. The purpose of the article is to analyze the main directions of management in the context of the development of digital-communication systems. Practical experience of transforming the world model of organizational management is analyzed. The analysis showed the importance of introducing digital practices in all sectors and spheres of human activity. In conclusion the authors make some suggestions concerning the introduction of digital technologies to improve the effectiveness of organizational management.

. The aim of the article is to highlight a comprehensive approach to the problem of economic growth of enterprises under modern conditions. The concepts of economic growth and development of the enterprise are investigated. The factors of extensive, intensive and balanced development of the enterprise providing its economic growth are analyzed. Particular emphasis is put on the need to use a balanced economic development of enterprises. The article analyzes such aspects of economic growth as temporal, industrial, social and innovative, which is crucial for the long-term economic growth of engineering enterprises. As a result of the study, the authors concluded that it is necessary to develop methods for a comprehensive assessment of sustainability of economic growth of enterprises to predict their contributions to the recovery of the national economy.

It is concluded that a methodology and sustainability assessment techniques are required to reveal the most promising organizations having an experience in fundamental and practical research. The theoretical and practical value of the article lies in the opportunities it provides for differentiating research and production organizations according to the degree of their sustainability and perspectives of development in particular industries.
