GUÍA PARA LA ELABORACIÓN DE UNA PROGRAMACION DIDÁCTICA EN LAS ETAPAS DE EDUCACIÓN PRIMARIA Y SECUNDARIA 在小学和中学教育阶段制定教学计划的指南

Despite having explained normatively and conceptually what should be a year-long plan, the reality shows that, in some cases, its treatment by the faculty can improve. Teachers notice a big difference between the curriculum ordered from the Educational Administrations, what they plan in their plan, and what is developed daily with the students in their classroom. Based on the idea of the contextualized design of the institutional center’s documents should be the starting point for the improvement of teaching and learning processes, this article shows a guide that tries to help teachers to develop the basics that should appear in each of the sections of a year-long plan. In any case, the Education Administrations should consider the opportunity to break with the structure of the current year-long plans, and link their design to an interdisciplinary treatment that helps the achievement of the key competences and the objectives outlined in the different educational stages.

This work deals with a complex of research which has been done on the management of the methodological scientific work in the institutions of the polytechnical education in Cuba. It is related to the necessity of its progress and development just to get better results in the scientific preparation of the teachers, their development and self development to high the quality of the educative. Teaching process, taking into account the new changings of the methodological work rules, that states the methodological scientific work as one of the two directions of the methodological work developed in Cuban Educational Ministry.

El rol del docente en la educación física de los niños de la infancia preescolar 教师在学龄前儿童体育教育中的作用

Today the educational attention to the children of the pre-school childhood assumes a position on the physical education. In the present article the analysis of published studies on the subject is carried out. The information collected and the empirical evidence attest to the transformations that must be made in the work of teachers to adapt to this reality and be prepared to achieve the integral development of children in preschool children. Therefore, the objective of the article is to propose how to strengthen the role of teachers to contribute to enhance physical education in preschool children.

Las Ciencias de la Computación en el currículo educativo 教育课程中的计算机科学

How to incorporate Computer Science (CS) into the basic education curriculum continues to be subject of controversy at the European level. Without there being a defined strategy on behalf of the European Union in this respect, several countries have begun their incorporation showing us the advantages and difficulties of such action. Main elements of CS, such as computational thinking and coding, are already being taught in schools, establishing the need for a curriculum adapted to the ages of the students, training for teachers and enough resources. The purpose of this article, from the knowledge of the experience of these countries, is to respond, or at least to reflect, on the answers to the following questions: what is CS?, what are their main elements?, why is it necessary?, at what age should CS be taught?, what requirements are needed for their incorporation?

La inspección ante la innovación educativa 教育创新前检查

The great subject of our educational system is the generalized implementation of new methodologies in line with the times in which we live. Methodology, which puts the emphasis on "learning" about "teaching" and helping students to acquire the skills and practical know-how necessary to develop in our knowledge society, therefore innovation is necessary in a structural way. And in this challenge that has to face our educational system must be involved all the educational actors: Central and autonomous Administration, educational centers and teachers, educational community and educational inspection. Each one of them collaborating in the functions that it has entrusted and of which they are responsible. It is necessary a methodology that breaks with the routine of a teaching merely transmitting knowledge accumulation, which entails a new role of the role of the teacher, and a different conception of the training of the students more practical and useful, more motivating and contextualized. The educational inspection for the important place it occupies between the norm and the reality constitutes a fundamental actor of this necessary change.

This article aims at analyzing the framework inside which the Educational Inspection of Andalusia implements communication routines. For this purpose, we will briefly describe the normative framework which regulates the processes of organization, management and, thereby, communication in the Educational Inspection of Andalusia. Then, the concept of competence will be revised, making special reference to those professional competences which must be developed by the Inspection in the fulfillment of its duties, and especially so, those linked to communication routines. Later, we will summarize the main actions implementing the current Inspection Plan for Andalusia, as well as the technological resources called for and their influence in the working processes of the staff of the Educational Inspection. Finally, a review on the proposals for the Training Plan for the Andalusian Inspection will be carried out, and a number of implications and conclusions will be put forward.

LA AUTORIDAD DE LOS INSPECTORES DE EDUCACIÓN: AUCTORITAS Y POTESTAS 教育督察的权威:AUCTORITAS和POTESTAS

Educational Inspection is an institution with almost 170 years of history that traditionally has enjoyed credibility and influence, endorsed by the knowhow and good works of its inspectors. Furthermore, from the mid twentieth century, these government workers legally boast the category of Public Authority. In this article we highlight the concepts of Auctoritas and Potestas, which describe the notion of authority of the Educational Inspectors and we carry out a theoretical revision of the current legislation by showing its impact in six Spanish Autonomous Communities. In addition, we examine scientific works by authors of reference. We can conclude that the legal authority does not necessarily implicate a moral authority, and in order for it to be reached, it appears necessary to obtain a solid training in Pedagogy by the Educational Inspectors, and at the same time a constant update in diverse fundamental elements of the scholastic actuality. In this work, we process the authority of the Inspector staff from a perspective that encourages the reflection on the profile that should characterize these public workers with their performances and interventions.

LES FUNCIONS DE LA INSPECCIÓ EDUCATIVA CATALANA A PARTIR DE LA LLEI EDUCATIVA CATALANA (LEC) I EL PROCÉS D’AUTONOMIA DELS CENTRES

Catalonia is one of the most developed community in relation to the centers autonomy. A step forward was made with of the LEC (2009) and the Centers Autonomy Decree. The role of the Educational Inspection has not been explained or revised to adapt to those new changes and how to contribute from its position. This article presents a review of all the current legislative documentation in Autonomy of Centers and Educational Inspection in Catalonia with the aim of contributing some conclusions which show us how the inspection function is positioned in developing its functions facing this situation change and suggestions about where it should lead to contribute to the improvement of educational quality. It has been carried out within the framework of the PhD Program of the Autonomous University of Barcelona.
