PENGARUH TALENT MANAGEMENT TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN 管理才能对员工绩效的影响

 Currently we have entered the era of society 5.0 which is accompanied by various kinds of disruptions. Disruption is an era of massive changes due to the emergence of various new innovations due to technological advances. Organizations are required to have reliable and quality human resources with high performers who are able to adapt to technological advances. Human resources are organizational assets that must be managed proactively and strategically because the biggest challenge for organizations today is excelling in talent competence. This research aims to show the factors that help increase employee performance so that organizations can achieve their goals and be able to compete with similar organizations and how to implement a talent management strategy as a strategy to develop human resources in public organizations so as to produce superior human resources in the organization. This study uses a qualitative approach with grounded theory research, namely a theoretical study that uses data from previous studies to bring out the latest research models that discuss talent management and its effect on superior HR performance. The results of this study indicate that Talent Management affects employee performance by increasing the ability to carry out roles, handle change, the ability to master knowledge and skills and improve employee personal profiles (self-confidence, communication skills or a combination of both) and the ability to concentrate. In addition, the research results also suggest that management and employees need to align management strategies and communicate the impact of talent management as an effort to develop superior human resources.Keywords : Talent Management, The Development of Superior Human Resources, employee performance.

Education is one of the studies that has received much attention from scientists. This is because of its very strategic role in improving human resources, Islamic education also gets various kinds of attention, especially in various complex problems that require immediate handling. Teacher problems are in the spotlight, because teachers are the spearhead of any policy or related to education. It is the teacher who will carry out operationally all forms of pattern, movement and movement of change in the world of education. Given the great role of the teacher, teachers are required to pay maximum attention to the development and quality of education. But the problem is, the teacher's own condition has not supported much in that direction, both in terms of quality, professionalism, quantity, and welfare. This research is a qualitative research that aims to determine the effect of career development on teacher performance at SMP BINONG PERMAI. The results of this research indicate that career development is carried out based on qualifications, competence, performance appraisal and the needs of government agencies through mutation mechanisms, promotions in accordance with applicable regulations.Keywords: Career Development and Teacher Performance

Employee career development at the Soekarno Hatta Customs and Excise KPU Type C based on educational background, education and training in position, and employee tenure. Factors that influence career development at the Soekarno Hatta Customs and Excise KPU Type C are Managerial Competence (managerial ability), Technical/functional Competence (technical ability), Creativity (creativity). Career paths can be passed by employees when the employee has high work performance as indicated by an increase in salary. A positive career attitude is carried out by the Soekarno Hatta Customs and Excise Commission Type C so that it is more in line with career demands and career opportunities that are consistent with the interests, values, needs and abilities of individuals. The career adaptability of the Type C KPU Customs and Excise Soekarno Hatta employees demonstrates the application of knowledge, expertise and the latest technology in their career paths. The purpose of this research is to obtain empirical evidence of the influence of the inflation rate, interest rates on Bank Indonesia Certificates (SBI) and Gross Domestic Product (GDP). The independent variables used are inflation, SBI interest rates, and Gross Domestic Product (GDP). The dependent variable used is the Composite Stock Price Index (IHSG) policy. In this study, the macroeconomic factors used were the inflation rate, SBI interest rates and GDP. The data taken is the monthly closing price of each dependent and independent variable. The sampling method is 60 months of closing price data. The data used is secondary data with documentation data collection methods. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression. The partial results of the study show that only GDP has a significant effect on the JCI on the IDX, while the inflation rate and SBI interest rates do not have a significant effect on the IHSG on the IDX. KINERJA KARYAWAN: SERVANT LEADERSHIP DAN KOMITMEN PERSONIL 员工表现:SERVANT领导和人员承诺

This study aims to determine the contribution of servant leadership and personnel commitment to employee performance at PT. The true dynamic partners of the Independent Variables are servant leadership and personnel commitment while the dependent is employee performance. This study used a quantitative approach. The sample used in this study was 55 respondents using a random sampling method from a population of 55 workers at PT. True Dynamic Partners. Primary data collection was obtained from distributing questionnaires and secondary data was obtained from agencies. The results of this study show that Servant Leadership (X1) and Personnel Commitment (X2) make a positive contribution to employee performance (Y) at PT Mitra Dinamika Sejati. Servant Leadership and Personnel Commitment together contribute to employee performance. Keywords: Servant Leadership, Personnel Commitment, Employee Performance.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the current ratio, earning per share and debt to equity ratio on stock returns in property and real estate sub sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The research time period used is 5 years, namely the 2016-2020 period. The population of this study includes all property and real estate sub sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2016-2020 period. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling technique. Based on the predetermined criteria obtained 11 companies. The type of data used is secondary data obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange website. The analytical method used is multiple linier regression analysis supported by SPSS V.25 program. The results show that the current ratio, earning per share and debt to equity ratio have an influence on stock returns.Keywords: Current Ratio, Earning Per Share, Debt to Equity Ratio, Stock Returns.

This study aims to analyze the effect of Organizational Communication and HR Supervision on Work Productivity at T. XYZ. The sample of this research is 60 respondents of employees of T. XYZ with a population of 150. The method used is a quantitative method. Primary data collection was obtained from distributing questionnaires and secondary data obtained from the company. The analytical technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS software version 22. The results showed that partially the Organizational Communication variable (X1) did not have a positive effect on Work Productivity (Y). This is indicated by tcount > ttable which is 3,501 > 2,2521, HR Supervision (X2) has a positive effect on Work Productivity (Y). This is indicated by tcount > ttable which is 6.428 > 2,2521 and the regression significant value of 0.000 is smaller than 0.05. And simultaneously the variables of Organizational Communication (X1) and HR Supervision (X2) have a positive effect on Work Productivity (Y), namely Fcount > Ftable of 103.262 > 3,15. With multiple regression equation value Y = 2.543+ 0.323X1 + 0.622X2 + e with a coefficient of determination of 39.90%, the rest is influenced by other factors not examined.Keywords: Organizational Communication, HR Supervision, Work Productivity
本研究旨在分析组织沟通和人力资源监督对T. XYZ公司工作效率的影响。本研究的样本是T. KEPUTUSAN PEMBELIAN: E-PROMOTION DAN KUALITAS LAYANAN 采购决策:e -促进及服务质量

This study aims to determine the effect of e-promotion and service quality on purchasing decisions. This type of research is quantitative research. The sample amounted to 60 respondents, with the data collection technique used was Nonprobability Sampling, the data analysis technique used SPSS version 21. The results showed that partially there was a positive and significant influence of the e-promotion variable on purchasing decisions with a tcount of 5.417> 2,000 t table, service quality had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions with a tcount of 5.207> 2,000 t table. Simultaneously the results of data processing show that e-promotion and service quality have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, the Fcount value is 17.706> 3.16 Ftable. With the value of the multiple regression equation Y = 14.584 + 0.361 + 0.293. With a determination coefficient of 38.3%, the rest is influenced by other factors.

PENGARUH PENGENAAN SANKSI, PELAYANAN FISKUS & MORALITAS PELAYANAN PAJAK TERADAP KEPATUHAN PAJAK 惩罚性罚款、财政服务和道德税收服务的影响

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji dan menganalisis Sanksi, Pelayanan Fiskus &  Moralitas Pelayanan Pajak Teradap Kepatuhan Pajak. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan desain kausalitas eksplanatoris. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan yang menjadi wajib pajak di Kabupaten Bogor. Metode analisis menggunakan analisis regresi berganda dan analisis data. Teknik pemilihan sampel menggunakan probability sampling.Hasil dari penelitian ini secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa variabel sanksi pajak tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak badan. Sedangkan pelayanan fiskus dan moralitas pajak berpengaruh terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak badan. Dan secara simultan menunjukkan bahwa sanksi pajak, pelayanan fiskus,dan moralitas wajib pajak secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak badan. Kata Kunci : Sanksi Pajak, Pelayanan Fiskus, Moralitas Wajib Pajak dan Kepatuhan Wajib Pajak. 
本研究的目的是审查和分析现行税收制度的制裁、财政服务和道德。本研究采用出口因果关系设计。在这项研究中使用的人口是在茂物地区成为纳税人的公司。使用多元回归分析和数据分析分析的分析方法。样本选择技术采用了概率抽样。本研究的结果部分表明,税收制裁变量不影响纳税人的合规。而财政服务和税收道德影响纳税人的服从。同时表明,税收制裁、财政服务和纳税人的道德共同对纳税人的税收遵守产生了重大影响。关键词:税收制裁、财政服务、纳税人的道德和纳税人的服从。

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Environmnetal Performance, Environmental Cost, dan Corporate Social Responsibility terhadap Financial Performnace. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan Pertambangan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada tahun 2017-2021. Dalam pengujian hipotesis, penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kasual dan teknik pengambilan sampel penelitian ini menggunakan Purposive Sampling Method. Sehingga, dalam penelitian ini diperoleh 15 perusahaan yang menjadi sampel pada penelitian ini. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi data panel.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan t-StatisticEnvironmnetal Performance 8.560561 > t- Tabel 1.66660 dan nilai Prob 0.0000 < 0.05 maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel Environmnetal Performance berpengaruh terhadap Financial Performnace. Kemudian, t- Statistic Environmnetal Cost 141.3034 > t-Tabel 1.66660 dan nilai Prob 0.0000 < 0.05 maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel Environmnetal Cost berpengaruh terhadap Financial Performnace.
