Through the Ministry of Education and Culture, the government is taking firm steps to break the chain of the spread of the virus, especially to children, by closing schools and moving teaching and learning activities at home or blindly. This firm decision taken by the government was not without risk, but it had to be taken considering that schools are locations that are prone to the spread of cluster viruses. The teacher, as a school liaison, becomes a liaison, namely, community relations from the school to its students. For this reason, this study aims to determine the social reality of teacher cyber communication in courageous learning at Widya Patria 2 Vocational School. In this study, descriptive methods and qualitative studies were used, namely looking at teacher communication strategies in online teaching through the concept of cyberculture with three perspectives, namely the perspective material, symbolic, and student experiences, so that they are motivated to study during a pandemic. Methods of data collection or information retrieval is done by literature study, interviews, and searches from the internet. This research is expected to be an evaluation and learning of cyberculture which becomes a cyber social reality at the Technology Preparedness Level, and for evaluation in brave learning so that brave learning can be adapted and followed by teachers and students in communicating.

The natural resources in Aceh is flooded, nonetheless, the local government of Aceh management, utilization and effort still not yet maximized. The agriculture, farming and husbandry, fishery, services and air transportations in Aceh could be handled and managed maximally. The land area of Aceh which is reached 2.3 hectares can be utilized for multipurpose. Additionally, the Islamic Laws products in Aceh are doubtful as well, particularly in cosmetics and food industry sectors. And the other hand, Islamic Republic of Iran which is considered as one of most strategic country in the world could be a solution for Aceh because of; Aceh needs to some of petrochemical and oil derivative products to support the constructions and infrastructure sectors and the other side Iran could be as a west Asia’s gate to distribute some of strategic commodities from Aceh such as CPO and paper and certainly in education sector Iran seemly could be beneficial for Acehnese students. The theory that used in this article was based on business communication and Para diplomacy concept. The result shown that are a lot of sectors that are potentially recognized as the strips of cooperation between Aceh and Islamic Republic of Iran. The collaborations between Iranian outstanding technology and Aceh natural resources will be tremendous way to reach the mutual objectives of both sides.

Pacu Jalur is an annual event held in Kuantan Singing Regency, Riau. The spur culture has many cultural values contained in it. One of the values discussed in this paper is the da'wah values contained in the spur culture. This research aims to reveal the da'wah values that exist in the activities of Spur of the Lane. This research method is qualitative (looking for meaning from an understanding), and data collection techniques through Library Research studies, namely by collecting data by reading books, newspapers, television, and others that follow the research problem by taking a phenomenological approach. The results of this study are the da'wah values contained in the spur culture: cooperation, hard work, patience, and optimism.

This study aims to determine online media management by Central Sulawesi Province's Office of Communication, Information, Encryption and Statistics (DKIPS) in instilling multicultural values and local wisdom. The research method uses a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and documentation studies involving five informants at the relevant offices. The study results stated that DKIPS, in disseminating information related to multiculturalism and local wisdom, used online media, namely websites and social media (youtube, Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook). The messages contain the same core information, but the packaging is adapted to the media. The considerations are that it is cheap, easy, and has a broader reach. Information dissemination is currently a collaboration between the Provincial Government Public Relations and DKIPS in managing content related to multiculturalism and local wisdom, such as historical profiles, ancient relics, and also the original products of the people of Central Sulawesi Province.

This study aims to reveal the messages of the Qur'an in resolving marital conflicts. Marriage is one of the Shari'a that gets special attention in the Qur'an, one of the forms of attention is to provide a way out in resolving conflicts that occur in marriage. This research method is a qualitative research literature (library research), as for interpreting the verse, the author uses the thematic interpretation method based on the theme. The work step of thematic interpretation that the author uses is the contemporary interpretation step. The results of the study state that in the Qur'an found ways that can be taken in resolving household conflicts, one of which is through a communication approach. Qur'anic communication in resolving household conflicts are: 1) Delivering messages in the best way. 2) Selection of appropriate and accurate message material by considering aspects of Honesty of information and fairness in delivering messages. 3) Verify every information and attitude of responsibility towards the message conveyed, and 4) Discuss wisely and politely.

This study aims to unravel the history of the use of hajj clothes worn by brides in Mandailing Natal Regency. This study also uses the interview method with cultural and hatobagon community leaders in the local area where the research is carried out. In the results of his study, hajj clothing is part of the symbolic dimension of the meeting between culture and religion that has been passed down from generation to generation, and this is proven not to deviate from Islamic teachings. It is known that the bride's purpose to wear Hajj clothes worn by the bride is a symbol of prayer, hope, and the sanctity of the marriage itself and the expectation that the bride and groom will perform the Hajj. In addition, leaving for the pilgrimage can raise the image and social strata of the community for those who carry it out.

In this technological era, it is effortless to be exposed to radicalism and terrorism. Moreover, Aceh, a former conflict area, is considered very worthy of being declared violent by certain groups. Moreover, this understanding will enter the dayah environment, affecting the students. The research entitled Da'wah is about cultivating character values and their relevance to preventing radicalism among students in Aceh Jaya Regency. Using qualitative research methods, data were collected through interviews, documentation and observations in several dayahs in Aceh Jaya District. The study results reveal that the views of the dayah ulama in Aceh Jaya reject radicalism and terrorism. To prevent the exposure of radicalism among the santri, the dayah ulama in Aceh Jaya district carried out da'wah to instill character values in students through the exemplary attitude of the dayah ulama. Encourage students to get used to memorizing the Qur'an and recitation of the yellow book. Moreover, the cultivation of character values through activities to commemorate significant holidays.

Media relations in Central Aceh between the Tourism Office and journalists are a central point for increasing the promotion of tourism destinations in 2022 in Central Aceh Aceh Province. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. As a tourist area, information is important, one of which is delivered through social media in the form of online, audio/video, and printed information. Therefore, a strategy is needed for approaching relations with the mass media, such as journalists, media entrepreneurs, professional associations of journalists, and associations of media entrepreneurs. In the study of media relations, at least some of the commonly used strategies are known: Press Tours, Media Gatherings, Press releases, Press conferences, Press Receptions, Press Relations, and Media Events. The last part is the evaluation of the practice of media relations strategy. Evaluations aim to analyze whether the strategy used is applicable and followed by the increase in tourist numbers. On the other hand, to reveal if tourists receive information from the mass media or social media, which has been growing rapidly recently in the country. The presence of digital technology helps facilitate official relations with media actors. The presence of various image, text, and video-sending applications makes this relationship should be easier. As a result, the target of bringing in more and more tourists was achieved. In this context, the Central Aceh Tourism Office has used a media relations strategy, but it has not been maximized due to the limited budget available in the 2022 Central Aceh Regional Budget.

This article researches the East Aceh regency government's effort to give the concept and persuade society around tourism destination places related to the halal tourism concept raised by the government. This research uses a constructive paradigm and also a qualitative approach. Maximum variation technique is used in collecting data, consideration of large area and diversity of people to be involved; all of these are the key factor in this case. Data collection is sliced using the Diffusion Theory cutter by Gabriel Tarde. The result of this research shows that many communication available ways are used in making an effort by the East Aceh government, including by making an interpersonal approach with the informal leader and leading religious figures give impact toward implementing halal tourism in East Aceh regency.

This research is elaborated with the intention of examining and critiquing whether cyber journalism today still exhibits a patriarchal attitude. Qualitative is a method applied by the Sara Mills Model of Critical Discourse Analysis as the basis for data analysis. The study results found that SindoNews.com is marginalized women-headed (widows) in their reporting. From January to March 2022, it was found that there were 60 news headlines about widows and 9 (nine) news headlines about widowers on the website. SindoNews.com reports in an unbalanced manner by disclosing the current percentage of widows but does not report the percentage of widowers in the same portion of news. In fact, when a divorce occurs, is not only the status of a widow, but also a widower. Then there are some news stories that discuss widowers and widows in the same portion of the news, but the titles that are highlighted are only widow status. SindowNews.com seems to prefer frying the word widow as the selling point of the news here. In addition, the status of widows was also found to be interpreted with negative tendencies, such as seductive names, thirst for sex life, women who should be pitied, perpetrators of crime, easy women, and other wild meanings. Based on the journalistic code of ethics, especially in articles (1) and (3), this kind of reporting is not feasible because the aspect of balance still needs to be fulfilled. However, the author does not deny that SindoNews.com also reports on widow cases with a positive tendency, although the intensity is small.
