Dampak Insentif, Desentraliasi dan Sistim Pengendalian Internal Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai 激励、中央落叶和内部控制系统对员工绩效的影响

Abstract This study aims to test and analyze intensive, decentralization effect and intern government control system to employee performance in Dinas Pariwisata, Pemuda dan Olah Raga Kabupaten Maluku Tengah. Population from the research is from all employees In Dinas Pariwisata, Pemuda dan Olah Raga Kabupaten Maluku Tengah. It takes 46 respondent from the government employees and salaries employees. Data collection is done with a direct survey with census method as a sample gathering method. Hypothesis testing empirically using a Multiple Liniear Regression. The research result shows that intensive is proven positive and significant effect employee performance. This mean if the intensive is raise or getting better have a good effect to employee performances. Decentralization is proven positive and significant to employee performance and this mean that authority delegation and the responsible are not did not go well on employee performance. Further intern control is proven positive and significant effect to employee performance. Which it’s mean if the government control system runs well then it will effect indirectly to employee performance goes better. Reformasi Birokrasi Pelayanan Publik di Kecamatan Tanimbar Selatan Kabupaten Kepulauan Tanimbar

Bureaucratic reform in public services in the Tanimbar Islands District seems very urgent at this time. The facts show that the Tanimbar Islands Regency is still faced with various obstacles in public services, especially those closely related to public service needs in the fields of education, health and licensing, especially at the District level as the spearhead of the Tanimbar Islands Regency government in providing public services. The research method used is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The use and approach of qualitative research is deemed appropriate because it is in accordance with the qualitative characteristics of the phenomena being studied, to verify the issue of reform has been and can be carried out in accordance with what is expected or in accordance with the character of the archipelago. The results showed that the institutional reform in Tanimbar Selatan District, Southeast Maluku Regency was not effective because of several problems faced related to the efforts of the sub-district government to carry out bureaucratic reform, namely the decentralization of authority was not effective because the decentralization of authority granted was not fully implemented as expected. . From the aspect of organizational structure, it has implemented the principles stipulated in the Government Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia Number 18 of 2016 concerning Regional Apparatus, but it is hoped that it will prioritize aspects of the interests and needs as well as the availability of Regional Government budgets, the function of authority is often not adjusted to the capacity and competence of the apparatus. it is more dominant based on the likes and dislikes. Supporting facilities are still lacking, especially information and communication technology support, which is still an obstacle to providing effective and efficient services. Determinan Penyaluran Kredit UMKM PT. Bank Maluku Malut 贷款保证

Analysis of the influence factor- factor which influence channeling credit MSME Development Bank Regional Maluku- Malut shows the results of the positive and reassuring . In the concrete effects of the positive it means that the Bank with establishment Regional Maluku , North Maluku has shown its role as an institution of banking which are not directly able to influence regional economic growth . Assessment of the influence factor- factor distribution of credit SMEs in Regional Development Bank Maluku , North Maluku are quantitative already done by using the approach of the model test assumptions of classical and equation regression multiple . Once through the various stages of testing in the statistics , the model  indicates that the variable CAR (X1)  variable NPL (X2)  and variable ROA (X3) is able to influence the distribution of credit SMEs in Regional Development Bank Maluku, North Maluku and is directly mempengharuhi growing economic regions are positive and significant in Profinsi Maluku and North Maluku.

Penerapan Prinsip Good Governance Terhadap Kualitas Pelayanan Publik 良好治理原则对公共服务质量的应用

This study aims to determine the application of the principles of good governance, the quality of public services, and the effect of applying the principles of good governance on the quality of public services at the Makassar City Land Office. This research is a quantitative descriptive study using incidental sampling techniques. The data was collected by using a questionnaire, conducting interviews, observation, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistics (product moment correlation test) using the SPSS 18 application. The results of the descriptive analysis show that the application of the principles of good governance and the quality of public services at the Makassar City Land Office belongs to the good category in terms of indicator measuring the variable. The result of the product moment correlation analysis shows that the effect of the application of the principles of good governance governance on the quality of public services is 0.790, which is positive, which means that the level of influence is in the strong category.
本研究旨在确定善治原则、公共服务质量的应用,以及善治原则对望加锡市土地办公室公共服务质量的影响。本研究采用偶然抽样技术进行定量描述性研究。通过问卷调查、访谈、观察和文献收集数据。使用的数据分析技术是描述性统计分析和推论统计(积矩相关检验)使用SPSS 18应用程序。描述性分析的结果表明,就衡量变量的指标而言,望加锡市土地办公室对善治原则和公共服务质量的应用属于良好类别。产品矩相关分析结果显示,善治治理原则的应用对公共服务质量的影响为0.790,为正,即影响程度处于强范畴。

Dampak Lingkungan Kerja dan Etos Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai 工作环境和职业道德对员工绩效的影响

This study aims to determine the effect of work environment and work ethic on employee performance in the Regional Education and Culture Office of Sangihe Islands Regency. This study used a survey research method, where the research instrument was a tested questionnaire and met the validity and reliability test requirements. Data were analyzed using multiple regression analysis. The population in this study were all employees at the Education and Culture Office of the Sangihe Islands Regency totaling 70 people, while the number of samples was 60 people. The results show that there is an influence of the work environment on the performance of employees at the Regional Education and Culture Office of the Sangihe Islands Regency, there is an influence of work ethic on the performance of employees at the Regional Education and Culture Office of the Sangihe Islands Regency, and there is a joint influence on the work environment and work ethic on the performance of employees at the Regional Education and Culture Office of Sangihe Islands Regency.

Strategi Mendorong Kinerja dengan Meningkatkan Komunikasi Interpersonal dan Komitmen Organisasi 通过加强人际关系和组织承诺来促进绩效的战略

Komunikasi Interpersonal adalah proses komunikasi yang terjadi antara dua orang atau lebih dan terjadi timbal balik secara langsung. Sedangkan Komitmen Organisasi adalah derajat dimana karyawan ingin terus berpartisipasi secara aktif dalam organisasi tersebut.Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar Pengaruh Komunikasi Interpersonal dan Komitmen Organisasi. Penelitian ini menjelaskan hubungan antar variable secara parsial dengan metode pengambilan sampel dengan metode sensus terhadap 37 pegawai Balai Proteksi Pertanian dan Peternakan Provinsi Maluku.Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Dari hasil pengujian ini diperoleh Pengaruh Komunikasi Interpersonal ( X1 ) dan Komitmen Organisasi ( X2 ) Variabel dependen yaitu Kinerja Pegawai ( Y ) . Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Semaikin baik pegawai membangun dan meningkatkan komunikasi interpersonal dan Komitmen Organisasi maka akan semakin meningkatkan kinerja pegawai.

The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is an effect of work placement and work experience on employee performance at PT. Various Marine Resources (ASTB) in Central Maluku Regency. The method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The sample used was 45 respondents using the Slovin formula. The results of this study indicate that the influence between work placement and work experience with employee performance, especially at PT. Various Sumber Tata Bahari (ASTB) In Central Maluku Regency, it is proven that there is a positive and significant influence between work placement and work experience on employee performance. The most dominant variable affecting the performance of employees at PT. Various Sources of Maritime Affairs (ASTB) in Central Maluku Regency is Work Experience. This is because work experience has a greater coefficient value than the job placement variable

The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the impact of accessibility, tourism support facilities and subjective norms on interest in tourist visits at Ora Beach and Banda Island. The population in this study were all tourists who visited 2 tourist sites in Central Maluku Regency, namely Ora Beach and Banda Island. Based on the character inherent in the population, the sampling method used is non-probability sampling through purposive sampling technique with a final sample size of 62 tourists. Testing research data begins with testing research instruments (validity and reliability tests), testing classical assumptions followed by testing multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that accessibility, tourism supporting facilities and subjective norms were proven to have a positive and significant effect on the interest in tourist visits on Ora Beach and Banda Island. This can be proven through the regression coefficient of accessibility, tourism supporting facilities and subjective norms which, if an increase, will be followed by an increase in interest in tourist visits. Thus it can be said that the increase in the value of accessibility, tourism support facilities and subjective norms will encourage an increase in interest in tourist visits on Ora Beach and Banda Island.

The purpose of this research is to examine the role of local government, especially the city government of Tidore Islands, to stabilize food prices based on Food Law No. 18 of 2012 article 55 in the perspective of Islamic economics. This type of research is classified as qualitative research by presenting the direct relationship between the author and the respondent. In data collection techniques carried out include observation, interviews, and documentation, so that the authors conducted interviews with respondents including the Tidore City government and the tomato farmers of Gurabunga Village. In this study, the authors found that the role of regional government in managing food prices, local government not only controls one sector but the role of local government also controls the distribution of supply prices from farmers to the market without going through the collectors (middlemen).

Implementasi Good Coorporate Governance, Good Governance dan Kepemimpinan Situasional Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai

This study aimed at finding out and analyzing the effect of good corporate governance, good governance and situational leadership on employees’ performance (a study at public hospital in Masohi region). The hypotheses formulated in this study were: 1) Good corporate governance had positive effects on employees’ performance at public hospital in Masohi; 2) Good governance had positive effects on employees’ performance at public hospital in Masohi; 3) Situational leadership had positive effects on employees’ performance at public hospital in Masohi. The collected data were analyzed by regression analysis. The results showed that 1) Good corporate governance significantly had positive effects on employees’ performance shown by the value 4.19; 2) Good governance significantly had positive effects on employees’ performance by the value 4.17; 3) Situational leadership significantly had positive effects on employees’ performance shown by the value 3.94; 4) Good corporate governance, good governance and situational leadership simultaneously had positive effects on employees’ performance at public hospital in Masohi shown by the value 4.07. The results of testing proved that all four hypotheses in this study were accepted
