This article aims to find out the role of women in contemporary da'wah, where women in Islam have the same rights in preaching but that distinguishes the level or dose. Islam positions women in this very respectable position because women have tasks that cannot be done by men such azs conceiving, giving birth and breastfeeding all of which risk their lives in their application. In this article discussed there are three roles of women the first role of women in the Islamic view of women occupying a respectable and also noble position. Islam does not distinguish men from women for da'wah affairs such as ber amar ma'ruf nahi mungkar. Both related to the role of women in the household has a complex role that broadly the role is as a mother, as a wife and as a society. The three roles of women in da'wah are in accordance with the level of their ability in preaching ma'ruf nahi mungkar, can preach at home with their families, can preach on the road, in the market or also through social media which is all done to preach ma'ruf nahi mungkar

: This study aims to find out the pattern of intercultural communication between teachers and Tionghoa ethnic students in the First High School (SMP) Wahidin, which is one of the favorite schools in Baghdad, Riau. Qualitative research methods with phenomenological approaches are used by writers to describe the results of this research. The results of this study show that teacher communication patterns against Tionghoa ethnic students are linear and circular depending on the situation and conditions in the learning process. In addition, there is a semantic impediment in the communication process.

President and Vice President Election 2019 (Pilpres 2019). During election period on September 23rd to April 13th, public were overwhelmed by the candidates’ creative advertisement. Both candidates competed in spreading their vision and mission to attract public attention. This article aimed to study Elaborated Likelihood Model (ELM) usage as Jokowi-Ma’ruf campaign media and to analyze the creative advertisement from Jokowi-Ma’ruf support team in Youtube. Based on the Centre for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS) survey, three targeted group to be won, including women, millennials, and moslem group. In the participative level women were higher compared to that of the men, 75% and 71%, respectively. It leaded to the conclusion that women voter was more important due to their high participation. This research used subjective approach with constructive variant. Qualitative method aimed to explain the phenomena through depth data collection due to the narrow sample size. Based on the ELM, persuasive activities were successful by two techniques named central and peripheral route. ELM focused on cognitive, affective, and conative change of attitudes. Ultimately, this article explained the usage of Youtube as Jokowi Ma’ruf media campaign by using ELM approach

Penelitian ini dilakukan guna meneliti dan menganalisa pengalaman komunikasi seseorang dalam interaksi dengan kelompok sosial mereka yaitu komunitas hijrah di kota besar. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Konsep Komunikasi Kelompok dan Interaksionisme Simbolik digunakan dalam membahas fenomena-fenomena yang muncul sebagai hasil dari pengalaman informan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dalam proses komunikasi hijrahnya, informan mendapat tanggapan positif dari lingkungan sekitar, meskipun pada proses interaksi dengan komunitas hijrah mereka mengarah pada groupthink, namun tarafnya masih moderat.
