A Proposed Unified Standard IoT-Based Architecture Based on 7-Layers Framework (Case Applied: Car Accident System) 一种基于7层框架的物联网统一标准架构(以交通事故系统为例)

Internet of Things (IoT) is one of the famous applications of internet commuting and of cloud computing, and it is a widely used applications by organizations or by individuals, i.e., smart city, smart home, etc. There are many different IoT platforms that have been developed and used by IoT cloud providers to provide services to their subscribers. These different platforms lead to difficulty understand of each platform by developers. So, the need of IoT standard system is highly required to mitigate the diversity of building IoT-based system using different software layers. In this paper, a unified IoT-based architecture has been proposed based on 7-layers framework to be as a de facto standard to the most of IoT-based applications. Moreover, the proposed architecture has been applied using the car accident system which is a known application of IoT based application using CubCarbon Wireless Senser Networks (WSN) simulator. The proposed architecture shows the consistency between its 7-layers and promising to be as a considered unified IoT architecture.

An Exploratory Data Analysis of Breast Cancer Features in South of Libya 利比亚南部乳腺癌特征的探索性数据分析

Exploratory data analysis is a data visualization approach used to extract knowledge from raw data. This approach can be applied to medical data to improve healthcare providers services.  In recent years, breast cancer has become more common in women and requires effective procedures to detect it in the early stage. In this context, breast cancer patients' data were collected from the Sebha oncology center through their routine blood tests. The exploratory data analysis technique is used in this study to better analyze the patients' markers. The analysis aims to discover prominent bio and tumor markers that can assist in determining whether a tumor is benign or malignant. Several statistical and visualizations methods are used. The results show that the most effective markers that may be used as cancer predictors are: Cancer Antigen-15.3, Carcinoma Embryonic Antigen, White Blood Cells, Blood platelets, and Albumin. These findings are consistent with the findings of Sebha oncology center specialists. which may eventually aid in their cancer diagnosis.

In this article, we apply the stability of eigenvalues and eigenvectors and their impact on differential systems. To achieve this goal, the eigenvalues and eigenvectors are studied and their differential systems, nature in terms of being different real values, compound eigenvalues, or equal eigenvalues.And to identify how to solve linear differential systems with fixed coefficients with the initial condition a complete solution, which depends on the eigenvalues and the corresponding eigenvectors, finding the general solution and the geometry of teigenvectors graphically and the effect of theigenvalues for the three eigenvalues cases, by drawing the  paths and the phase plane and clarifying the state of equilibrium contract and stability

Evaluation of On-Street Car Parking on El-Wasea Street in Sebha – Libya 利比亚塞卜哈El-Wasea街路边停车评价

On-Street parking characterizes most urban streets, especially in the urban centers where it is considered an attractive facility for drivers. However, inappropriate on-street parking could adversely affect the capacity and the driving speeds of the adjacent road and can cause severe delays, especially on busy roads. In addition, it can pose danger to the safety of road users if not managed properly. This paper tries to study and analyze the car parking on El-Wasea Street in Sebha city, and its impact on traffic behavior. The study reveals that parking on the street does not follow any kind of order, parking spaces are not appropriately provided for parking, and in some places along the street parking took parts of traffic lanes endangering traffic safety, especially during peak hours. The paper included some recommendations on how to rearrange the On-street parking on El-Wasea Street, which is expected to solve parking of cars, or at least mitigate, the adverse impacts of parking on the traffic movement on the street.

In the recent years of the twenty first century, the world has witnessed a noticed evolvement in wireless techniques, such that wireless phones, wireless electronic devices, wireless communication and wireless power transfer. Wireless power transfer is a modern technique used to transfer an electric energy from a source to a destination that is consumed to the load. Wireless power transfer is an important for many applications like, wirelessly powered home appliances that received the power from a transmitting device wirelessly. For example lighting of bulbs, operating of electric equipment and wireless charging for electric tooth brush and charging mobiles. In the developed countries there is wireless charging of electric vehicles is based on magnetic resonance field as in Japan. Based on this concept , the idea of this paper has been chosen. This paper aims to design a wireless power transfer system. This design has accomplished three tasks: one is to build a Tesla Tower design circuit and measuring the possible efficiency can be obtained. It's got satisfied results to about 70%. The second task is to build a magnetic coupled circuit that is based on the idea of wireless mobile charging technique. During our work, it's studied the power efficiency and its related to the distance between transmitter and receiver, the diameter of the coils and number of turns. To enhance our results, it's suggested to connect and design of these circuits by simulation using Multisim software and get the desired goal.

Predicting Pavement Condition Index Using Machine Learning Algorithms and Conventional Techniques 使用机器学习算法和传统技术预测路面状况指数

Government agencies and transportation engineers use pavement management systems (PMS) to evaluate pavement performance and keep pavement above the minimum acceptable performance standards. The Pavement Condition Index (PCI) and the international roughness index (IRI) are among the most commonly used indices to evaluate pavement conditions. Due to IRI data collection being more accessible and less expensive than collecting pavement distress data, this study aims to develop PCI models that can successfully estimate the PCI values based on IRI for flexible pavement using two Machine Learning techniques (ML), namely: Random Forest (RF), and Support Vector Machine (SVM), and three conventional techniques, namely: linear, quadratic, and cubic regression. The study was carried out with the database collected from the Long-Term Pavement Performance (LTPP) program. The results of the dataset reveal that both ML models (RF and SVM) have strong prediction ability with high values of coefficient of determination (R^2 = 99.7 and 96.8) %, and low values of Root Mean Squared Error (RMSE = 1.095 and 3.569) % and Mean Absolute Error (MAE = 0.474 and 2.244). In conclusion, the goodness of fit of the proposed ML models was compared with conventional techniques models previously developed. The results showed that the ML models yielded higher prediction accuracy than conventional techniques.

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل النتاج البحثي لجامعة سبها منذ بداية الألفية إلى عام 2018، وقد جرى تجميع المنشورات البحثية في مجال العلوم الإنسانية والتطبيقية من عدد من قواعد البيانات البحثية وهي: (CrossRef, Google Scholar, Microsoft Academic, Elsevier Scopus)، ومن ثم تحليل هذا النتاج البحثي ببحسب مجموعة معايير وهي: إجمالي الاستشهادات للمنشورات البحثية، متوسط الاستشهاد السنوي، متوسط الاستشهاد لباحث، متوسط عدد المنشورات لباحث، متوسط عدد الباحثين لكل منشور بحثي، توزيع المنشورات البحثية بحسب السنوات، نمط الزمالة البحثية، درجة التعاون بين الباحثين، المنشورات البحثية بحسب الكليات، المنشورات البحثية بحسب الموضوعات العلمية، عدد صفحات المنشورات البحثية، وأنواع المنشورات البحثية. وقد اتبعت هذه الدراسة منهجية التدقيق الببليومتري، وبينت نتائجها أن جامعة سبها تعاني قصوراً واضحاً في المنشورات البحثية في العلوم الإنسانية مقارنة بالعلوم التطبيقية في قواعد البيانات المستهدفة، وبينت الدراسة أيضاً أن كلية العلوم هي أفضل الكليات من حيث النشر، تليها كلية العلوم الهندسية والتقنية، فكلية الطب البشري، انتهاءً بكلية طب الأسنان. وقد أعطت الدراسة صورة شبه كاملة عن النتاج البحثي لجامعة سبها للأعوام المستهدفة، وتمت الإجابة عن الكثير من الأسئلة المهمة، وختاماً: تعرض الدراسة توصيات لتحسين إنتاج جامعة سبها البحثي، وتطويره مستقبلاً بتطبيق استراتيجية تهدف إلى التحسين.

Simulation Cache Coherence Protocols in Multicore Processors 多核处理器模拟缓存一致性协议

The cache coherence problem is the challenge of keeping multiple cache synchronized when one of the processors update its local copy of data which is shared among multiple cache. This paper discusses several different varieties of cache coherence protocols including with their pros and cons, and using simulation technique it will address this problem and compare between two protocols that use to solve it: Directory-based protocol and Snooping protocol. Simulation results have shown that snooping based systems are appropriate for high bandwidth systems while directory-based cache coherence protocols are suitable for lower bandwidth systems.

Genetic Identification of Meriones spp. The Reservoir Host of Cutaneous Leishmaniasis in the North Western Region of Libya 利比亚西北部皮肤利什曼病宿主Meriones spp的遗传鉴定

The identification and classification of reservoir hosts of zoonotic cutaneous leishmaniasis are very crucial towards the integrated management and control planning. Molecular techniques have been deployed and showed very sensitive and specific results to identify and differentiate rodents with great similarity in phenotypes including Meriones spp. Meriones species are very difficult to distinguish and separate according to their morphology and phenotype traits.  This study was carried out in western region of Libya and three Meriones rodents were collected and their genetic identification was conducted by PCR technique using designed forward and reverse primers from Meriones spp. cytochrome b (cytb) gene sequence. This study has differentiated three haplotypes of M. shawi. with sequences similarities between samples of haplotypes were 99.13%, 99.42% and 99.71% between H1 and H2, between H1 and H3 and between H2 and H3 respectively. The current work is the first to use molecular techniques to study the genetic sequence of Meriones in Libya and has illustrated that PCR technique is powerful tool to discriminate Meriones species in western region of Libya.

Elevated Temperatures Impact on the Mechanical Behavior of Reactive Powder Concrete Containing Hybrid Fibers 高温对含混杂纤维活性粉末混凝土力学性能的影响

Reactive Powder Concrete (RPC) is a combined material that will allow the concrete industry to enhance material consumption, produce economic benefits, be more durable, and be more environmentally friendly. Due to the highly dense microstructure of RPC, it performs poorly at high temperatures due to the formation of high pore pressure, which causes material breakdown. This paper demonstrates the outcomes of an investigational study of the behavior of six RPC mixes incorporating hybrid steel and plastic waste (polypropylene) fibers after being subjected to high temperatures of up to 500 ºC. Residual compressive strength, residual splitting strength, and density were performed for all the RPC mixes. The results demonstrate that the drop in the compressive strength of RPC is greater than the reduction in their corresponding splitting strength. Furthermore, within a temperature range of about 500 ºC, this mechanical strength showed a noticeable decrease. The decrement of splitting strength ranged between about 8% to 33% . Steel and polypropylene fibers also improve the residual strength of RPC samples. On the basis of these results, a mix containing mixed fibers (25 % steel and 75 % polypropylene) is recommended as appropriate for extreme temperature applications.
