymorphisms of DNMT1rs2228611GA/AA genotypes can prolong the survival time of the patients with gastric cancer.The polymorphism of DNMT1 could be used as a biomarker to predict the prognosis of gastric cancer.
目的探讨华北汉族人群DNA甲基转移酶1(DNMT1)基因单核苷酸多态性(snp)与胃癌术后患者生存的关系,阐明DNMT1基因多态性与胃癌预后的关系。方法选取447例行全胃切除术的胃癌患者进行队列研究。采用TaqMan法检测DNMT1 5个snp位点rs16999593、rs10420321、rs2288349、rs2228611和rs2228612的基因型频率分布。对447例胃癌患者进行了随访。采用Kaplan-Meier法计算生存期并绘制生存曲线,采用Log-rank检验比较不同基因型患者总生存期(OS)的差异。通过单因素和多因素Cox回归分析估计风险比(HR)和95%置信区间(CI)。结果与rs2228611位点GG基因型患者相比,GA/AA基因型患者预后更好,生存时间更长(52.5个月vs 42.9个月,Log-rank P=0.006)。校正混杂因素后,rs2228611GA/AA基因型患者的死亡风险低于GG基因型患者(HR 0.68,95% CI:0.50 ~ 0.92,P=0.013),提示rs2228611位点多态性是胃癌患者术后预后的独立影响因素。其他位点的多态性与胃癌的预后无相关性。结论DNMT1rs2228611GA/AA基因型多态性可延长胃癌患者的生存时间。DNMT1基因多态性可作为预测胃癌预后的生物标志物。

Analysis of gray-Markov forecasting for traffic accidents in highway tunnel group region 公路隧道群区交通事故的灰色马尔可夫预测分析

Based on the original data of traffic accidents in a typical highway tunnel group region, a grey forecasting model, which is modified by residual error model, is proposed to analyze the development trend of traffic accidents in highway tunnel group region. The forecasting accuracy is improved by introducing Markov optimization. Compared with commonly used forecasting method, the proposed method in this paper has a better forecasting accuracy and practicality in a period. It can be used for the forecasting analysis of traffic accidents and for security early warning in highway tunnel group region. Language: zh

Multi-Robot Task Allocation Based on Swarm Intelligence 基于群体智能的多机器人任务分配

The task allocation was studied based on the swarm inteeligence for the large-scale multi-robot system with loose-and tight-coupled tasks adopting the hierarchial architecture. In the high level,the ant colony algorithm was employed to find the optimal allocation of the loose-coupled tasks,namely,based on the reverse distribution idea,taking each ant to form a task,an undertaker was chosen for every task. In the low level,the coalition formation algorithms based on the ant colony optimization(ACO) ,the particle swarm and ant colomy optimization(PSACO) ,or the quantum-inspised ant colony optimization(QACO) was proposed respectively for performin a tight-coupled task.Simulations were performed and results showed that PSACO provides the best solution,but its running time is the largest;QACO is a little inferior in solution quality to PSACO,however,it needs only a half time of the 2 other methods. Therefore,QACO appears more suitable for the task allocation of the large-scale multi-robot system.

Algorithm and Experimental of the Separated Foundation Bearing Capacity of Culverts Considering Lateral Fill 考虑侧填的涵洞分离地基承载力算法及试验研究

Combining with the stress characteristics of the foundation soil,the soil force was analyzed for finding the improved effect on the separated foundation bearing capacity of lateral fill.Establishing the calculation model and algorithm,the general formulation of separated foundation bearing capacity considering lateral fill was deduced.Then under direction of similarity theory,five model tests were designed to simulate the foundation deformation of silty clay in whole loading process.The pressure-settlement curves were drew and the foundation bearing capacity under lateral fill height of 0 m,4 m,8 m,12 m,16 m were measured.Test results showed that with the fill height increasing the bearing capacity increased significantly,it had been reached 885 kPa when the fill height was 12 m.But the growth was nonlinear,it firstly increased from 18.42% to 36.11% and then reduced to 3.39%.At last the bearing capacity reached 915 kPa while fill height reached 16m.Meanwhile the errors between the calculated results and measured by model test were almost less than 10%,so the algorithm was feasible.The conclusion is that the lateral fill is advantageous for improve the foundation bearing capacity and reduce project cost significantly when the settlement of the culverts foundation satisfied the design request,with the lateral fill increasing,the rate of the improvement first increases and then decreases,at last it tends to 915 kPa when fill height reached 16 m.

{"title":"Algorithm and Experimental of the Separated Foundation Bearing Capacity of Culverts Considering Lateral Fill","authors":"Wang Lei","doi":"10.4028/scientific5/amr.450-451.1616","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.4028/scientific5/amr.450-451.1616","url":null,"abstract":"Combining with the stress characteristics of the foundation soil,the soil force was analyzed for finding the improved effect on the separated foundation bearing capacity of lateral fill.Establishing the calculation model and algorithm,the general formulation of separated foundation bearing capacity considering lateral fill was deduced.Then under direction of similarity theory,five model tests were designed to simulate the foundation deformation of silty clay in whole loading process.The pressure-settlement curves were drew and the foundation bearing capacity under lateral fill height of 0 m,4 m,8 m,12 m,16 m were measured.Test results showed that with the fill height increasing the bearing capacity increased significantly,it had been reached 885 kPa when the fill height was 12 m.But the growth was nonlinear,it firstly increased from 18.42% to 36.11% and then reduced to 3.39%.At last the bearing capacity reached 915 kPa while fill height reached 16m.Meanwhile the errors between the calculated results and measured by model test were almost less than 10%,so the algorithm was feasible.The conclusion is that the lateral fill is advantageous for improve the foundation bearing capacity and reduce project cost significantly when the settlement of the culverts foundation satisfied the design request,with the lateral fill increasing,the rate of the improvement first increases and then decreases,at last it tends to 915 kPa when fill height reached 16 m.","PeriodicalId":16277,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Jilin University","volume":"23 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2011-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"74789999","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
