Influence of phase noise on coupling diagnostics by the method of phase dynamics modelling using time series of the mathematical model of cardiovascular system 基于时间序列心血管系统数学模型的相位动力学建模方法研究了相位噪声对耦合诊断的影响

We study the effect of noise on the properties of the directional coupling estimation with the method of phase dynamics modeling. We carry out the analysis on time series of the previously proposed mathematical model of the human cardiovascular system. Directed coupling estimations are analyzed via instantaneous phases modelling of the 0.1 Hz oscillations in heart rate variability and photoplethysmogram, reflecting the activity of the subsystems regulating blood circulation, at various levels of phase noise. The results of the analysis of the model signals are compared with the results of the analysis of experimental signals.

Evaluation of the time delay in connection between low-frequency circuits of autonomic regulation of blood circulation in patients with arterial hypertension 动脉性高血压患者血液循环自主调节低频回路连接时间延迟的评价

The aim of this study was to study the features of interaction between low-frequency (LF) contours of vegetative regulation of blood circulation in patients with arterial hypertension (AH) and in healthy individuals. Material and Methods — This study included 127 synchronous records of cardiointervalograms and photoplethysmograms from patients with AH (aged 39-55 years) and 40 records from healthy subjects (aged 20-40 years). Synchronization of the LF rhythms was estimated by calculating the total percentage of phase synchronization, the phase increment correlation, the prediction error, and the phase coherence index. Results — It is revealed that the average values of time delays in communication between studied contours are somewhat lower in healthy people than in patients with AH. At the same time, the strength of this interaction is approximately similar in both studied groups. Conclusion — Patients with AH are characterized by a greater delay in the relationship between LF rhythms in regulation of heart rate and peripheral blood flow, relatively healthy individuals.
